Excelente!

La Limpieza del hotel fantástica, el desayuno increíble. La atención buenísima. La ubicación céntrica de donde nosotros nos movíamos. Las camas grandes y cómodas. Teníamos una cafetera y opciones de te y otras bebidas para prepararnos además de secadora y plancha. Nos cambiaron toallas y papel y los accesorio de limpieza. Todo funcionaba a la perfección. La Tele, el aire acondicionado el teléfono. Habían dos sillas, una de descanso otra de trabajo. Un mesa que nos ayudó micho, apesar de que la habitación no era muy grande tenía todo y bien ubicado. Nos ayudaron con toda la información.

No había servicio de comida a la habitacion en el dia, claro que se subsana no las app de pedido. Obvio nos dieron otras opciones en el mini bar. En el Gym tenia dos caminadora, una de ellas tiene un parche en la cinta que me lastimo la rodilla pues frenaba de golpe, eso sí deberían de arreglar, es peligroso hacer ejercicio en máquinas defectuosas, pero fuera de eso todo excelente.

La habitación, es aluminada, limpia y cómoda. El personal es muy amable.

El Internet no tiene cobertura en todos lados.

Todo es bueno en el hotel, en especial los deliciosos desayunos que prepara Viviana, que siempre es muy gentil y atenta.

La señal de wifi no es buena en todas las instaciones del hotel o en todos los puntos de la habitación.

Todo lo demás, es un hotel en el que me siento muy tranquila.

El Sr. que estaba en el turno de recepción de la noche, poco amable y educado. (creo que se llamaba Daniel)

Very pleasant, everybody were kind and servicial.

The room and the bathroom were very nicely prepared, I really liked the details. Also, they offered me their conference room to work more comfortably

The water couldn’t get very warm in the shower

In a quiet street yet very close to everything

It had all of the amenities we needed and a solid breakfast. We only stayed there for one night, but it was a good stay. Comfortable, quiet and yet close to all the best restaurants in Santa Cruz.

No comment.

A lovely hotel in Santa Cruz

Staying here was exactly what we needed for our last day and a half in Bolivia. Excellent breakfast, comfortable bed, spacious clean room. We loved it. The front desk staff were polite and friendly and bilingual. There are several great restaurants just 2 blocks away.

Everything was lovely; no complaints.

The hallway light going off or being off because it's on a timer or it has a sensor. Hard to open my door or close it. A bit scary to walk into a dark hallway.

Nice, comfy, at the right price....

Quaint; comfy and you can't beat the price. It is close to restaurants and the like.

Breakfast is plain breads and jellies with the occasional hot dish. I wish the spread was better with healthier options. Staff knowledge; front desk staff is friendly but not very knowledgeable in the surrounding areas. They tried to help but nothing more than what you can do with a Google search yourself. My gripes are specific, but I think they are key to a stay in a new place and location.

Great Value and quaint

Value is great. The place is very nice and comfortable for the price.

The breakfast caters to an international crowd. I would have liked to see more typical Bolivian dishes served.

excellent breakfast, nice bathroom, everything new and clean, very nice comfortable beds

you can't open the windows, so you have to sleep with the aircon on, that is noisy and it's getting very cold in the room
