Love the deco. Warm and welcoming.

The Barn was a excellent place to stay. Everything in the barn was immaculately clean and everything looked brand new. The property that it was on was beautiful and exceptionally well maintained. It was obvious that the owner takes pride in their whole package. It was really nice to have nice place to sit outside on the rocking chairs and just relax before you go inside to call it a night. I will definitely plan again to stay at the barn the next time I’m on a trip in the area. :^)
Honestly nothing.

The property was spotless! Not only inside, but surrounding it as well. The supply of crackers, granola bars, coffee, etc were a nice touch and I really appreciated them. I didn’t do any cooking, but the kitchen seemed to have everything you would need. The Barn is in a super quiet location. The drive into Asheville is about 15-20 minutes and quite easy. I highly recommend this property if you are looking for a quiet, super clean, relaxing place to stay.
I’m not familiar with keyless entry, so a few quick directions on how to lock and unlock the door when the code is sent would be helpful.

Cleanliness, spacious, privacy, location.

Quiet secluded location, great private space - the owners thought of everything to make it feel like home. Would stay here again.
Having a King bed would move this from a 9.9 to a 10 :-)

Very close to Biltmore. Quiet, secluded area. Host responded within minutes when I phoned with a question. The rental was just as depicted in the online photos.
The internet was sketchy. Fortunately, the host provides DVD's and games!

Comfortable and well equipped. Easy communication.
A bit out of the way. Very slow wifi.

They were very gracious and generous to provide lots of snacks and toiletries. Everything was sparkling clean! Loved all of the bear decorations
Wi fi and cell service were weak, but not the host's fault. In a rural location, it can't be helped. We totally understand that! Some things are just not within your control

A very cute and cozy place. Nice appliances and everything you need for a stay. It was clean and decorated nicely. Great location within 15 minutes of airport, downtown Asheville and the Biltmore Estate. Best for a couple with 1 or 2 kids.
The pull out sofa was bent and uncomfortable. I would have preferred a deep air mattress, also the couch would not fold back up, so we had no living room seating for the week. There should be a soft side chair at least. Also, Internet connection was poor, we were unable to watch an entire movie because the connection would fail during watching. Otherwise, the owner was kind enough to bring a mattress pad for the pull-out sofa, but I think it's time to replace or repair the sofa.

the property is quiet and off the beaten path, but still maximum 20 minutes away from everything you want to get to in Asheville.
the cute bear decorations helped make it feel cozy! the full kitchen is very helpful if you don't want to go out every night.
the internet was pretty bad, so make sure if you need to do work, be prepared to go to a coffee shop. they have options to sign into streaming services but those don't really work either.

Everything looked exactly like the picture. This is the cleanliest stay I have ever been too. The hosts were very accommodating by providing extra blankets and pillows, snacks, hot chocolate, coffee, and waters. This has been one of the best stays I have been to. It is about 15 minutes from downtown Asheville and 5 minutes from the outlet mall. It’s perfect if you don’t want to stay in the city but still be close to everything!
If there was one thing I would’ve liked to be different is that the bed frame is quite squeaky. The bed itself is pretty comfortable but if you toss and turn in the night like me, you hear every squeak every time you move.
