False advertising of room characteristics

It was clean.

False advertising. Neither Booking customer service, who do not respond to my message after 48 hours, nor the hotel, will take responsibility for the advertisement of a room with 2 queens and 1 king bed. Staff claimed Booking.com adverts are not placed by the hotel itself AND had no information when (if ever) a manager might arrive on sight. The room was in fact 2 queens and a double sofa bed. I booked this hotel and paid much more than its similar competitor across the road specifically for the 2 queens and 1 king bed. On another note, for those on vacation beware: breakfast closes promptly and completely at 9 AM. That is definitely As Advertised.

Tolles Hotel - jederzeit wieder 🤗

Von außen betrachtet, der Anfahrt war es nicht unbedingt unser Geschmack. Innen aber top. Alles vorhanden, was man braucht (z.B. Waschmaschine inklusive). Toll auch das Frühstück - auf unserem Roadtrip das erste US-Hotel mit Mülltrennung und ohne Plastikmüll 👍👍👍 wir werden diese Hilton-Kette auf unseren weiteren Reisen suchen.

Der Lärm durch die Gärtner verursacht - Rasentrimmer und Laubbläser gibt es auch mit Aku. Insbesondere Laubbläser mit Benzinmotor - die dümmste Erfindung aller Zeiten 😡

Won’t be recommending to friends and family

Location was good and it was clean

This is third time staying at one of these properties. Obviously other two times facility wasn’t full. But this location was full as well as one in Lewisburg WV we stayed at last night. Guess it was poorly constructed you can hear doors slam all along hallway and whatever the people are doing in rooms next to yours. Some sound like they’re coming thru the walls. What a shame I really like the rooms. Home2 will now be my very last choice.

Overall it was a great stay!!

The location, breakfast was good and the staff was nice!

My couch had an odd smell, the staff was really nice they offered to change our room and they provided febreze that knocked out the odd smell! Oh yeah the pool was closed.

Great until checking out.

Loved the premade egg sandwiches. Decent selection of breakfast items. Rooms were spacious.

While checking out the person at the desk was not well trained. We were splitting our bill as 4 of us shared a room. Two of the group were charged twice for their 1/4 of the bill because he made them run their cards twice saying it didn't go through the first time. They are still fighting to get their money back.

I loved having a small kitchen in our room. We were able to use it for small items. The location is outstanding!

A so so stay

Location was perfect.

Went to check in a few minutes early and the room was not ready. I was told the rooms would be ready in about 45 minutes. Went for dinner, returned at time room was to be ready and still wasn’t ready. Voiced my dissatisfaction and person said he would refund my stay, I was there for four days! Two elevators, one not working. Another guest said it’s been that way for months. Breakfast was horrible. I picked this brand of hotel because I’ve stayed at them twice in Florida and I was very satisfied with those stays. I will give them another try elsewhere.

Nice location, lack of service for requests

The location was great.

Trash was left in room from previous guest. Inadequate supplies in bathroom and coffee station. Made us wonder if the sheets were actually changed. Requested supplies several times. The night clerk the first night we were there was the only clerk that responded to our request. The other Clerk's didn't respond at all. The kitchen sink was stopped up the whole time we were there. If the room had been clean and c well stocked the facility would have been very nice.

Comfortable place for long-term stays.

Location was convenient. Appreciated their pet friendly policy - wouldn’t have stayed there otherwise. One gentleman at the front desk was extremely helpful and pleasant - wish I had gotten his name. Housekeeping was friendly and efficient. Didn’t have occasion to use it, but the outdoor grill looked convenient.

The room wasn’t well stocked - no can opener, no dish soap, etc. TV didn’t work consistently for 1st 2 days. Lobby on 2nd floor was awkward, though I imagine they needed the parking garage.

Comfortable Stay

Location was close to Biltmore Village. It was raining so we ordered in Mexican. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. This was my first staying at this particular hotel.

A great value

Eveything - King size room was very roomy and included comfortable pull out sofa, large screen TV and full sized kitchen appliances including refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher. Breakfast included was amazing! Ready-made egg sandwiches were hot and delicious. Coffee/tea available at any time. LARGE eating area; plenty of tables available including a covered outside area with gas firepit which was also available for relaxing in the evening. Outdoor swimming pool was of a decent size, large bath towels provided. A sitting area with tables/chairs nearby with a gas grill available. Will definitely stay again if ever in the area.
