Perfect location if you’re traveling for work or pleasure. The space was very generous,
I’ve seen larger apartments. Excellent staff and facilities.
The breakfasts were also a good option and if you want to mix it up there are many options close by.
Poor coordination between the restaurant upstairs and the front desk. Lots of coordination issues and delays just for a simple breakfast I had before checking out.

En general bien, estuve poco, mas adelante tal vez tenga mas que contar

Location is prime, walking distance to multiple new plazas/malls and restaurants, as well as a central location to the city in general. Parking is included. Safety box in closet. Staff is super friendly. The hotel's restaurant "Gastroteca" is amazing.
Beds are a bit small and pillows could be better. One coffee pod included per night but there's two people in the room. Lobby is nice and could have music and drinks to improve mood.

very large room with good aircon and wifi in zona rosa. directly across from high end Bambu mall. has more of a longer term stay feel given kitchenette but was perfect for my 3 night stay. seems a little dated but was still very comfortable.

Breakfast was no included; there is a small restaurant in the building and I had breakfast there one day, no options, just adequate. Free parking in guarded basement garage. Modern building with earthquake tolerant foundation, which matters since they get a 4 or greater magnitude earthquake every three days and I got mine the first night. Location is excellent, on the good side of town, lots of dining options in the immediate area though one falsified my bill and gave me change in purportedly Salvador dollar coins that turned out to be Guatemalan currency. Rental car agency next door. Intercountry bus service a few blocks west. Surprisingly good archaeological museum a few blocks south. Better value than the Sheraton Presidente which is also quite nice.
no complaints though breakfast was just average

Great location with plenty of shops and restaurants.
The room was spacious, the kitchen area was well equipped and functional.
The balcony area of the room was large with good views.
The parking facilities are good.
Staff on reception were very friendly and helpful. Were able to sort out taxi bookings at short notice.
I would stay here again in future.
The bathroom could do with modernising.

A very good location, spacious room, BIG terrace with a good view, comfy beds and big bathroom.
Actually it was so good that I had to extend the stay 1 extra day :)
Only thing missing is sunbeds on the rooftop pool area.
(And maybe some english spoken in the reception...)

Very large suite.
Lovely and clean.
Lots of space in the bathroom.
Very big and comfortable bed.
The staff were always happy and smiling.
It's located right opposite a small mall with nice shops and a lot of food options.
Some GREAT restaurants nearby.
Great WIFI.
Felt safe at all times.
On the weekend it could get a little bit noisy from a nearby bar/restaurant.
The pool was ice cold. Painfully cold.
