Wonderful, quiet and clean

Great location. Katie's Restaurant was awesome and only about a block or so from the Villa. A short walk to the trolley to all the sights. We had the dishwasher hiccup on us, but the team took wonderful care of it. Very clean and well stalked kitchen utensils. Comfortable bed and quiet.

It was okay for us but there are two sets of stairs in the unit. The kids counted them. lol There are 17 from entry to main area. There is one bedroom with no bathroom on this level. There are 19 steps from main living area to other bedrooms and bath.

Juste correct et configuration mais non adapté à un groupe et famille

Le confort est correct mais la configuration de la villa est à revoir. La côté piscine à l'air sympa nous ne l'avons vu que de la fenêtre cuisine car ne temps n'était pas top. Décoration sympa. Literie correcte uniquement pour les lits mais pas pour le canapé convertible.

1 chambre se situe en rdc sans sanitaire ni WC juste à côté d'un garage dont un bruit de moteur / ventilation ou autre tourne toute la nuit + bruit de la route. Nous étions avec une personne âgée et peu valide. Nous avons du la mettre au 1er étage et dormir sur le canapé convertible pour qu'elle puisse avoir au moins les toilettes à disposition mais pas de douche à cet étage non plus.... Il faut attendre le 2 ème étage pour avoir les douches. Un peu étrange car une seule salle de bain commune pour toute la maison et 1 autre dans une chambre parentale. Ceci pour 10 personnes. Le côté rue est mal isolé donc bruit de la route. Le canapé lit n'était pas vérifié : paquet de cigarette vide et de friandises. Le lave vaisselle ne fonctionne pas. Nous avons adressé un message et pas de réponse de la part de l'hote donc nous avons tout lavé à la main. La bouilloire fonctionne uniquement si on maintient le bouton. Le micro-ondes était sale. Le sol est collant le 1er jour nous avions enlevé nos chaussures au rdc. A la vu des pieds et chaussettes nous les avons vite remis. Ce logement est conçu pour de la rentabilité mais non pour être commode. Sa configuration est à revoir pour le bien être de 10 personnes. La personne âgée étant peu valide n'a pas pu visiter la nouvelle Orléans avec nous. Elle est resté au 1er étage et n'a pas pu se doucher durant le séjour : 3 jours et 2 nuits. Le matelas du convertible était fin et non confortable malheureusement pour elle. Les personnes aux rdc n'ont pas dormis dû au bruit de la rue et venant du garage et se sont douchés aux 2èmes étages dans la chambre parentale. Uniquement 8 places assises pour le repas à table. La propreté est à revoir. Le ménage est vraiment sommaire. Nous ne recommandons pas si votre groupe comporte une personne âgée ou famille avec bébé pour se problème de niveau et sanitaires/douches. Ce n'est pas sécurisé ni fonctionnel.

Overall, our stay was great. We intend to book this property again for our annual trip.

This is our second time staying here. We especially appreciate the space and being able to accommodate everyone who traveled with us comfortably. Free onsite parking is an additional plus.

The property was not as clean in the kitchen area as we remembered it being previously. The stove and overhead vent needed some attention prior to us preparing our meals. There were fixtures in the stairwell and secondary bath that had been damaged prior to our arrival that needed repair as well.

We all loved the property, the amenities, and the pool facilities. Upon arrival, we had a little confusion on the property address as the booking form had one house number, and we hadn't realised the confirmation reminder had a different house number. We called the customer services dept, and the responder very swiftly handled our inquiry and we were able to locate and access the property without any further delay. The assistance was very professional.

Definitely book this place! Everyone was so amazed how up to date and stylish the layout was.

I must say I really enjoyed my stay the entire time. It was a perfect location. I wanted to do more than just bourbon st this time and it was literally minutes away from everything I planned to do in the city. The stairs definitely gave my family a workout but it was fine. Quiet neighborhood and plenty of restaurants nearby.

Just wished there was more than 2 full bath in place because one is in the master bedroom but it’s wasn’t too bad. I still would book again or recommend to others.

I’ve been to New Orleans several time but this house and our personal transportation was by far the best trip ever

great location, so much space that accompanied everyone, loved the master bedroom. Everyone loved the house. we also met a transportation service love train express 5042517688 his name is Wayne. he was able to show us more to New Orleans that bourbon street. i highly suggest you guys offering his services with these rentals.

no bathroom on the first floor but that was the only issue.

location was quiet, stores are not far from where we are

We are cooking our meals but cooking utensils are not complete. The kitchen exhaust is dirty. The bedroom on the first floor and one in third floor doors doesn't latch. The bedframe on the other bed collapsed on the first floor also the lamp light not working, dirty floor especially underneath the bed. No kitchen towels.

Couch cushions are falling apart, literally. Kitchen stools are the wrong size for the counter top. There was a giant cock roach on the master bedroom sink. Fire alarm kept triggering in the master bedroom when I would blow dry my hair.

Great place to stay!

Location was perfect, two blocks from the canal Street trolley but in a safe and quiet neighborhood. The home was the perfect size for our group and was very simplistic and modern but had everything we needed and more. The host was great, we even had to do late checkout due to a flight delay and they were able to accommodate.

It wasn't as clean as it could have been, it wasn't deep cleaned, but rather just wiped over, but it wasn't in bad condition, just not as clean as I had expected. There were also a few areas in our townhome that had small nails sticking through the tile and if you weren't careful they'd get your toes as you were walking, but that was more a construction issue than a host issue.

Well deserved get away!!_

Everything was excellent! Very clean, lots of space, fully equipped kitchen for family style dining! Comfy beds, garden tub in Master bedroom! Pool area was just right for the children with a nice sized chessboard and lounge area. A close drive to Bourbon Street and French quarters.You have two options for parking, in the front for larger vans or in the garage for normal size vehicles.A home away from home. Would definitely stay again.

Saturday morning there was a brief rain storm which interrupted the WiFi and we couldn't get it back working in the bedrooms, we ended up using our hotspot. That was the only thing.

Feyonce Farewell Tour

The location to things we had planned during our stay. The location itself was easy to find and safe. There was plenty of room for everyone to stretch out. You really get a leg workout with the stairs. I would definitely return and recommend this property!

The layout was a bit different. There was no bathroom on the 1st level where a bedroom was. The 2nd level only housed a toliet/sink. I was expecting 10 people in my party. If everyone showed up......it would've been a bit tough w/the bathroom situation.

Overall good stay.

Overall everything was pretty good.

It was cold in the ground level bedroom. A space heater should be provided in that room. I slept in the queen bed and it sinks in the middle. On a safety note PLEASE, PLEASE paint the one step that goes across the garage floor white or yellow so that it can clearly be seen when you exit the car. The color contrast will help prevent trips and falls.
