el lugar es muy bonito, limpio y tranquilo. el desayuno es bastante completo y disponen de un amplio horario para tomarlo. el personal es bastante amable y es muy bueno que este abierto las 24h

seria bueno que booking fuera mas transparente al mostrar que el precio de la plataforma es más bajo que el precio real en el hotel debido a los impuestos.

Pleasant for an overnight but not upscale

Location, customer service was good, parking available, WiFi available, hot water, air conditioning. Sheets were clean

The blanket on bed was so thin it was practically non existent. No facial washcloths provided. Did not speak English. Coffee was not self serve.

Mayra and Lisa made our trip a beautiful experience.

The service at Terra Bella is incredible. Two notable people were Lisa and Mayra, who went above and beyond to make our stay incredible. The rooms were beautiful, clean, and comfortable. This was the best hotel stay I’ve ever had. They accommodated every single one of our needs and exceeded our expectations. I can’t imagine our trip without the support of the team at Terra Bella.

Terra Bella es un excelente hotel ubicado en una sona hermosa y cerca de muchos sitios turísticos.

Nos encanto la ubicación, el personal tan amable la estancia fue lo más agradable.

No tener una neverita pequeña y un pequeño microondas para calentar comidas al viajar con niños.

Excelente hotel ubicado en una muy buena zona de San Salvador.

La atención del personal, los desayunos deliciosos, lo cómodo de las instalaciones, la ubicación en la ciudad.

Quizá un aspecto a mejorar es la entrada a la recepción del hotel es de solo escaleras, y cuando uno llega con varias maletas grandes es incómodo subir con todas las maletas por las escaleras, sin rampa o elevador alguno.

Buena ubicación y aparcamietno gratuito. Desayuno escaso, solo te dejan elegir un plato. Debería ser tipo Buffet.

- sehr komfortable Betten - sehr freundliches Personal - leckeres Frühstück inklusive (verschiedene Optionen zur Auswahl) - kostenloses Wasser - sauber - super Dusche - sehr ruhig nachts - gute Klimaanlage - Preis/ Leistung

- kein Fenster (aber ist ok, da durch die Doppeltür viel Licht reinkommt & man sowieso nicht viel im Zimmer ist) - Sitzgelegenheiten im Innenhof wären toll

Great stay, we would definitely stay there again when we visit San Salvador next time.

The breakfast was delicious. The ingredients were fresh. Great options to choose from.

Healthy snacks and drinks at the lobby would’ve been appreciated. Especially when you travel with kids.

Beds were comfortable, rooms were clean, great location for stores, restaurants etc. the staff was super nice and helpful throughout the stay

Excellent location in San Benita (Zona Rosa) and a very nice terrace where one can take breakfast while enjoying the view. Breakfast was quite nice. The bathroom quite spatious.

The bed was not very comfortable, too bouncy to rest well after a long flight. Also, cannot say I was impressed with the the cleaning - especially the towels seemed very used (even if they were clean, they didn't looked like that. For one night and travelling solo, it was okay.

The room was large that we were put in. And breakfast was good .

Our room had no blinds . Right beside a bar , we asked to change to a quieter room but were told there’s no noise inside . Couldn’t sleep a wink. Location is right on a very busy , loud road .
