Well located with all facilities needed and nice staff

Very good location next to the station and in a quiet but nice area of town. Room was comfortable and had a nice balcony. Breakfast was delicious. Most importantly, the staff was friendly and helpful.

Rooms were a bit run down, but nothing serious.

Clean modern room, good breakfast, except for the coffee.

The bed was described on Booking.com as a king sized, but in fact it was a queen. Booking should change their description. We really did not like having to ask repeatedly for the air conditioni g to be turned on. The room was hot and our last night the AC stopped late evening and we had a hot, uncomfortable night. I don't know if it was a mechanical problem or they were trying to save money by keeping the AC off, but the heat in the room was a constant and big problem for us.

Friendly staff, good location.

There was an array of choices from local to continental. The waitress served with a lovely smile. They were willing to make changes if you asked for what is not ordinarily on the menu.

I would have preferred that the choices were displayed as a buffet so I can pick what I like in my desired quantities.

Good location for a quick stay in Rabat

The location is near the train station Rabat ville. It is a secure place to stay. The breakfast was good.

The WiFi was so bad.

The rooms are big and clean and the breakfast is great. The room cleaners, kitchen staff and bag carrier are extremely nice but the main receptionist is working against this business, see comment below for why

They gave us two toilet rolls, and four towels for a family of six. The internet is a nightmare, it barely works. When you call reception to complain the guy performs some magic on his pc and comes up and it starts working for a while, then he says this has never happened, I try to explain, the kids do same and my wife does same but he says we are not telling the truth, wow. It seems to me that they provide the cheapest internet and if you do not complain they leave it at that and they seem to tell every client that this has never happened before. Other clients during breakfast equally complained about the quality of the internet and the rudeness of the receptionist. Going forward he becomes extremely rude just because we asked for the internet to be fixed. I honestly do not care about that but will never go there again, I cannot recommend this dual-faced personality.

Would love to stay again. Very clean.

Within walking distance of train station with rolling luggage. Lots of interesting things within walking distance. Two museums, the German embassy, a cathedral, shops and cafes. Breakfast was wonderful.

I’d like a flatter pillow.
