Disappointed stay. Unclean, ill-maintained property.

There was a table outside the room where we can have meals. We ordered from Zomato and had it here.

Cleanliness. It’s not clean. I have photos of how bad the Lenin and bed covers are. There is dust or smoke on the bed. When we asked the staff to change, they came late and we were already outside. Apparently the staff works only till 6, so there was no one to change the bed cover or Lenin when we came back. They have kinley bottles in their restaurant but they put few nameless brands in the room. The walls are dirty. The location is near to the main road, but the connecting road is bad. They can keep only 3 cars inside. When I called them asking for number parking spaces, they ingenuously replied saying “it’s first come first serve, based on availability, etc.” without revealing the exact Number of parking spaces.

The staff was very polite, food was Tasty.

Facility for tea coffee in the room with kettle could be added. Toiletries were missing Breakfast menu can be changed day to day basis

Vriendelijke personeel maakt alles goed.

Personeel super aardig met name Satish kumar. Heel behulpzaam met eten bestellen en brengen naar kamer.

Ruimte was een apartment met gedeelde woonkamer. Maar we mochten de hele ruimte gebruiken. Dat was heel vriendelijk

Decent stay

The approach roads are now in bad shape. Also limited parking facility. The ramp at the property gate is too steep for low ground clearance cars and would damage the underbody of the car.

The staff were pleasant and helpful. The location is away from the city and therefore quiet and peaceful.

Very basic facilities. No towels in the room. We asked for towels. But they only provided 2 for a group of 8. No soaps were provided. We had to request this as well. The rooms had air conditioning, but no quilts/ comforters. There was just a really thin coversheet, which has obviously seen better days.

The staff was very friendly. They were extremely helpful from when I arrived taking my bags to the room, getting me water, and telling me places to visit. When I was leaving I needed to walk to the main road, Satikumar was kind enough to offer to drive me there. The staff really was kind, warm, and made me feel welcome which I appreciated as a somewhat lost foreigner. I'm so grateful I chose to stay here.

did not enjoy my stay

location was fantastic

the room was too small. toilets and the room was not clean. There was a tv in the room and the hall, however it never worked. I did notice that the set up boxes were removed from the tv. did report to the hotel staff, never rectified. food was mediocre, however the crockery used in this property is extremely dirty and very unhygienic. I was woken up at 6am by the hotel staff to move my vehicle from the parking area in order to use the parking lot for one of the private functions - very dissatisfied.

Management and way they handled the experience of check-in check-out. Room service was pretty quick and clean. They follow rules which is good for all. Safe to stay with family and friends. Didnt find anything off in this place.

Everything was good for me. Don know anything went wrong in my checkIn CheckOut and whole experience staying here. Pretty good only.
