Good location, nice room

Nice big rooms, clean and bright

Bit dated. Entrance and stairwell tricky to navigate with a big case. Door lock difficult to open. Smelt a bit funny. No facility to leave bags at location although early check-in was available.

Excellent location, great value,

The space is large, there is much light and air. The kitchen is well equipped and cozy. The sofa bed turned easily into a sleeping bed for a single person. There was a washing machine in the apartment that makes it a perfect place for a longer stay.

There is much noise coming from the bar downstairs, especially during weekend nights. it stops around 1 am.

The night was a nightmare

The experience in this apartment was terrible. We were expecting a relaxed week-end away with my partner, and although the apartment is nice, the night there was a nightmare. There is a bar/disco located right below the apartment, which played techno music until 5:10am in the morning. The music was very loud and we could not sleep at all. We had to look for another apartment for the second night, and the host did not reply to any of our calls nor helped us in any way. Would not recommended it at all.

Quite clean and convenient to go to supermarkets

Wifi connection is weak. stover to cook is very weak and slow. Heating machines can’t be active.

Great location, good apartment, well equipped and comfortable.

Good location, nice apartment, well equipped, clean, plenty of space

Kitchen window needed a curtain, a tea towel was needed, door of the apartment was really hard to open.

Apartments has everything what might be needed for longer stay. Location is great, close to the Old Town, in the middle of Belgian Quarter with lots of Cafés, bars, shops.

But at the same due to these bars, especially one situated directly in the same building as the apartments it was very loud. When we came, bathroom sink was leaking. IT was not possible to regulate the water temperature, it looked like the geyser was not working properly. For the families with small children it might be rather critical.

Location/Design/Furniture/Size/Quiet/Surrounding coffee shops etc

Most of the kitchen crockery,cutlery and serving equipment were dirty...food particles and stains (I had to re-wash items to keep and use during my stay) The apartment was on the 6th (Top) floor...the lift broke down after 24hrs of my stay....and wasn't repaired when I checked out....5 day visit.

The apartment we got was different from the one in the photos. It was much worse. I felt I was cheated. They have quite some apartments in the same building, and they show pictures of really nice one. But then they just put you in something less attractive. And that was a shame, because the price was quite hight, we expected to have a fancy stay, but had something bellow average. We were disappointed.

Perfect location, a lot of Bars and Cafés. The apartment was very clean and the small kitchen too-

The bathroom is a bit outdated.

Great location and very handy for exploring Cologne.

The water temperature wasn't the greatest and the towels were old and fraying.

Exceptional

Andreas was very responsive and was helping me very quickly when I ended up in a room that didn't look like on the photos and I had isssues with the Internet. In the end I was relocated to another room, which was perfect, and the Internet was fixed very fast.

Small, comfortable apartment in a great location, but overly pricey

Amazing location, comfortable bed, the hosts were very responsive on work days and helped with some problems we had

The place wasn't vacuumed properly and was dirty. The kitchen sink was leaking and caused a flood. The pictures in the post were generic, we got a different apartment, which was very confusing. The hosts however were ultimately helpful and we were refunded cash for all the problems
