Hervorragender Service und köstliche Küche im NJ Hotel

Ich hatte einen wundervollen Aufenthalt im NJ Hotel in Rabat und kann es nur wärmstens empfehlen! Von der ersten Minute an wurde ich an der Rezeption herzlich empfangen. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich die Mitarbeiter Mouad, Hind, Oussama, Ismael und Jawad, die stets freundlich und hilfsbereit waren. Ihr Engagement macht den Unterschied und sorgt dafür, dass man sich sofort wohlfühlt. Der Service unter der Leitung von Mr. Ahmad war ebenfalls hervorragend. Chefkoch Youssef und sein Team, bestehend aus Wassim, Rim und Noureddine, haben uns mit köstlichen Gerichten verwöhnt. Besonders der Kouskous am Freitag war ein Highlight, gefolgt von einem tollen Nachtisch, der uns begeistert hat! Die Sauberkeit im Hotel ist bemerkenswert, und das verdanken wir den Zimmermädchen Hasna und Karima. Sie waren immer hilfsbereit und sorgten dafür, dass unsere Zimmer stets hygienisch und einladend waren. Insgesamt war mein Aufenthalt im NJ Hotel eine sehr positive Erfahrung, und ich würde es jedem empfehlen, der Rabat besucht. Vielen Dank an das gesamte Team für diesen unvergesslichen Aufenthalt!

Muy recomendable

La amabilidad del personal, tanto Khaoula como del chico que nos atendió por la tarde. El desayuno riquísimo y abundante, además los camareros muy amables también (muy atentos, nos adaptaban el desayuno y nos ofrecían varias alternativas, ya que algunos de nosotros tenemos intolerancias alimenticias). Limpieza y comodidad.

Clean hotel and very friendly staff

Very clean and nice hotel. Perfect location in Rabat city center. With Genius discount on Booking, it’s good bang for your buck. Very respectful and nice personnel overall. Shout out to Ismail who woke me up and prepared my takeover breakfast to catch my flight

Windows aren’t the most acoustic isolating. Shower separation not leak proof.

Excellent, calm hotel with lovely terrace!

This lovely hotel is one of a kind. Being small boutique type hotel is suits extremely well to those who look for Individualized service, calm and peaceful atmosphere. The service and staff will go on and beyond to serve you well. Quiet and clean premises, beds extremely comfortable. Oussama and Mauod: what a service!! They are so helpful and always smiling! Seems that the owner take such good care of the people. It shows. It is uplifting to see that also the staff is taken care of and treated well. It shows! For a tourist it makes it reassuring to see that service is authentic. If you value good service and calm surroundings, NJ is your place. Thank you! We will be back!

Exceptional

The staff is amazing! I was travelling alone, but never felt alone! Receptionists, waiter and security staff made my stay amazing. Unfortunately, I lost their names. This is the best staff I ever found! The restaurant is also good. I highly recommend this hotel for business trips!

Great staff, good location, good value overall

The location is excellent, and as we were lucky enough to get one of the free hotel parking slots, our car was immediately outside the reception. The staff were superb, very attentive and flexible with any requests or questions. We felt very well looked after. The rooms are well proportioned and the rollaway bed for my (16-year old) son was very comfortable.

These are minor points or personal preference, and we would stay again: The WiFi was poor in our room. The bed and the pillows were very firm (some people may prefer that) The breakfast is advertised as continental, but even so, there was a very limited choice - although the fruit was very fresh and juicy and the coffee was excellent.

Welcoming and helpful staff makes this a nice choice in Rabat

I had a last-minute booking at a hotel in Rabat due to an Airbnb issue (airbnb was infested with mold), and they accommodated our late check-in at 23:00. Despite a small room, the shower had great water pressure, and we enjoyed one of the best breakfasts we've had in Morocco. Sawad and Dussama were incredibly helpful, even watching our car as we went sightseeing. Highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and welcoming stay in Rabat.

While the room was a bit small, it wasn't a problem for us since we were planning on spending most of our time sightseeing. The hotel's excellent location and comfortable amenities made up for the smaller size of the room. Overall, we had a great stay and would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

Rooms were newish and decent although the TV didn't work for two days.

The staff was uniformly awful (with the single exception of the restaurant waiter who seemed nice). I've rarely seen such a collection of useless, mind-numbing zombies in any hotel anywhere.

Highly recommend

Loved that they had netflix. Breakfast was slightly too cold but still enjoyable. I feel the rooms were very clean and the staff were happy to help.

A great little gem

This is my ideal kind of hotel. It has a small intimate feel, a great location, good quality room and bathroom fittings and wonderful staff. Additionally, the restaurant has a great street-level location and produces excellent food. I hope to be back soon.

The room was rather noisy at night being on a busy street. Remember to ask for a quiet room if this is going to disturb your sleep. However this is bound to be the case with such a central location.

Exceptional

Our flight from Paris was after midnight and we were able to check in without any problems. Also the staff Oussama and Janad were very helpful especially we didn't have any Morocco dirham so they helped us to change it in a bank. The locaton is excellent too and room was very clean. Everyone in hotel was nice and kind and tried to help in everything.

The hotel team was Amazingggggggg

every single thing was perfect. oussama from reception was extremely helpful. the guys at the restaurant/cafe ultra polite and gave us the perfect dining experience. exquisite service. jawad from concierge made us feel like we are back home and asking for whatever we needed from our best friend!! he is an extremely helpful person. thats his nature. most concierge services in any hotel we’ve been to does it for the tips, not jawad. he made everything we needed and not waiting for anything in return. overall. this hotel is a gem in rabat. the rooms might be a little small but this point is nothing next to all the super things u get on the other side. a must stay in for sure in Rabat.
