The lake location is great. Plenty of room for my family. The house was very clean. It is showing signs of age wear.

We rented this house for a week in July with friends. The house was located on a quiet cove on Cherokee Lake, just minutes from a marina, the Cherokee Dam and Off the Hook bar & restaurant. The house was clean, kitchen well-stocked (including Keurig!), two refrigerators (we used one for only drinks), ice machine, great view of the lake, two kayaks. The beds were comfortable, house was cool. We enjoyed the deck overlooking the water for morning coffees and evening happy hours. We rented a pontoon boat at the local marina (Roscoe & Hooch) and they were great to work with - very helpful. The local Vacasa team was totally on their game, checking in when we first arrived and answering questions throughout our stay. I would absolutely recommend this house for you and your family and friends.

We love the big dock because we brought two boats, and there was plenty of room. The gazebo down by the water was very nice and the large decks overlooking the lake.

The whole stay was an amazing experience!! Would definitely stay in this house again!!

We had my father in law with us, he utilizes a walker or wheelchair with his Parkinson’s disease, first floor entry with bedroom and walk in shower on main floor was awesome. We also had two 14 yr old girls with us and the downstairs with games, kitchen and bedroom, well they had the time of their life. House fit our needs and wants, provided a great place to stay. House also close to stores and easy scenic drive to Dollywood area.

The house was very cozy and the location was perfect. Beautiful view from of the lake, very well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, plenty of firewood, strong wifi, very clean, awesome basement with plenty of games for the kids to play were some of the highlights. As mentioned in the previous posts, the hill down to the lake is steep, but manageable. We didn’t see a problem with water pressure, it was great and we never had an issue with hot water. We had one minor thing that required calling vacasa but they resolved it in 15 minutes. When we arrived the guys were restocking the firewood and were super welcoming, even left some great tinder that made fire starting very easy.
If I ever need to go back to this area, I’m booking this place again.

My family and I absolutely loved this property. It was peaceful, comfortable and quiet. The house was well appointed and had everything we needed. We spent a lot of time outside fishing, reading, and enjoying the view! We loved the games and spent a ton of family time in the game room. We brought wood and enjoyed a beautiful fire in the evenings. Our dog really enjoyed the fenced in backyard. We can't wait to return to this lovely home!

What a great place...Perfect for our vacation. Quiet area...were able to see deer feeding in neighborhood yards every morning & evening. Great view of the lake, comfortable accommodations, and plenty of entertainment options. Would definitely recommend.

The house was very nice. We enjoyed the covered deck by the lake to play games and socialize. The only drawbacks of the house were terrible water pressure and the grill did not work after the first two nights. The water pressure was so bad that multiple times the showers had no water running from them even though no water was being used elsewhere in the house. We would stay at the house again if the water pressure issue would be fixed. The grill was an inconvenience but we were able to work around it.

This home aas very beautiful in a very secluded cove of Cherokee Lake!
5 minutes from town for easy access but rural enough for privacy!
A pretty good inclined hill to get to lake.
Patios were awesome with plenty of seating for a large party.

We had a wonderful time at this lakefront property. Things we really liked: the large eating area and table, two kitchens, ample bathrooms, comfortable beds, the back porch and pavilion by the water, and the dock. We did have a few issues with the basement, but overall a great place if you can navigate the hills.

Location, location, location. Such bliss sitting out on the lower deck right on the water in the evening and sitting out in the upper deck with the trees in the morning. Perfection. Best sleep I've had in a while. I loved this place.

