全館禁煙なので電子タバコは吸わないで下さい

水道橋駅から近い。東京ドームシティに近い。東京ドームシティの黄色いビルの2階に、最近フードコートが出来て色んな飲食店の味が楽しめて、そのビルにも近い。

利用客のマナーの問題たが、全館禁煙なのにカプセル内で電子を吸っていると思われる客が複数いて、身体に有害な空気が発生していた。ルールをきちんと守って貰いたい。どうしても喫煙したいのなら、喫煙出来るホテルやホステルは沢山有るので、そこに泊まるべきだ。

Der simple Ablauf und die Einfachheit der Prozesse verstärkt den Eindruck, dass das Hostel effizient und genau das ist, was es sein möchte: ein Ort, an dem man sich abends hinlegt, morgens aufsteht und die Stadt erkundet.

Der Aufenthaltsraum im obersten Stockwerk könnte etwas einladender gestaltet sein. Außerdem ist die Notwendigkeit, ständig eine neue Zugangskarte zum Spind zu erfragen, etwas störend.

Wrong choice. Will not recommend for travelers or backpackers.

Location. Sleep comfort. It maybe a decent pitstop for someone looking for a quick shower and sleep. Specially if one is traveling alone.

Very inconvenient setup. Basic amenities missing like luggage storage, hot water kettle, microwave, etc. Every checkout is extremely painful. Lockers are placed too close and on a different floor.

Perfect size

The room has the perfect size, also de lockers have a very good space

Great for a short visit

Good location, extremely easy to check in and out. Staff happy to help with any problem such as forgetting or losing your key card.

Relies on other people being polite and quiet as well, which most people are.

外でのイベントが良かったので「良」です

4年ほど前に利用しましたが、仕様は同じで良かったです。シャワールームや、洗面もたくさんあり待たずに使用できました。

タオル等の入ったバッグの中に男性家族は歯ブラシが入っていたが女性のほうは入っていませんでした。最初の予約のセット内容の違いかもしれませんが…。年月が経っているのもありますが、飲食できる部屋の絨毯が汚れていて椅子に座るテーブルに人が集まっていました。私も直接座るのはちょっとできませんでした。

すごく楽しかったです

マットレスが寝心地よく清潔感があり快適でした　シャワー室も大変よかった　シャンプーの匂いがとても良かったです　駅　コンビニが近いので助かります^_^

　6階に行かないと乗り換えできないエレベーターが　　少し面倒かと、思います

スムーズには寝れなかった

ロケーションが良いです。また、意外とロッカーのスペースがあるので人がいない時はスーツケースを広げて整理ができます。シャワーの勢いも良い感じでした。

枕が思った以上に硬い。あとこれはカプセルホテルだとしょうがないのですが、大きないびきをする人が5人ほどいてカエルの合唱かと思うほどのうるささでした。普段はそういったことを気にせず寝れるタイプなのですが、凄まじかったです。ノイキャン/耳栓は必須だと思います。

Séjour mitigé

Le lounge est sympa, avec une vue agréable sur la ville. Le concept de la capsule était une première, et c'est assez spacieux et le matelas confortable. A proximité du Tokyo Dome et du métro.

Les lumières de des capsules innocupées sont allumés jour et nuit, la lumière de l'allée principale également. Dommage d'un point de vue écologique, mais surtout ça peut perturber le sommeil.. Également, pourquoi changer les serviettes et pyjama+pantoufles ainsi que les draps toous les jours ? Enfin, lors du départ, il y avait du personnel à la réception, mais le check out est autonome et personne ne vous parle (pas même un bonjour), dommage car le concept est très sympa

水道橋駅近、利用目的である東京ドームまでとても近くアクセスが良かった。スタッフさんの雰囲気も良かった。

スタッフさんが清掃してくれているのは分かるが限界があると思うので、客が掃除できるようワイパーなどがあると良いかと思った。洗面台、風呂場にどうしても髪の毛が残りやすい

コストパフォーマンスの高いカプセルホテル。次回も選びたい。

仕事も兼ねていたので、落ち着くラウンジとWiFi、水廻りの設備など事務所、自宅のように過ごせた

ロッカーの鍵の使い方が難しく、スタッフの方に聞いても答えを知らず時間がかかった。急いでいたので、その点のみ気になった。

Cheap accomodation but many showers and toilets are out of comission.

