Beautiful house and scenery. Comfy beds, bathrooms for each bedroom. Aircon. Deck.

Some decorative lights and pieces would be nice on the deck to enjoy at night time.

echoey. very loud property as little soft furnishing. no art work- very bland house. no hooks in bathrooms or bedrooms. doors dont shut properly. most need adjusting which has been mentioned on previous reviews. games room really isn’t. family oriented house but no single beds for kids. no storage space in ground fl bedroom as robe is full. no drawers. ground floor patio door opens but no fly. door with fly does not open. decking nails sticking up. definitely a risk of cut feet. reported but no quick action. noisy adjacent properties with power tools being used early mornings. plus one night of loud music. no washing line but great laundry facilities. wall mirror in second king would be good, as per first. gpo in one bedroom not working on one side. umbrella would be great for deck table. timber floor dirty. probably vacuumed at cleaning but not mopped. instructions stated to clean bbq because not included in price. but no gear with which to clean. even a simple wire brush would be ok.

mattress not great with two people in the bed pet urine smell downstairs (but fine upstairs) oven tray inside unclean which was a little off putting Unable to light wood fire but shops/pub had there’s lit?(different regulations?)

Awesome home away from the hussle and bussel of the city yet super close to Margaret river town. Close to main beaches etc. Great property, will be back again

No aircon in bedrooms but flyscreens on all windows and doors which was just enough to make it comfortable. This is obviously only an issue during the heatwave of the sunmer

Location, Space,

Air conditioning not working. Some doors do not close, Request to not chnage freezer temp, which is set too high and therefore some things do not stay frozen. Driveway trun into house is narrow and boulders too high, chich can cause car damage.

Natural setting, peace and quiet. View. Cleanliness and spaciousness. Outdoor are. Parking

Few lights not working. Clothesline or clothes horse would hVe been nice.

Beautiful living areas and deck. 2 identical bedrooms each with with spa bath. Lovely setting.

Difficulty in getting key - I am not a mobile phone owner and it needs to be made clear that you need one to call from site when you are (deliberately?) given wrong code for key box. Ground floor bedroom rather second rate and too noisy (from living area above) to be comfortable so is really only suitable for four people (making it pretty expensive)

Staff were very helped and ☺️ The beautiful open plan glass windows looking out to beautiful nature in from rooms and bed rooms, a roasty fire place was such a cozy stay and close to the town Center would highly recommend
