- Location and nature are great. Seaview, trees with fruits, squirrels, cats, dogs and lizards.
- Staff is nice and polite and tries to do everything to help you.
- There is no beach in the hotel, only a small swimming pool
- This place needs regular maintenance, cleaning and renovation:
a) A/C does not work in the GYM
b) One of the pools seems not to be working for ages
c) Room also needs small repair
d) Cleaning and desinsection are necessary
e) Shower near the pool is not working
- Staff needs training. They are very nice, but many of our requests (that were not essential for us) remained unresponded

The Breakfast was great - good variety. The staff were very friendly and the hotel grounds were very neat and tidy.
The pool was also a great bonus as you wouldn't swim in the ocean. Rooms were large and clean, with a nice little balcony.
The food at the restaurant was a little on the expensive side.
My room door locked but didn't actually close together which allowed for a few bugs to get in.

Overall maintenance needs to improve

While the room we stay is beautiful, The facilities are very run down 😥, the toilet in the restaurant is dirty. At the price we paid for USD190, we should be able to expect very clean toilet in the restaurant area. The resort was designed well, but is very poorly maintained.
Cleanliness at the restaurant area and well maintained facilities.

The breakfast was good and the foods that I order from restaurants tast good and resonable price
Bath tub behind the room were not clean many tree dush and shampoo were expired

The food at the main restaurant was so delicious, and the staff there was very kind. The bungalows also very traditional and comfortable.
The facilities are a little bit old, the property has enough space to build a bigger pool, the pool water was not so clean. But the staff is very kind, the view is amazing so we can enjoy the sunset. Very big minor for the shower being outdoors, I love the bathroom and would be much better to have an indoors shower room rather than outside.

It was good but buffet is always better. Location excellent. Service was excellent. Service with a smile always a good start to the day.
The cats and dog around. The locality may be the cause however there must be a way to stop them begging at the table or even hanging around the rooms.
The other is the cars and motorbikes travelling in front of the rooms disturbs the serenity of reading a book on the verandar. A road could be cut out at the little carpark behind the rooms to avoid these cars and service motorbikes traveling in front of the rooms.

nothing I like about Nataya now. it’s not like before.
The AC in my room didn’t work properly. It was on and off through out the night. we ended sleeping with hand-fan. The bath glass was broken and they didn’t fix it. The outside bathtub was filled with leaf and dirt that we didn’t get to use to bathtub. The breakfast was very poor, it didn’t suit the money we paid. They served us instance coffee for our morning breakfast. It was bad, too bad. They provided poor quality product for the breakfast. We left most of our breakfast full.

The breakfast is good enough.
The front yard of the room is not clean. The room smelt like you keep the stuff stored in a place for many months and did not change/wash.

Breakfast was good. We always found something to eat. Lunches and dinners were lovely. We realise they cater a lot for an Asian market and we enjoyed trying the dishes which our son and Khmer daughter-in-law recommended. All the staff were wonderful, polite and friendly and helpful at all times. Einder, the manageress was lovely and it was a wonderful surprise when she organised a 'fruit cake' with a candle on it for Paul's birthday. The children loved the playground things for them too! We loved the location and the relaxing atmosphere and will definitely try to visit again.
The out side bath was a disappointment as it was always too dirty to use. The chairs outside were uncomfortable to sit on for long periods. As were were there for seven nights the storage for clothing was very limited.

The view was really great. The bungalows are very cozy and the AC was like a fridge - if you wanted it turned all the way down! The gardens are well looked after and there are flowers everywhere. Really awesome place to relax.
Breakfast could be better. There were other things that I didn't like, but the main thing was I had a great time spent over Christmas.
