Sleeping arrangements poor at best. Couch was unbearable, secondary cot, poor at best.
Ant infestation on counter top.

Great location near the Smokey’s. Even better coming in the late winter due to snow and less people.

I went by myself to kinda of go off grid a little bit and get away from my everyday life. This place was perfect, very comfortable and in a quiet neighborhood. Also not very far from Pigeon Forge if you feel like venturing over there.

This little cabin was so wonderful we stayed 6 nights with our dog Nala and it was very peaceful and the cabin was very clean and it was bigger than what you think. Sandra the owner was wonderful. I sent her message about the hot water and she and her dad was there to fix the problem. The cabin is in a good location to town and very quiet.
I had sent Sandra a message about a couple of our friends coming to stay a few nights and she said that they could not was not going to charge us any extra and brought more towels and other things. We will definitely stay again.
We had a wonderful time.

I always wondered how that feels live in the very tiny house, and after spending 2 nights, me and my husband and our only daughter and our Shih-Tzu like this place so much better than living in motel or hotel but for bedroom is super tight space 😅 must crawling and crouching can't sit up straight on the bed 😆 but its worth it experience 👍

Cosby getaway
We enjoyed our stay. We wish we had a broom to be able to clean up. Our dog spilled his food and sheds a lot, and we had a very difficult time trying to get it cleaned up. And also an indication of where to put trash when full or extra trash bags. But overall, content

Cosby Cabin
Cute little cabin in a good location in Tennesse, not too far from all of the attractions. Was definitely small, but was perfect for just my partner and I. We loved our stay here!

Clean and Cozy
Very clean and affordable tiny home for 2 people. Decorated very nicely with special touches, such as a beautiful salt rock lamp and a keurig stocked with k cups and even some complimentary snacks. Enjoyed our little get away!

Clean and dog friendly
They keep this tiny house clean and ready for your dogs. It smells amazing and the maintenance on the tiny house is great. They had a salt crystals lamp on to welcome us , a doggy bowl for our Gaia (thank goodness we forgot ours), and a big jar of treats. However the neighbors next to us let their dogs out and they would constantly bark at our dog whenever she would be outside. If your dog is nervous or skittish at all in new places, you might want to think twice about booking here. Also the house is located in a drive way so just be aware of that. Overall we really did enjoy our time here.

One Night’s Stay in Fun Tiny House
I just stayed one night in this fun tiny house but enjoyed it very much. It’s got a few quirky elements like no sink in the bathroom and sleeping bags instead of bed linens but it was a great place for my brother and I to spend the night on our way to the Knoxville area. It may be a tiny house but it’s got so many comforts packed inside that it made for a very enjoyable stay. I would definitely stay here again.

Delightful accommodations on the quiet side of GSMNP
Owner was easy to contact regarding how to use tv remote. Also previous guests had locked key in hut. One text to owner and neighbor brought over a key. Great location. Loved hiking in the quiter area. Saw bear, elk, turkey and deer!

Hikers hut
It was definitely a tiny home, but the cutest tiny home ever. Was well equipped with sleeping arrangements & kitchen appliances. We were perfectly located in the middle of the most beautiful nature and minutes away from Gatlinburg as well. Mr. Joward was a pleasure to talk to & let us pick the blueberries. Definitely would recommend & return.

Fun experience!
We thought it would be fun to try out a tiny house after seeing them on TV so much. It was a fun and memorable experience that our whole family enjoyed. The property was very nice and check in/out was a breeze.

I absolutely loved the area this little hut was at! The hut itself was so adorable and clean! Yes it is small, it was just myself , hubby and my dog so it was enough room for the three of us. The owner kept good constant replies to any questions I had. I also appreciate the little snacks and coffee that was available! Much appreciated
However, I only had one small complaint. My dog was leashed at the site says to keep your dog if you’re taking them out . When I was taking my dog out for a walk, three huge huskies / German shepherds, started to bark aggressively and run down the hill from the house that is up there. I feared that they were probably trying to attack my puppy or myself,so, I ran back to the hut in order to avoid what those dogs were gonna do if they were trying to attack my dog. so through out the time I was a bit nervous taking my dog out anymore than just being around the hut … I think that should be fixed. I understand having dogs in your property to protect your home but to actually tun down the hill and perhaps attack a customer from the hut is not good. Like I said idk if they were gonna try and hit my dog but I couldn’t even walk down the street without fear of them trying to attack my dog.

