This is a nice little house in a great location, few minutes walk to the train station and city centre. Not luxurious. but is clean and has all the basics you need. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.

Absolutely spotless and great location for visiting our family in Newtown

Location, clean, comfortable

Good location, clean and comfortable
Think a dishwasher would be a good idea as we all have one at home and when away the last thing you want to do is wash dishes. We were all okay but if a family with young children visited a washing machine would be essential for a weeks visit. A simple upgrade with these appliances would enhance the overall experience.

Very well equipped and comfortable house in a quiet area only a short walk to the centre.
Nothing!

The location in Chester was perfect. Only a short walk to the train station and city center, but still in a quiet and secluded part of town. The beds and other furnishings were extremely comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking and the kitchen table was great to have.

Feels like home, very organised, you have everything you need such as hairdryer, coffee, sugar, towels and extra pillows.
Clean,10 min walking to the city centre.
Heating was on timer, if is no movement the heating will stop and this makes the house very cold. We've been out every day until late and then just want to sleep...the house was very cold.
Parking is available just after 6am until 8am, we were lucky because our visit was during the weekend and Sundays is free.

Really nice little house to stay in whilst we were in chester, was comfortable and so close to train station. Was left milk in the fridge so was nice to have a cup of tea straight away!
Not anything to complain about really. Only suggestion I have is to maybe put a washing machine in the building so that those who prefer booking for longer periods of time are able to clean their clothes.

the property was very central, not far to walk from the railway station and into the centre . lovely house with all amenities. Clean & warm .
my only gripe would be the steep stairs , but my young daughter was fine - if I had to say anything!

House appeared comfortable and relatively clean.
Strong odour of stale alcohol. We had to seek alternative accommodation at additional expense due to extremely loud neighbours with approximately 15 people filtering in and out of the house until 1am causing myself and my children to have an extremely unsettled night.

A lovely house, perfect location for access to the city. Everything we needed, very cosy, quiet at night, would definitely recommend.

Felt very comfortable staying here. Very homely. The decor was really nice throughout. The beds were comfy. The kitchen had everything you needed and the cooker was easy to use.
The owner was quick at replying as well and was very helpful.
Property was very clean throughout
Noisy neighbours which can't be helped. I would say parking but it's only 5 min walk away. Was only difficult to be a solo mum with a 3 year old and luggage. Wouldn't be a problem if you have a partner to help.
Did smell of weed outside most of the time we were there. Again that can't be controlled! Just kept windows closed.

The location was good on the edge of the City center
Restricted parking only between 6pm and 8am was a nuisance to work around, would prevent us from booking again
4.5
Clean well furnished and well equipped
Local for centre and trains
All 3 of us are in our seventies so couldn't use the shower as it is over the bath with no hand rail
Also needs a stair rail on each side of stairs is needed
We were cold in the evening as the heating wasn't adequate for our needs

place to ourselves and location was quite good
neighbour’s had a party of which we were told about but it went on a bit later than expected & it all kicked off in there about 12.30 am so not a very good sleep ! this I must say is not the hosts fault

The location was fantastic. The house is in a very quiet area, five minutes from the station and therefore close to the buses for the Zoo, Cheshire Oaks and Liverpool, Wrexham, Mold etc. I want to add that this house was spotlessly clean and for me, this is an important factor when staying away from home. Whoever furnished it had thought of everything you could possibly need for a holiday stay. The bed had white cotton linen and the bed was good quality. The shower was great. Plenty of mirrors around and it didn't lack anything. It was my fault that I didn't notice the key box because I hadn't read the email I was sent, properly. It just took a minute or two to figure it out. Looking forward to going back.
The only word of caution is the stairs are a bit steep if you are disabled. I managed fine and I'm not agile.
