The ad on Booking was misleading. Perfect for 2 people but not for 4.

Clear communication on how to access the property. Easy to understand and to use. The room was not what was advertised and the hosting crew offered to refund us if we canceled. We stayed as nothing else was available on such a short notice.

The description and the photos on Booking did not match the reality. The bed room had no curtains/blinds installed. The couch was just a regular couch, not a sofa bed like written in the description and visible on the pictures. Therefore no bedsheets fitted the couch to turn it into a bed and we were missing 1 pillow. (You can see the pictures to compare)

We stayed over the weekend and i downloaded the app to communicate with the staff and they were really quick to respond. Great clean beautiful apartment and it comes with a parking spot behind the house. We had a good time

Apartment was amazing. Large and spacious bedroom with large TV, very comfortable bed. The kitchen is also very comfortable, it has dishes, a refrigerator, a stove, a microwave, a water jug, and even a dishwasher. The bathroom - normal, but comfortable enough with a bathtub.

There were no slippers and I had to walk either barefoot or in socks. There was only one coffee pod for the two of us and no sugar.

Great place to stay. The apartment is exactly as represented. The host is very responsive.

The location was close to the people we were visiting. We loved that there is an Aldi a block away and an Edeka a few blocks away. We also loved the small local restaurants within easy walking distance. It is great that the property includes a full kitchen with refrigerator, stove, oven, dishwasher, cookware, and pantry and the bathroom includes a clothes washer. There is additional bedding provided so that the living area couch can become a bed.

It was a big and clean appartment, near the university campus.

THERE WERE NO SHEETS in our beds, for covering the bed-mattress. There were just sheets covering the coverlets. When we asked for it, at first he could not understend what we wanted, and then the reply was that "there were no other sheets available for us". At first for the third person there were no linens at all. Also there was not mop for cleaning the water from the bathroom floor. We asked for extra key and also was not available. Finally the communication was very poor.

It was not a fair situation. I booked the apartment on the ground floor for 2 weeks. before the stay I received an email that I can not have the apartment and that i stay on the 1st floor .ok. Julia told me that she return me 240€ back. I wrote an email , i colled, no one answered me.

Great comfortable and spacious, well proviosened apartment.

I arrived very late but the system of using a key safe outside the property worked really well for me. I was working close by so location was perfect for me and with three supermarkets in easy walking distance made it easy to buy food. In addition the well stocked kitchen had many condiments and little bits that would have been annoying to have to buy so this was a great plus. The apartment was spacious and clean and the addition of a washing machine meant long stay was not a problem with getting clothes cleaned. Loved the place.

There wasn't anything I can think of that I would say I didn't like, I guess the fact that the apartment was on the ground floor wasn't to my taste but it wasn't really a problem.