This property was in a very beautiful location. We absolutely enjoyed ourselves, but wanted to give some info to future renters. These are NOT complaints, only information we wish we would have had. The following did not negatively effect our stay:
1. If you are coming in the colder months, bring extra blankets. There are barely enough for the beds in the home let alone anyone who may end up on the couch or other sleeping arrangements.
2. The King bed down stairs (master bedroom) in NOT adjustable as advertised.
3. Bring your own Toilet paper. Whatever is in the house feels worse than sand paper. And you only get two rolls per bathrooms. With 11 people, that goes quickly. We didn't use all that was provided due to the uncomfortableness of it. We purchased our own very quickly.
4. The reviews also listed some wonderful opportunities to use the kayaks provided on the property. While they are still there, they are no longer allowed to be used by renters. This was disheartening, but I guess we should have asked that directly before renting.
5. There is no beach. There are very sharp drop downs and only large rocks. This was partially due to us going so early in the season, but even with higher water levels, still no beach. If you are looking for a nice beach to relax on, this is not it.
6. There are LOTS of pillows and towels! You do not need to bring either of those!
7. If you go on any type of busy weekend or holiday, expect very delayed replies from the home owner/company. We sent a couple of texts and tried calling on several occasions. We were sent to voicemail and text were not answered until days later. They did explain that they were busy. Just an FYI! I was happy we didn't have any issues getting into the home or that could have turned out badly.
Again, our family really enjoyed our visit and the home was beautiful!! Just some extra planning for the next visitor!

House is dated and needs some attention to maintenance. Low water pressure when the master bath toilet is flushed. Low water pressure in the kitchen . Contacted Vacasa about the problem and got no help from them! Burners on grill are burned out so it’s very difficult to use. Lights not working in the game room.

We had a great time for our staycation Christmas vacation. Beautiful home in a beautiful location on the lake. It was perfect for our family. Room for everybody. They even had a tree decorated for the holiday. Would love to stay again during spring or summer to take advantage of the dock and lake.

The house at liberty port was so nice, quiet, cozy and beautiful. Spectacular views and a relaxing and peaceful atmosphere. We almost just want to take a vacation again in Jefferson City just to stay in this immaculate house. The owners were so amazing and the hospitality shown was more than amazing. Can’t wait to stay again if we are lucky enough to get back down there.

Right on the water, although the hill of backyard is pretty steep. Black oak marina was super close for boat rental. Great staff there!! House has plenty of games and things to do. Well stocked with what you would need. We did arrive to the master bed not being made and an enormous amount of visible trash overflowing by the driveway that was never removed but those were the only downfalls. Neighbor Jim offered any help we needed and even some water toys for the kids to play on. Great stay!

Clean home with a ton of space, set up for your quiet getaway or an entertaining weekend with a group.

We loved this place! Great location and the neighborhood was so nice. Hope to rent it again in the future before the owners retire. Thank you for sharing your home in the meantime! Love your story! God bless!!🇺🇸

Perfect getaway from City Life
Home was clean, Plenty of towels. First time at this home. It was exactly like pictures described. My 4 teenagers had a great time. Pool table, Dock on the lake, Fire Pit & Fire Place was some of the things we enjoyed. Lake was drained for upcoming rainy season but didn't bother us. Did try fishing, but no bite. The closes bait shop to the home was closed when we went by. If you are looking for a place to hear the birds sing, squirrels run around, and see beautiful deer's around? This is the place. Less than an 1hr away from Knoxville or Gatlinburg.

Nice place, but a bit tricky to get to the front door from the driveway. Better if you are looking to go to a destination and stay there to enjoy the quiet environments. We were driving back and forth into towns and all around, so it was a challenging location for us. Would recommend for a quiet get away.

The house was very nice. Great decks to see the lake from. Kitchen was well stocked. Black Oak Marina was very close. Only issue I saw was the fence gate was broken and didn't lock so we had to put chairs in front of it so our dog wouldn't get out.

My group of 6 friends and one dog very much enjoyed this property! The place was exactly as advertised and perfect for a weekend lake retreat that we were all desperately needing this summer. The place was incredibly clean and well-stocked. We cooked dinner in the place 2 nights and had everything we could possibly need for cooking/prepping food. The fenced in backyard was large and perfect for my energetic dog! We enjoyed the dock and rented a boat from a place just minutes away. I have no complaints and would 100% book this place again for future get-aways!
