My only complaint about this place is that we couldn't stay longer! It's such a charming and comfortable guest house, just around the corner from everything - good food, coffee, books, shopping, river walk. The room itself has so many thoughtful touches. I would absolutely visit again.

We loved this place - has character, comfortable and very convenient to restaurants and cafes.

Very unique property, quaint cottage. Roomy with everything you need. Felt a bit cold but bed had an electric blanket.

Fantastic

The room was nice enough the shower did not work properly the bed was uncomfortable, noise from service station next door plus a light on all night

Historic and quaint building. Great position.

Love the place, location, access to 2 great restaurants and the rustic charm.
However we regretted booking the Cottage. Air Conditioner old and did not work properly first night, so cold. It is in the Kitchen, not bathroom. I hope the property update this room, as really like the people and property generally. Also another room next time we will book.

Real easy check in. We rang ahead that we would be late and it was no problem , they immediately organised a late check in

Lovely accomodation

The guest house was in a very good location beautiful garden. Kettle and the outside fudge was dirty.
Ideal for a couple as we can go out for every meal not recommended for families as there is no way of cooking any meals inside the guest house. Did not see a BBQ or a stove to fly an egg even.

Affordable accommodation in good location. Small room made it difficult to find a spot for a large suitcase but otherwise good.

Very old

The rooms were old and quaint but sizeable for what we need. Everything available

Quaint little hotel with period furniture was very clean and appropriately appointed... and the Italian Restaurant next door was fantastic.

The room and facilities were great. We arrived after 9pm and had trouble finding our room. Good location and close to the centre of Margaret River. Well priced and would stay there again. Happy traveler.

Cute, quaint, clean and well located with easy parking. Our second stay!

Everything was good except two things: 1. Upstairs guests are apparently not asked to keep their footsteps quiet in consideration of downstairs guests… 5:30 am stomp stomp stomp bump bump bump. 2. Acute parking shortage, again not mentioned by staff or in any promotional material.
Bottom line: I’d tell people to pay $30 more and go elsewhere.

We spent 4 night at the Guest House in a room with its own yard.
Parking is free and there are enough spaces for all units, the room has access to a shared microwave but each room has their own kettle and fridge (with milk).
The bed is comfy, the rooms are quaint and you need to remember you are staying in a historic building, for some they made find them old fashioned / outdated but it was fine for our needs.
The Italian restaurants which form part of the guest house can be a little noisy during the day but these are not a problem for sleeping in the evening. Breakfast is not an option at the guest house but there are bakery options within a 5 minute walk.

Whilst the room was clean, we were not impressed with the cups, glasses and cutlery being kept in the bathroom with the toilet. It's totally unhygienic. However there is an option to use the kettle & cups outside our room which was great but no milk.

Cute heritage room

Hotel is a short walk from the main shopping and restaurant area.
Rooms are dated, shower dripped all night, with brackets coming away from the wall, lights left on throughout the reception area.
Bed was comfortable, with basic amenities in the room. Champagne room, is on the first floor, so you hear when neighbours come back. All the doors creak so you get a disturbed night. Reception is across the street at another property, as well as key drop off.
Basic room, wouldn’t pay the price that it was advertised at!!

Just a little bit noise. Otherwise it is great.
