Manque cruel d'investissement et de maintenance

Hotel bien situé. A part cela, je ne vois pas d'autres qualités

l'hôtel est dans un état assez lamentable. On a un petite note dans la chambre pour nous demander d'être gentil avec les défauts structurels (exigu avec aucune isolation acoustique) du lieu mais au-delà de cela, il y a beaucoup de défauts qui n'ont rien de structurel et qui ne sont pas tolérables : - le matelas est absolument catastrophique. Il s'affaisse complètement, notamment sur les bords - Il n'y aucun bureau ou table pour poser ses affaires - la porte de la salle de bain m'est littéralement resté dans les mains au moment de l'ouvrir. Après vérif, elle tenait avec une micro vis mal fixée dans le mur - quasiment toutes les finitions sont à revoir (joints, peinture, tuyauterie, lumières...etc).

Good value for the money

The location is great. The staff is friendly, they facilitated my late check in, issued an invoice and allowed me to keep my suitcase in the reception area during the day after I checked out. The room was rather spacious. It's good value for the money.

The facilities are rather old. The shower was barely working. The bed was not very comfy and my room had only a ceiling window. The walls seemed to be very thin, so it was quite noisy (ear plugs are essential). Especially when someone is coming in or out of their room, or is flushing the toilet. The staircase is very narrow and steep, so keep that in mind if you carry luggage (the building is old and typical for the region, so that's normal and there is no elevator).

Great location, very kind and helpful staff

Staff is kind and very helpful, I liked the room with big windows and nice look to the streets. Towels were big enough and very nice and more blankets to the bed were very useful. Great to have a kettle in the room for hot drinks, thank you.

It took time to heat up the room. The radiator was cold. The ground-sill entering into and coming out of the bathroom is high, it can easily cause an accident. I almost fell stepping out of the bathroom and then I noticed that metal frame of the door on the ground.

I loved the staff and the location. Everybody was extremely helpful and lovely. Thanks, everybody makes us feel welcome!!!

Was what I was expecting, a simple place, but I think it could do good with a few improvements like the water was puddling in the shower a lot and the mattress was bumpy. And I think nowadays every place should have a small refrigerator.
