Majoitus on erittäin epäsiisti ja omistaja on huijari joka yrittää anastaa rahaa asiakkailtaan

Ei mitään positiivista sanottavaa paikasta. Välttäkää majoitusta ja omistajaa viimeiseen asti. Varasti rahat ja pilasi loman.

Hotelli sijaitsee todella meluisan tien varrella joka häiritsee suuresti viihtymistä ja yöunia. Kylpyhuoneen ovea ei saa kiinni ja tämä jää 20cm raolleen (eli yksityisyyttä ei ole). Suihkusta tulee joko äärimmäiseen kuumaa tai kylmää vettä. Jääkaappi on rikki ja pitää kovempaa ääntä kuin ilmastointi. Sisustus on vanhaa ja rikkinäistä ja huoneen yleisilme on likainen. Omistaja huijasi meitä. Olin yhteydessä omistajaan ensimmäisenä iltana viestillä Bookingissä jossa kerroin pettymyksestäni ja toivoin, että voisimme keskustella loppujen päivien peruutuksesta (olimme maksaneet ennakkoon neljästä päivästä). Omistaja pyysi minua lähettämään hänelle tekstiviestin vastausta varten (varmasti Bookingin ohjeistusten vastaista). Tekstiviestissä hän sitten sanoi, että voisin lähteä majoituksesta jos jättäisin hänelle 200€ käteiselle huoneeseen, minkä jälkeen hän peruuttaisi majoituksen ja palauttaisi maksun Bookingin kautta. Kerroin hänelle, etten tule jättämään hänelle lisää rahaa, sillä tämä kuulosti huijaukselta (jälkikäteen olen lukenut majoituspaikasta muita vastaavia kokemuksia, ja onneksi en jättänyt hänelle lisää rahaa). Omistaja suuttui tästä, ja käski meitä lähtemään majoituksesta samantien. Hän siis heitti meidät pihalle majoituksesta yhden yön jälkeen (ilman syytä) kun olimme maksaneet neljästä yöstä! Olen ollut yhteydessä tämän jälkeen Bookingiin, jotka sanovat etteivät voi palautta rahoja ilman majoituspaikan suostumista. Kun olimme jättäneet majoituksen, niin hän laittoi huoneemme uudestaan vuokralla ja teki tällä vielä siis rahat tuplana! Kuvat antavat väärän vaikutelman majoituspaikasta joka todellisuudessa on täysi läävä ja jonka jokainen osa-alue kaipaisi päivitystä. Omistaja on huijari joka vuokraa huoneita jatkuvasti -50% alennuksilla, joiden avuilla yrittää huijata matkailijoita majoittumaan. Olen erittäin pettynyt siihen, että tällaisten huijareiden annetaan vuokrata harhaanjohtavia lääviään ja terrorisoida lomailijoita Booking.com:lla!

This mini hotel is recommended highly and it’s a super choice for its price. View from the balcony is terrific.

The stars for this accommodation are clearly going to the host Nicolo and the location. The host was helping immediately with anything we asked for. There are plenty of restaurants and beaches around.

Sound coming from the neighbors - if you are unlucky like we were and get neighbors that drink till the morning :)) get ready

Nice bed and breakfast close to the beach

We had the roof top room, who offered an excellent view over the sea. Approx 50m to the lively beach and restaurants

The breakfast was in the nearby bar. Although it was very original, we would have liked more than a cup of coffy and a piece of sweet bakery. In fact a simple italien breakfast.

Perfect stay for vacay and good quality for the price you pay.

Everything. We liked everything. From the beggining with little touch as carrying the luggage upstairs, introducing faciliety, local decor, so you can feel personal touch. We loved the balcony and the view from it. Location is just perfect 1-2min anythere you wanna go. Owner recommended restaurants, icecream place and excursions- we were super happy with that. And it was better price. Breakfast is just arround the corner with perfect pastries and true italian espresso and morning vibes.

The main road is close. So ir was a little disturbing, but not so bad with closed windows.

It was good value for money.

The beach was a 5 minute walk. The staff were friendly and cleaned the rooms every day. We had a small balcony with a good view of the town and the beach.

The breakfast was not in the B&B, it was at a cafe (5 min walk) down the road where you are given a choice of one thing to eat and one drink.

Little gem

Nicolo is a very nice and helpful host. The room is clean and the view from the balcony is amazing. Location is 2 min from the beach with easy acces and free parking. Its quiet at night so you can relax.

Wonderful experience

The stay at b&b Marranzano couldn't have been more perfect! The room and the b&b is lovely, clean, comfortable, spacious and in a great location, just a minute walk to the beach and a number of lovely restaurants, bars and shops. Literally everything you need for a beautiful holiday at your doorstep! The breakfast at the nearby cafe was a beautiful touch, their granita is to die for! The sea view from the balcony was such a gorgeous feature!! But the best part of our stay was about the amazing people we've had the luck to meet over there. Nicolò couldn't have been more helpful and did everything he could to make our stay unforgettable! He's such a lovely, warm person, will make you feel at home in a second! Such a pleasure to talk to! He recommended restaurants to us (and they were so good!!) and arranged for us a lovely trip to mount Etna last minute, which we didn't even think it was possible in such short notice! I cannot thank Nicolò enough for making our stay in Giardini Naxos superb! I will definitely stay at this b&b again next time I'm back to my beloved Sicily! Grazie mille per tutto! Alessandra e Gee

The host was super amazing, sooo friendly and quick in replying Very comfortable bed The view was also lovely, everything very close to Taormina and Isola Bella The Pistachio Croissant from the breakfast place is next level!!

Everything was good, maybe there could be glasses in the room and the Aircon was a bit meh, difficult to turn on but apart from that all amazing

- The rooms were classy and the entire facility had nice and fancy decors. - A very delicious breakfast at Antica Pasticceria Salamone. Pistachio croissant and mochaccino. They make such delicious pastries. - The locking system was interesting :D - Beach access and Night life

- Some dust in the nooks and corners of the bathroom and on the light. - Host assisting check-in could only speak Italian.

Location is very close to the beach and right near a bus station to go to Taormina.

The rooms with the seaview were nice, friendly staff and rooms cleaned every day.

Breakfast was only a coffee and a croissant at choice from a pasticeria.

The view is exceptional, we spent a lot of time on the balcony. The location is pretty central, near the beach and many restaurants. The host is really helpful, gave us some hints about attractions, transport, specialities… The breakfast is not served on site, but just 1min walking distance and it’s great!!

Not a relaxing stay - room overlooked a very busy main road

Breakfast was provided in a cafe a few minutes walk away and was fantastic

Our room overlooked a very busy main road with noise throughout the day and night - not very relaxing. Our balcony overlooked the road which mean that we were unable to utilize this outdoor space. The marketing of the hotel focuses on sea views from the other side of the property.
