After some initial issues and a room change - a good stay.

Location fantastic. Coffee machine good. Towels good. Shower good. Shampoo and conditioner provided.

No staff on site. Initial room allocated was nothing like the photos, had to change rooms. Several light bulbs out. Room 308 is old, dated, loud fridge, on a busy road. Room 506 much nicer decor, warmer, no kitchen in the middle of the room, higher and therefore quieter.

Good place to stay

I liked that it was close to everything. The room was clean and comfortable.

We were next to a bar, so you’ll need ear plugs if you’re a lite sleeper. Make sure that you put a towel in front of the crack of the shower door, so you can prevent the water from going all over the floor.

Lage super, sevice schlecht.

Die Unterkunft war sauber &' sehr Zentral, alles war sehr gut zufuss erreichbar &' es hatte Bushaltestellen in der nähe. Der Check- In verlies reibungslos per SMS mit den zugangsdaten, da wir erst um 23:00 Uhr ankamen.

Bei der Buchung war nicht vermerkt, das sie keine täglichen Reinigungen machen. Sie haben jedoch im Hotel einen QR- Code den man scannen kann wo alles drin steht. Hätte ich jedoch lieber vor der Reise gewusst. Man kan ihnen eine Mail schreiben wenn man etwas benötigte, was ich auch getan habe als ich frische Handtücher wollte. Mann muss ihnen lassen sie schreiben sehr schnell zurück jedoch schickten sie mir eine Mail zurück für eine Weg beschreibung im Hotel zum Keller das ich mir selber Handtücher hollen kann, wo man jedoch einen Code brauchte um rein zukommen, denn sie mir nicht mitgeschickt haben. Anschliessend haben sie mir eine zweite Webeschreibung geschickt wie ich durch das Hotel in ein anderes Hotel gelange &' mich dort bei der Rezeption selbständig in den schränken bedienen durtfe. Dies habe ich nicht gemacht, da ich mich dabei unwohl fühlte. Also Servictechnisch fande ich das Hotel schlecht für das, dass es mit 3- Sternen deklariert wird.

It’s OK.

Not too expensive for Iceland .., Fair fair it’s in the center

It was absolutely not very clean and a crazy noisy position Above a bar, the offer earplugs complementary, which is a joke because it’s so loud that he might be really sitting in the bar as well so if you’re trying to sleep, it’s a very noisy location. The floor is filthy and the water has no proper pressure to close the bathtub with. Disappointed

We'd stay here again

This was a "value" hotel. The price was reasonable and the location was excellent (except for the noisy bars nearby). The hotel has no onsite reception but help was available (quickly but not instantly) via text, e-mail, or phone. Luggage storage is free but open to all residing in the hotel.

Although the location was excellent, noisy bars nearby played music until very late. The room was very small but had the necessities. The main door was unlocked all the time (remember, no front desk!), but maybe this reflects Reykjavik being a safe city.

great location, super clean and comfortable next to everything!

There is no staff, but it has a great location and value; it is sure comfortable, easy to check in, and super clean and quiet, even though it is next to all the bars! Ideal for a week-end!

The pleace to leave the suitcase has no cameras so anything could be stolen by others staying at the same hotel

Der var ingen morgenmad. Beliggenhed var god.

Der var et 5 mandsorkester der spillede lige under vores væretse fra 20.00 til 23.00. Det var virkelig ikke rart.

Sauber und zentral, aber leider nichts fürs Wochenende

Das Hotel war sehr sauber. Man brauchte kein CheckIn und konnte einfach jederzeit über einen Türcode sein Zimmer beziehen.

Das Hotel liegt mitten im Zentrum, was ansich Super komfortabel ist. Fürs Wochenende ist es aber leider gar nicht geeignet. Wir waren von Samstag auf Sonntag dort und konnten aufgrund einer Party unterliegenden Local sowie des Lärms draußen leider gar nicht schlafen. Die Zimmer sind relativ klein.

Aprovechada al máximo

Super céntrico, en una zona tranquila, con parking cerca si vienes con coche. La habitación limpia, cómoda y cálida. Rl baño con una super ducha. Restaurante para desayunar o cenar. No hay recepción, pero tienen el tema check in - out muy práctico

Posizione centrale, camere pulite e moderne. Comodo il self check in Parcheggi pubblici a pagamento davanti ma la struttura indica dove trovare parcheggi gratis, presenti a soli 7 minuti a piedi di distanza dove abbiamo lasciato l’auto senza problemi.

Mi e piaciuta la spiegazione di come entrare in camera e tutto quello che bisogna sapere. È stato davvero molto chiaro e semplice

Il check out è alle 11. Alle 10.58 stavo per andarmene (stavo letteralmente per aprire la porta) e una donna delle pulizie è venuta arrabbiata perché non ho fatto check out. Capisco che è tutto organizzato però così è poco educato.

Very very Good!

Hotel very very close to restaurants and stores. Walk distance to all sightseeing places in the city. Very comfortable bed, super cozy bedroom with heating floor in the bathroom and very very good shower. Last but not least, good breakfast:)

Fine but annoying check in system.

The room was nice and the location was central.

Checking in was a nightmare and took too long - I didn’t like that there was nobody there to help. There were soap dispensers in the bathroom but no soap in them. There was no garbage bin in the main room - only a tiny one in the bathroom. I did not expect there to be loud music playing right under my room till 11pm - found that out from the note in the room - I wish I had known that before I booked the room.

Great location, but get a room on the upper floors due to noise.

Great hotel and perfect location. We stayed in 204 a family suite with three beds. The room has a kitchen area with a table and 4 chairs. The bathroom is a good size, but the shower is in a large jacuzzi tub, it makes for an awkward shower since there isn’t a shower curtain. This room is over the bookstore, it is a bar that plays live music until 11 pm every night, it didn’t bother us since we went downstairs to enjoy it. If you have an early flight or want to go to bed early I would suggest asking for a different floor.

More of a suggestion rather than a dislike. Put a white noise machine in the rooms that are above the bookstore and provide ear plugs to help with the noise. We had both and it did help the night we had an early flight.

Comfort in centro città

Le indicazioni per accedere alla camera tramite self check-in sono molto chiare. Posizione della struttura in pieno centro e camera ben insonorizzata. La camera è ampia, pulita e arredata con gusto. Bagno pulito con una doccia ampia.

Suggerirei di aggiungere un piccolo tavolino e magari una seduta in più visto che la camera può ospitare 2 persone.

Tiene una ubicación buenísima, el hotel es confortable y tiene lo necesario. Es limpio y cómodo.