- Place is cleaned regularly - Sleeping area is seperated from the common area and is very quiet, have not heard people talking like I do in other hostels. - Amenities provided, towel, face towel, PJs, toothbush, slippers - There is someone at the front dest 24/7 - Can purchase extra amenities if neeed be - Cute cafe with great coffee next door - Extremely close to Tokyo Dome/suidobashi station

- the sink area is always COVERED in water. Ive seen a few people grab the paper towel and clean up after themseleves but this is obviously not the case normally. Would be good if the hotel put out rags so people can wipe up the water. - Seems a bit wasteful to be getting a new toothbrush every single day (when you could just use the one toothbrush but get a new tube of toothpaste) - This time I stayed, 4 of the 8 showers were out of commission. Every time I went to have a shower I was waiting 20+ minutes . - Similarly, out of the 4 toilets on the 7th floor, 3 were locked, meaning there was only one toilet avaliable for the whole floor.

全体的に建物内が奇麗だった。東京ドームや駅からのアクセスがとても良かった。 1人で泊まるには十分だった。

シャワー混雑時には、清掃が回らずシャワー室に髪の毛が詰まって排水が上手くいっていなかった。 QRコードの読み込みが難しい。

東京ドームからすぐの立地。駅も近い。

シャワー室が混んでいて並んでまった。シャワー室から水漏れがありロッカー室まで水が流れていた。カプセルの所が暑くて寝苦しがった。乾燥もキツかった。

駅から近くて良かった。設備も最低限のものは揃っているので、価格以上に満足感がある。耳栓をもらえるのは良かった！

カプセルホテルにしては良い？

景観が綺麗なラウンジを使え、落ち着いて過ごせる。東京ドームが近く、一人観光には向いている。

どのカプセルホテルにも言えますが、周りの人の音や振動が気になる事があります。こればかりは運ですね… 耳栓は必携でしょう。

Terrific location in Tokyo, and worth the price you pay for a capsule hotel!

9h Suidobashi is in a perfect location to access a lot of areas nearby! Tokyo dome is literally visible from the lounge window, the Yellow line (Chuo-Sobu line) easily allows you to get to most attractions like Akihabara, and dining options are very much available nearby - whether it's the coffee shop next door, to the family mart across the street, or to restaurants near the station or Tokyo Dome. As with any 9h branch they also have a 'utility bag' of sleepwear, towels, and toothbrush that they replace every day. As a cherry on top, they have a lounge that doubles as a working space in the 6th floor where you can spend the time. Disclaimer: I booked last-minute for the winter holidays (Dec 29-Jan3), so I understand the price point.

They do not allow you to stay in your capsule during 10am-2pm for the cleaning. Given that I spent the night out on new year, I would still have wanted to sleep longer. Maybe a "do not disturb" option can be made, but it still was okay in the end, I just stayed at the lounge for a while. For those who have oversized luggage or want to have their things always accessible, be advised that their storage space and sleeping space are on separate floors, so you may want to consider that.

The cameras need to go.

Clean and Good showers, good capsule space.

The camera inside the capsule felt absolute not good. The locker system with the card is annoying (wristbands would be much better). The clothes are a bit tight for my size and the rooms are surprisingly bright.

Its a pleasant stay

Close to train station, coffee shop within the bldg, very clean

10am checkout time, 2pm check in.. its very early to check out and very late to check in.. other guests can be noisy

High class comfort

Everything was so nice and felt high class. The facilities are top notch! Would definitely be coming again!

The shower handle was impossible to turn when showering because hands are slippery and the handle needs grip and quite a force to turn. I think the design is not properly thought. The staff also can be a little kinder. No need for sarcasm, we are all trying.

Great value for money, good location

great location, good co-working space, value for money. Staff is very nice, rooms and common areas are really clean.

mandatory check out at 10 am wasn't great after a long travel and jetlag, and the hostel doesn't facilitate socialising, not great for solo traveler. Pods are not really sound proof either, you can still hear snoring like in a normal hostel.

Buena ubicación y experiencia curiosa

La ubicación es fantástica y se duerme muy bien en las cápsulas. Son mucho más espaciosas de lo que parecen y no dan nada de claustrofobia.

La zona de duchas/picas para mujeres siempre estaba llena de agua y pelos. Aunque había personal de limpieza no era suficiente.