Great stay
Everything was great. Very clean, great owners. I would have liked some chairs to sit around the fire pit, but still excellent!

Enjoyed it!!
Very lovely! It was our first tiny home stay and we definitely will be back!! Don’t be fooled by the size it has plenty of room for a small family and the full kitchen is a fantastic amenity!

Cute place - NOT “2 bed” though
Cute place but the materials I saw stated it was a 2-bed place. It isn’t. There is a futon which literally left me hanging from the shins-down. No sink in bathroom. Good for one person or a “couple”. Not good for two (or more) adults who are not a “couple”. Paid for Monday thru Sunday; stayed one night. Spent another $1000+ on a hotel. Disappointed that it didn’t fit our needs (relied on description) but I would consider staying here again if it was “just” me and my dog.

You cannot go wrong with this tiny house!
This was a quick & short notice getaway for my girl and I. Oh and our Australian Shepherd Murphy.
We found the price very affordable, reservation process easy and we were able to communicate with the owner (Sandra) right away.
Check-in was a breeze upon arrival...and by check-in I mean there is a key box, you get the combo and presto...you are in the cabin.
It is a "tiny" cabin...absolutely perfect for a couple and MAYBE a kid or 2.
2 adult couples would be a challenge in my humble opinion. The cabin had everything you need and if you have ever done any kind of serious camping you will feel completely spoiled by all the thoughtful amenities and more important...cold Air Conditioning.
A previous comment mentioned that it isn't particularly close to the attractions/trails in the Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge area and that is accurate but the drive is easy to those areas and we found lots of nature to do in the local area...specifically hiking from the Cosby entrance to the National Forest which is maybe 5 or 6 miles away.
All in all a great and affordable stay. We will definitely stay here again if able.

Great stay!
This tiny home was perfect and had all of the amenities that I needed for my stay. I had plenty of room. The location was quiet and an easy drive to Gatlinburg and the Great Smoky Mountain National Park. The property manager was also great and responded quickly to any questions. And, importantly, the property was pet friendly! I would definitely stay here again.

Great quite little place to stay!
I vacationed here for 4 nights with my husband, 2 children and 1 🐕. This was our first time staying in a tiny hut. I found this place to be very unique and would recommend anyone to stay here. The hut is beautifully decorated and you can buy some of the handmade wall decorations, which of course we did. It was very quiet and no one bothered us, which is perfect when your on vacation. The owner was is easy to get in touch with and very nice. I am very pleased with how our vacation turned out.

Small Getaway
We were only here for a couple of nights and the place was great! It had everything we needed and more. It was very clean and well kept. The people around us were also very friendly. The only thing I was not a fan of was how far away we were from Gatlinburg and all of the hiking sites. It took 30 minutes to over an hour to get to some places. Other than that, everything was great!

A little peace of heaven!
My husband and I traveled to the area for a weekend and loved our stay! Sandra worked to get us checked in ahead of schedule and was communicative throughout the entire booking. The cabin was clean and spacious, & matched with description accurately. We will definitely stay again. Thanks Sandra!

Beautiful not exactly tiny hideaway in the hills
This wonderful small cabin-like home has everything you need, including more space than what it looks like it has in the pictures! The ceiling for being in the loft was higher than the pictures make it look - we could sit up and not hit our heads. It was perfect for a peaceful rest from traveling, cook food and shower! It is small but was perfect for my husband and myself, way better than a hotel. Clean!! Owner was wonderful and communicative, reachable. Beautiful area in the hills. Private enough with curtains and the hills! This is in the owner's yard at a dcecnt distance from the home, in a somewhat residential area. We felt like we had a home all to ourselves however. Thank you💟💜💟🌲

My fiance, our fur baby and I stayed for three nights and it was absolutely wonderful. It was our first experience in a tiny house and we loved it. We also felt very safe in the area we were at. We hope to come back soon!
