Perfect stay

The room is comfy and spacious, you have everything that you need. You have access to the shared kitchen which is very convenient and equipped. You can even use the washing machine. It's not in a city center but you can take a bus to go there and the neighborhood is very lively and nice with plenty of nice places to have a coffee/beer/meal... There is a very good bakery near to the flat. The owner is welcoming and last but not least, the price is very competitive!

Razočaranje zaradi zavajajočega oglasa in nepoštenega odnosa lastnika

Žal je bila celotna izkušnja zelo slaba in je pustila grenak priokus.

Oglas ni bil realen. Dobili smo bunker sobo brez oken, brez terase, z zasilno omaro brez vrat in drsnimi vrati v sobo, ki jih ni bilo mogoče dobro zakleniti. Kopalnica je bila deljena, čeprav smo želeli privatno kopalnico. Le skupni prostor s kuhinjo je bil tak, kot v oglasu. Lastnik se kljub pritožbi in sporazumnemu dogovoru, le-tega ni držal. Kljub očitnemu zavajanju v oglasu je poskusil iztržiti čim več. Upam, da se take nepoštene poslovne prakse ne bodo več ponavljale. Stranke si zaslužimo dobiti tisto, kar je oglaševano. Najem te sobe močno odsvetujem.

Mieszkanie poza centrum Tirany ale fajne i dobrze polozone

Fajny pokój z balkonem i łazienką Wspólna kuchnia z living room dla 3 pokoi które znajdują się w tym mieszkaniu... Dobre położenie...po tej stronie miasta gdzie lotnisko i w odległości dłuższego spaceru od regionalnego dworca autobusowego, a stamtąd można już robić wycieczki po okolicy. Bardzo pomocny życzliwy gospodarz. 4 piętro z windą r Polecamy 🙂

Jedyny mankament to fakt że nawet z nawigacją niełatwo znaleźć to mieszkanie po raz pierwszy. Ogólnie w Albanii chyba nie przywiązuje się wagi do porządnych oznaczeń nazw ulic i numerów domów.

Feels like home :)

Spacious clean room with two single beds in an apartment with a total of three rooms. I had a nice balcony, which stretches along the three rooms and the living room. My room had a shared bathroom, which was clean. I liked that there was shower gel for the guests. WLAN was working fine. The living room is cozy and there is a kitchen, also with a fridge. Kitchen and fridge were very clean, too. Payment was possible in cash, thank you.

None, I will gladly return.

Perfect for us, in a quiet suburb, with everything you need around. Very nice and easy contact with the owner, as well as the check in. Very clean, cosy flat, with a kitchen and all you need. Really felt like home.

An affordable room in the outskirts of Tirana

A nice room at a very affordable price. The room is in a flat with a kitchen and a washing machine, which we were allowed to use free-of-charge. There is a supermarket, a bakery, and a greengrocer downstairs.

No air conditioning in the room. There was a fan, but it didn't do much in a 28 degree heat at night. There were some utensils missing in the kitchen - we had to buy a lighter in order to use the stove. Also, the location is difficult to reach by bus if you don't know Albanian, since the buses are not well-marked.

Absolutely great value for the price. Not near the center but would stay here again!

The location is far away from the center you need to take a bus or walk a while to get to the center, but we absolutely loved the area! We were only passing by and we found supermarkets and restaurants very close by. In itself you rent a room in an apartment. We believe the other two rooms weren't occupied because we never encountered anyone, so it was very quiet! The bed was comfortable and we found everything very clean. I would definitely stay here again!

The fan barely worked so it was uncomfortably hot at night. Other than that, no complaints!

Absolutely great!

The owner of the place was very flexible and nice. He allowed us to pay in cash and he gave us a lot of trust. The guest house seems to be far away from the centre, but it’s actually not that far in the area is very beautiful. There are a lot of Cafes and restaurants and I personally like that area much more than the city centre itself. The place was very clean, offered as a kitchen, a clean bathroom, the possibility of the laundry, a nice balcony everything. I really enjoyed staying there and if I ever come back to Tirana it will be definitely my place.

Shared apartment, own room

Good location. Spacious flat with shared common areas including kitchen, dining, lounge and balcony. Air cooler in living room worked. Comfy bed. Fan. Washing machine and drying rack supplied. Video directions helped us find the correct building and floor.

No windows in our room so no airflow for sleeping. Air cooler drips water into one of the bedrooms so that person kept turning it off (understandably). Hard to work out which number apartment was the right one in spite of video directions.

I had the room with private bathroom. The room was clean, the balcony is big. The location is 20-30min walking until local and international bus station (which is perfect).city center is ~1h of walking

The bathroom wasn't as clean as I would want it to be

Very good tips from the host how to get to the apartment (taxi driver navigated while looking at the video from the host) The room was clean, no air condition but there was a fan.

The bathroom could be a little bit cleaner

We have been here for 3 times, first time for 1 month, second was for half a month and third one was for 1 day. Personal is very good, rooms were clean, kitchen has everything you need for cooking, the owner was very good and we had good communication. I recommend, ,10/10

Facilities could have been better. The room I stayed was locked with a simple lock. A proper door could be added.

Didn't get to meet any staff in person, yet everything worked absolutley fine. The room was alright, clean and comfy.

The room was part of a flat with another room, unfortunately the other guest were utterly disgusting, leaving shaved off pubic hair everywhere in the bathroom and rather old food leftovers in the kitchen. Payment needed to be in advance by bank transfer, which added quite a fee, since it was an international transfer. If your expectations are low its okay, yet we wouldn't really recommend staying there.

Perfect stay

We were able to check in early and check in was easy with the lovely host. The room was perfect and clean with air conditioning, a well equipped kitchen and there was a washing machine. The bed was also very comfortable. We loved talking with the host and her customers in the little coffee shop downstairs too. Location was good too, not far to walk from the port and close to a very nice beach.
