Brilliant location but lacked attention to detail

Super location close to beach (that we thought was the best in Jervis Bay) Spacious and well equipped

Disastrous check in as we weren’t sent the code for the lock box and couldn’t reach anyone by phone. No attempt to contact us through the booking msg service which should be the first point of contact. We filled in the online check in the morning we were checking in - if that isn’t good enough then the system needs to change. No apology was made for the problems. The bbq gas was empty The photos of the apartment aren’t quite accurate (for example no rug in living area and outside space a bit neglected) Cleaning lacked attention to detail as we found litter around the house on window sills and in garden

Great location, comfortable and pet friendly.

Great location, very comfortable couch to relax on and very soft beds. Pet friendly and my dog loved exploring the large fenced yard. So close to the beach. Everything clean and easy.

Relaxing Stay!

The house was clean very well kept had everything we needed. The location was a short stroll to the beach. Having the trees at the back and we could hear the crashing of the ocean we had the best of Both world's. Also the fact we could take our fur baby made the stay even more enjoyable.0

The frypan they provided was scratched badly food stuck to it. Everything thing else supplied was great! The main bedroom light didn't work is probably just the globe, but there were 2 lamps in the room that provided light! The beds in room 1 and 3 squeaked badly.

A home for relaxation!

The property had a beautiful backdrop with visiting kangaroos! The yard was generous allowing our Lab to roam safely. The home was well equipped with games for the kids, including an x-box and other items such as shampoo and conditioner and hair straightener and so on. The beds were comfortable and the rooms had ample storage. Heating and cooling offered throughout the house. The outdoor fire was lovely (glad I read an earlier review so I could use it!). Lovely location with a flat walk to the beach! Thank you for a lovely stay.

It was expensive but it was to be expected as it was peak time at Easter.

Lovely Beach House for Kids and Pets

Short walk to the beach, loved the firepit and area for dogs to run around. House was well equipped and nicely decorated. There was a heated towel rail, coffee pod machine, large king size bed and board games in the wardrobe for kids and adults and TVs in every room.

Comfortable and memorable stay with our puppy

The house is very spacious and comfortable with all the necessities supplied. The bbq and fire pit were a huge bonus! The decorations throughout the house give it a very homey feel which me and my partner really enjoyed. The best thing about the property is that there is plenty of room for your furry friend. We truly enjoyed our stay with our pup and had a great time!

The location has its positives and negatives. It’s very close to the beach (which is dog friendly!) so it’s super easy to get down to the beach and enjoy a walk with your dog. However, it can be a bit tricky with groceries as there’s only one supermarket close by and everything else is a 30min drive away. Also the fence on the north side of the property is very poor so we weren’t able to let our pup run around in the yard as he is still in training.

Great accomodation in close approximity to the beach.

The property was modern and newly renovated. Everything you needed was there - from kitchen supplies to beach towels. We liked the big fenced yard which is perfect for pets. The beds were very comfortable. The self-check in was made very easy and the “instruction” manual online was very helpful!

The wifi was quite slow and at times couldn’t support running Netflix on the TV. There’s nothing at Callala Beach so you definitely need a car to drive to the shop etc.

We enjoyed our beach walks & time away from home.

The location - close to the beach and we were able to take our 2 small elderly dogs.

The property was poorly maintained- possibly due to earlier pandemic restrictions. The gutters overflowed & flooded the entrance & laundry. The dishwasher leaked and the place needed a decent clean- see the room photo- this was beside the sofa.

Very good

5 min walk to the beach. Amazing property tastefully decorated and had eveything we need. It was about a 50 min drive to Jervis bay however the beach around the property was beautiful and not as busy.
