Perfect location if you want to explore downtown Asheville. Property was beautiful and stocked with everything you could need in this home away from home.
3.0
This property is in a redeveloping area of town, there are no scenic views. The home is relatively new and well furnished. The property owner provides a clean space which is well stocked and comfortable. You will need a vehicle to get most places, though it seems safe enough to walk in the general area. We thought the rent was a bit high for the market. There were several maintenance items that need attending to, such as the fireplace is not working (the remote control needed new batteries, which we replaced, but it gives off a very strong gas smell, so we turned it off) various loose door handles, poor shower heads and low water pressure. The original construction is poor quality, in that there is not a properly aligned cabinet door in the place, and lots of caulk used in everyway possible to mask poor carpentry, tile, and paint finishes. This detracts from the tasteful choices of finishes and furniture. When the garage doors are raised or lowered in this or adjoining units, a lot of shaking, vibrations and noise result. I don’t think the owner/operator has been in the unit for some time, as some of the issues would be easily identified. Given all this, I would rent it again, but ask for an adjustment of the price.

Everything was good. Place was very clean, amenities were great, communication with our property. Owner was good. Had no problem with location. Will definitely stay here again.

Property very well maintained. Plenty of space to accommodate the whole family. Water pressure in showers not great. Two additional notes: one ceiling fan remote battery needs to be replaced. Only one trash can in garage. We separated recycle from regular trash in separate bags but put both bags in trash can to avoid leaving bags on garage floor.

Extremely clean, very new and conveniently located to the shopping district and lots of bars and restaurants. This is a great house to rent, no issues at all.

The townhouse was as described in the property listing, check-in instructions were clear and we had no reason to contact the management company. The neighborhood is in the process of being gentrified but is within walking distance of Downtown Asheville. We would consider staying there again on future trips to Asheville.

Lots of space and well equipped. Nice location. Only complaint is some of the bedding blankets were dirty.

This is place is awesome. The unit is large filled with upgraded furnishings. Very comfortable and spacious. Loved everything about each floor. Lots of areas to hang out. Beds felt upgraded and very comfortable with indivisible heating/cooling in each room. Li es and bathrooms were also great.
This is located in south Slope and lots of breweries and BBQ places 1-3 blocks away. No need to rent a car because there is plenty around.
We will definitely be back and would encourage anyone to rent this unit.

Excellent property. Very clean and set up well for guests. Nice beds, great lounging couches. Getting the luggage upstairs with the elevator was an added bonus. Garage is also a plus.
Enjoyed being able to walk to town for dinner every night.

Great location in the South Slope area within walking distance of multiple restaurants, Breweries and downtown.

Very comfortable, well described, furnished and clean.
Needs one light bulb in Master bath changed, coasters bedside in master, and better felt pads on chairs in kitchen. The ones on the feet do not stay on to protect floors.

This is a beautiful townhouse and great location. Easy to arrival and departure. It is very convenient to downtown and within walking distance to restaurants and breweries. With four levels, the private elevator and garage parking are great amenities. The property was very clean and in excellent condition. The kitchen was well equipped for making a nice dinner. Would highly recommend this property. We would stay here again when in Asheville.

We stayed here for a weekend with 5 adults. The check in was easy with keypads for garage and doors. The space was clean and location pretty convenient to walk downtown.
The listing has some misleading and inaccurate statements. The listing says there are shampoo, conditioner, and soap provided. For a space that holds 6 adults, one bathroom had a 1oz (not an exaggeration) bottle of shampoo + conditioner mix and a tiny bar of facial soap. This was not nearly enough toiletries for our group.
The listing also advertises an espresso machine but only cheap Folgers coffee is provided and the regular coffee machine leaks so much we had to make coffee with the machine in the sink.
The pillows on the bed are AWFUL. I have truly never slept on such a thin, flimsy pillow - my neck and back have still not recovered.
Overall, this was a fine stay but for the price we paid, I was disappointed with the provisions in the condo. If you book this place, bring your own toiletries and pillows and plan to buy coffee at one of the local coffee shops (or bring your own machine!)

The property was very close to downtown. Centrally located and close to Grove Park Inn also. Would highly recommend this property.

We would highly recommend renting this gem. We had 6 adults. The layout of the townhouse along with the number of bathrooms provided a stress free stay. From the minute we arrived it felt like home. Location was great. We were able to walked everywhere. The car never left the garage, another bonus. We will definitely be back.

Clean, well decorated, nice setup for traveling with small kids as there are living spaces on separate floors from bedrooms. Convenient location to restaurants and the Biltmore Estate.

We had a really good time here in Asheville. There were quite a few sketchy people walking around but as long as you are aware of your surroundings, you should be good.

Girls weekend in asheville
Great location in that it is walking distance to everything. Place was clean and excellent for three adults. We enjoyed our stay throughly. But please note that the car must be locked in the garage. We left the garage open as we unloaded our luggage and in the 5 minutes we brought stuff into the apartment our car was robbed. Thankfully they were only able to take some cash and expensive sunglasses. After that we were vigilant about leaving nothing unattended and it was fine. We felt safe walking at night and we would come back and stay again.

Ideal location
Great location. Within quick walking distance to many restaurants and breweries. Our favorites were Funkatorium, Antidote and Harvest Pizza. Very short drive to The Biltmore. Loved the convenience of the private elevator - my 5 year old especially loved the daily elevator rides. We come to Asheville occasionally and would look to stay here again.
