It was "all-inclusive" but not all inclusive, I had seea view room but I see just a thre, to many stairs to the beach very dificil with kids, sun beds from 90' to " private beach" where another one trying to take more leva from you , beach bar it was on the road not on the beach , pool was old and not cleaned . Hotel it's big , beautiful but no investment for a long time. It's not a 4 stars hotel ...

The food was in part not so good...
The food
5.0 / 10.0
The food was excellent, however the reset of the services were far from satisfactory.
We were not informed about the facilities when checking-in, took us a day to find out we have a private beach, which however turned out that it can only be used by the "Ultra All-Inclusive" members and otherwise represents an extra charge. The food and drinks down at the beach bar are also only available to "Ultra All-Inclusive" customers, and the rest of the guests are asked to go up to the hotel instead, which is very inconvenient to say the least.

The beach is nice and the hotel is big and spacious.
The food was the same every day, sometimes leftovers from the day before. The bar drinks were very boring with no taste. The hotel in general is dirty, not taken care of. It is pretty expensive for the fact that it’s dirty, bad food, cheap drinks, two lifts for the entire hotel that barely work, and staff that doesn’t know anything and can’t help you. During an evening it rained and our balcony got filled with water because of their broken pipe, it was night so when we asked the staff at reception the girl said “I can’t help sorry”. The cleaning staff ignored our room three times and when confronted abt it, just gave us some toilet paper to make up for it.

For 7 days the food was good...but nothing special. IN other years we served some incredibly tasty specialties. Good rooms with OK beds, CLEANING was OK, like every year, ..
I have been to this hotel for the 3rd time in 3 different years, the quality of the services is decreasing...and the price is increasing. now we had 3-4 dishes... while in other years there were 8-9 dishes. For 7 days the food was good...but nothing special. IN other years we served some incredibly tasty specialties. Good rooms with OK beds, CLEANING was OK, like every year, .....BUT ALL the drinks WERE very bad...I bought water, beer and juices from the city. The SHOP at the hotel entrance was permanently closed. The POOL inside was closed ... and the household water was filtered and recirculated. Kind staff only if you had money and paid ..even for anything, yes it's true! Travel to the beach ..on 130 stairs damaged by the weather. The beach was clean and so was the water. The outdoor swimming pools at HOTEL , were with clean water and warm enough even for children,
HONESTLY, IT WAS NOT A SUCCESSFUL VACATION. I arrived home more tired than when I left.

The view from the balcony was nice both to the sea and to the forest on the left-hand side of the hotel. The water at the pool clean, there were enough chairs and lots of natural shade from the big trees. The room was cleaned every day and towels changed as necessary. The weather was amazing, the beach clean and the water warm and clean. Stefan the bartender was polite and very helpful. The lady from the massage was a true caring professional that loves her job and is very customer-oriented!
I would refrain from sharing details. I would not recommend it to my friends or come back - actually to any 4 star hotel in Bulgaria. It is related to personal preferences and expectations, especially coming from the Netherlands. However there were plenty of families that had a lot of fun.

Good value for money.
No entertainment in the evenings, swimming pool closing at 6 pm, same food every day for 8 days in a row.

The food was generally good! We had a lots of salads, fruits.
The room were large, cleaned every day- this was the best thing.
The pool bar was poorly, the chairs and the table at the pool were dirty .On the beach the staff were so rude.
Coffee was not good- it was soluble coffee and the wine was the same.

Amazing customer service, great view from the room and the restaurant. Fun activities throughout the day organized by the hotel staff.
The hotel doesn't have an easy access for baby strollers to get to the pool and the beach. The ramps are too steep and too wide for the stroller wheels.
Allot of noise from the nearby hotels and restaurants ... hard to fall asleep before 12 o'clock.

The meals were not divers at all. Basic standard food, lots of chips and chicken. Some of the food, like fish was undone/raw. Also the staff was a bit rude.
The lady that served drinks in the restaurant, where we used to have breakfast, lunch and dinner was very rude and also racist. Also made a complaint with the restaurant manager
