Tolles Hotel

Wir waren 3 Tage , das Zimmer war super toll ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Dieses Hotel würden wir wieder buchen. Etwas auserhalb, aber mit dem Tax geht es sehr gut, die Taxi Kosten sind sehr günstig was man ansonsten nicht behaupten kann. Preise in Restaurant / Bar usw nahezu wie bei uns!!!!

Die Preise im Hotel - Restaurant / Bar sind sehr teuer. Das Frühstück war nicht so besonders, da sehe ich noch Verbesserung würde ich auch nicht mehr zum Zimmer dazu buchen.

A very nice hotel with very friendly staff near the old town of Timisoara

The staff were very friendly to both us and our dog. They made us feel at home - recommending some very good wine and giving us some snacks even after the restaurant was closed. The location is a bit farther away from the center of town than we thought, but close enough to walk - and there are tram lines directly outside of the hotel. The rooms have modern lighting fixtures that are smart and we enjoyed using.

We are not fans of carpeted rooms - this is just a preference of ours and is no reflection on the hotel.

Design incantator, curatenie ireprosabila, asternuturi si prosoape impecabile. In aceste vremuri in care igiena este primul gand, hotelul Mercure te face sa te simti in siguranta.

Ospitalitatea , bunăvoința tuturor angajaților, curățenia, camera arată exact ca în descrierea de pe site!

Nice place

The overall design in very interesting and the rooms are cozy and fully automated as well.

Even though the breakfast tries to bring new and interesting dishes to life, there are not many options, it is fine for 1-2 nights max.

Unerträglicher Geruch/Schrecklich

Ich verstehe nicht, wieso diese neuen Hotels so einen Penetranten Parfum Geruch sprühen, sodass man nicht mal im Zimmer bleiben und schon gar nicht schlafen kann! Schrecklich. -Wir sind wieder gleich gegangen und sind in ein anderes Hotel gegangen was ich sehr empfehlen kann(Tresor) wollten unser Geld zurück mussten aber die hälfte des Zimmers bezahlen, was sehr unverschämt war. Sollen die Inhaber mal in so einem Stark Parfümierten Zimmer schlafen. Das ist doch nicht mehr normal und schadet der Gesundheit noch sowas von!. Danke und nie wieder und die Betten sind zudem noch so hart. Da kann man ja gleich auf einer Parkbank schlafen.

Sehr schönes und modernes Hotel

Ein sehr schönes Hotel. Modern gestaltet auf hohem Niveau. Manchmal sogar etwas to much. Aber das ist reine Geschmacksache. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und werden das Hotel bei unserem nächsten Aufenthalt wieder buchen. Wir hatten das Zimmer mit Terrasse gebucht.

Lediglich an die Lage muss man sich etwas gewöhnen. Sie ist nicht schlecht, aber auch nicht hervorragend.

Spectacular, again.

Second time staying here and the hotel is exceptional on all levels. Very clean and welcoming, fabulous rooms. Superb staff and management. Restaurant for dinner and breakfast is superb.

Wonderful stay in Timisoara, the room was colorful and lively, the smart design of lights is making the room very special. Good choice of food and wine in the restaurant, breakfast is diverse. I would love to come back.

When we arrived it turned out that they gave away our reserved room to someone else without any prior notice. There were no managers in the hotel on a Saturday afternoon when the hotel was fully booked. In fact we never received our room which we reserved, although we were with children.

too many technical automation in the rooms which is working not well sometimes. too less orange juice at breakfast, orders has to be done several times.

Very nice hotel, but the overall quality is decreasing

this is a lovely hotel, nice design; we use to stop one or two nights every last years; restaurant is pleasant and very good

1. heating was not functioning (i.e to pump warm air in the room); we asked the reception to fix it, they failed to do so; also, there are no backup portable heaters; so, if you would like 24 degrees in the room, this was not the place. 2. phone was not working to call the reception 3. there was no water heater in the room, to prepare a tea for example. Reception said the next day that these should be asked from reception. Should be in the room in my opinion, like in any 4 star rated hotel 4. Despite being a double room with 2 persons on the booking, there were only one pair of slippers and one robe available 5. The fancy tablet wich controls lights, heating and so on was dirty and sticky (could be that someone drop some coffe on the desk and put the tablet there). To sum up: I love this hotel and I hope that all the above are accidents and that the hotel will regain / keep previous high quality. It is a very very nice hotel and hopefully this drop in quality of service is temporary. All the best!
