We initially booked this property due to the location in VRBO showing before the bridge in San Pedro. This listing is inaccurate and the owner has been made aware. Once you start on your long golf cart ride (hopefully you rented one and won't be stranded) there are many hazards along the way. Be prepared for a 45-1hr golf cart ride into San Pedro. If you get stuck behind the MANY sand trucks be prepared to breathe in soot and go slow. If there is a lot of rain be prepared for 5+ GIANT holes in the road you have to try to drive through. That being said, the staff is amazing, the condos are beautiful and the cleaning staff are thorough and often add beautiful fresh flowers to the condos. The location is remote and you get to see fireflies at night. Mosquitos can be quite bad so make sure you have bug spray. The other item of note is some of the stairs have structural cracks that need review by site management. tldr - If you have all your food needs met and planned. If you don't need to go into San Pedro often and you plan accordingly (esp for flights) then this place is great.

A clean well kept property. Helpful staff. If your goal is to be far away from town in a peaceful area, this is it. A few restaurants within a 2 mile radius, a couple of local food shops for essentials are all we needed. If you want to cook all meals then you should shop at a grocery store in town. Make a good list because it's a long bumpy ride to an over crowded town. Great kitchen to cook in.

Amazing Property, HIGHLY reccomend
Amazing Property, HIGHLY reccomend
I must say my wife was concerned about traveling outside of the country because of COVID, but we have been “sheltering-in-place” for an eternity, cabin fever was setting in, so this was just what the doctor ordered. With 3 kids (4, 7, & 9) the wife was thrown into a role as home schooler and we needed a break. We came down via Houston and in processing / COVID Screening at Belize International wasn’t too painful. Recommend to buy your alcohol at Duty Free. Took a hop via tropic and La Beliza representative met us at the airport and brought us to the boat shuttle. We met Jeovani from Blue Current Charters and he was awesome. Nice boat, clean, and took us right to the dock. We were greeted by the staff with Pina Coladas and they did all the COVID procedures and took us to the room and man what a view. We have traveled extensively, and the pictures never do it justice, either positive or negative. But this place was the bees knees. Tony and crew cooked fabulous meals either in the room, down by the pool, or the roof top bar for sunsets. My highlight was I was able to talk my wife into some deep sea fishing and boy did we slaughter the tunas. At first, Jeovani was kind of hazing me a little telling me to real faster. On the 3rd fish, it was 5’ from the boat and I saw a SHARK come up and literally eat everything but the head. All we got was a head of tuna. SO COOL! I get it now. I totally get “real faster.” When we got back to the Resort, Tony made us an assortment of Tuna steaks. Literally we had a feast. He grilled up charred, Cerole, mango pineapple sauce (my favorite) and made some sushi for my wife. So tasty. I highly recommend La Beliza and Blue Current Charters. All and all it was amazing experience and we will come back and this time I think I will bring our 3 kids. Nice beach, wading pool, perfect for our family.

Loved every minute of our Vacation!
Loved every minute of our Vacation!
Our family booked a block of rooms: 503, 505, 506, 603 & 606 and every room was exemplary!! Highly recommend this for a family gathering, both large and small!! We had an amazing vacation at La Beliza! Great place to getaway and relax! The condos were beautiful, spacious, and well kept. We often felt like it was our own home, we were so relaxed! We loved having our coffee on the large patios looking out at the ocean and sunrise. Gorgeous views! The staff were all wonderful and so helpful. The concierge even scheduled a massage on our patio for us, no need to go into town! Our fishing outing was simply awesome! They picked us up on the dock and then made lunch for us with our catch: Conch ceviche and snapper tacos! Yum! We planned ahead and stopped at a grocery store before coming up to La Beliza, which I think is a must. I believe you can also order food to be delivered. We made most of our breakfasts and lunches in our condo and then went out for dinners. However, The restaurant onsite was also wonderful for breakfast, lunch or dinner with generous portions and tasty food. We also enjoyed amazing frozen drinks poolside all afternoon! You are able to take a quick trip into town by boat taxi for dinner or by golf cart. We mainly used the golf carts. I was surprised at how many great restaurants there are in town and we are foodies. On the beach we loved Wayos over the water. The Truck stop has a very cool vibe with food trucks, lawn game area, pool, and screens for sports viewing.. Chef's table was our favorite for an elegant dinner out. The chef prepares the whole meal in front of you. Vic's Bar was fun to end the night with karaoke but also has great food. Secret Beach is a must for a day outing by golf cart as well as going on a snorkeling tour! If you are really ambitious take the Mayan tour on the mainland at the start or end of your trip so that you don't have to pay to go back to the mainland mid trip. We plan to do this next time when we return to La Beliza! We can't wait!

Property was great- the people that work there are great, our room was great, clean, private, amazing views. Wish we had known more about the location relative to everything else. The golf cart ride into town is okay the first few times, but gets tiresome. Also wish we had beach towels stocked in our room, as the resort didn’t have them either and it was, once again, a long, bumpy ride into town to buy some. We did like being far away from the crowds and club scenes, and the overall value was great— just be prepared for an out-of-the-way experience. Thanks!
