Perfect location for train station and good value for money.

Excellent location directly opposite train station. Perfect for early connections. Easy to walk to historic part of city. Staff very helpful. Room spacious and quiet. Double glazing well insulated.

No lift. Winding stair case. Would have preferred a shower in bathroom

Simple mais bien

l'hôtel se situant face à la gare j'avais une appréhension vis a vis du bruit mais au final j'ai été très agréablement surpris du calme. Pour un hôtel 2 ** cela correspondait a mes attentes.

habitaciones cómodas, renovadas, ubicación muy buena respecto de la estación de trenes

no está bien mantenido, los espacios comunes no se ven ordenados y son anticuados, los accesos a los pisos superioes son por la escalera y se nota que todo está viejo. Las habitaciones están renovadas, limpias, bonitas, sin embargo había un espacio en la muralla, parecia closet, sin puerta y se había caido algo de la muralla y estaban los enormes hoyos a la vista. No hay personal en recepción las 24 horas.

It’s what you can expect of a 2* hotel. Staff extremely kind and helpful. Difficult to park.

It’s in front of the railway station with plenty of little cafes around it, not too far from the motorway. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

Beds are too short (1.90). No private parking. We were extremely lucky we could park in a tiny street around the corner of the hotel.

Close to the train station. Literally across the road. Only a 5minute walk into the centre. Staff are very friendly. Room was clean and had a good air conditioning system.

Convenient, comfortable, and friendly.

This hotel was a lifesaver! We came into Narbonne late and needed a place to stay. This hotel was right across the street from the train station. We were able to get two rooms, which were clean, quiet, and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Perfect place to stay to catch early trains

This hotel was directly across the street from the train station, near grocery shop, helpful staff. Ideal for catching early morning trains. The bathroom was large and modern and had a desk with good lighting throughout.

Interesting!

Nice welcome and helpful staff, rooms a bit on the small side, toilet had limited space but it was all clean and practical. A 15 minute walk into town revealed a beautiful square, Canal walks and an abundance of pubs, restaurants and cafes. Shopping area also just off square. Hotel opposite railway station, no noise emanated from it as our room faced it and we slept well. A great town to explore, the Hotel was in a “less affluent” area but had it’s charm. Local supermarket for essentials a few yards around the corner.

Parking was on street and you took your chance, a tad concerned as we were on motorbikes. Nothing bad to say about hotel at all. You get what you pay for, it was all good.

A lovely hotel with a great host and a perfect location.

The owner was exceptionally helpful and even carried my bag up the stairs. Nothing was too much trouble.

The shower had no hook for the shower rose to attach.

An excellent place to stay for traveling around. So near the station and pleasantly decorated,clean and bright. Good shower. Friendly and helpful staff. Good location for enjoying the town, an interesting and short walk to the centre.

Clean and convenient station hotel

Having been stranded late night at the station, we needed a bed for the night. This hotel was directly opposite the station and the staff were very helpful letting us in late at night after the main door was shut. although by no means luxurious, it was spotlessly clean and OK comfort-wise for the night.

Some new towels and bed linen would not go amiss. It would also be good to have a kettle and cups in the room.

Perfect location for an unexpected stay and an extremely pleasant man was working at the reception desk- always helpful,

That it was so close to the train station! I unexpectedly had to stay there, and the location is just perfect if you want to be close to the train station

There was no hot water in the shower and the room was a bit cold because the heating was not on previous to my arrival

Really convenient.

It is directly across the train station and like a ten minute walk to the center, which was very convenient. So the location is top, and the room size was quite alright as well. It was clean and everything worked well, including the Wifi.

The shower didn't have a curtain or door, so the floor got wet. And there were no hooks or anything in the bathroom, which was a bit annoying but not a big deal.

Very good

The hotel is very conveniently situated opposite the Station and within walking distance of the town centre. This suited us very well as we arrived off the train from Paris. The manager in charge was very helpful indeed and went out of his way to make us feel welcome. He personally carried our luggage to our rooms and explained everything to us in a very clearl way. Breakfast was good and the rooms were clean and well equipped. I will be back !

Great Overnight Stay

It was exactly what we needed for an overnight stay en route to Barcelona, directly across the train station, market around the corner and several cafés within walking distance. Beds very comfortable, our room basic but remodeled/updated very nicely. Staff very friendly, we had a very late check in, communication was timely and instructions clear to access property after hours.

There are no elevators so fortunately the room for my mom and aunt was on 1st level, ours was 3rd…for elderly this might be an issue climbing stairs with luggage if no one able to help and lighting very dim, we had to use our phone lights.

Excellent location directly opposite train station. Short walk to historic areas Warm welcome and check in Room modernised with tasteful decor. Super comfy bed. Very clean Excellent wifi

I liked open outlook across to station entrance. Surprisingly quiet except early am. Also strong winds overnight with some rattling Only minor comment But new window fittings would sort that and are probably on the list of upgrading.
