Ein idealer Startplatz um Utrecht für ein Wochenende zu erobern.

Die zentrale Lage des Hotels ist einmalig. Personal ist super bemüht und freundlich. Das Frühstück war sehr liebevoll gestaltet.

Alles war top.

Beautiful boutique hotel in the perfect location.

Location was absolutely perfect. Right in the centre of Utrecht but surprisingly quiet. Rooms were beautiful, unique decor, bed incredibly comfortable. The staff were lovely, friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was delicious especially the homemade pastries. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again.

Definitely need bigger towels and more English teabags! Shower was also a little erratic and the flush on the toilet not great.

Fijne kamer op een geweldige locatie.

Knusse kamer in het centrum van Utrecht. Fijne bedden, vriendelijke ontvangst.

Nou ja, tegen... dat is veel gezegd. Het sanitair etc was schoon, maar een keer met een stofdoek door de kamer en de gang is echt geen overbodige luxe.

Camera super accogliente e molto curata nei dettagli, letto comodissimo e pulitissima. Colazione eccellente, posizione ottima e personale molto gentile.

De locatie is uitstekend ! Overal zo lopend te plek. Super aardig personeel. De ruimtes waren zeer schoon, en super knus.

Omdat het een oud pand is hoor je meer, was voor ons geen enkel probleem.

Beautiful place, great location

Beautiful cafe, delicous food, friendly helpful staff, comfortable bed and warm room. Also, quiet for a saturday night on the oudegracht.

I didn't like that no staff were on site at night. It was a house full of strangers with locked rooms. Too much trust required for my taste.

Sweet boutique restaurant hotel exceeds expectations

We loved our time at this cute hotel/restaurant. The staff was very welcoming and kind. Walking in was always a delight because it smelled so good and the restaurant was always packed. The breakfasts were very good as well. The bed was huge and comfortable. I know it’s weird but the toilet was really cool and the bathroom itself was nice.

We couldn’t figure out how to make the heater work. But we were fine with the blankets and leftover heat from the day.

Lovely room (&food) with lovely staff in a fantastic location

Location was amazing. Room was very sweet. Liked having coffee and tea in room. Bathroom was updated and ver nice. I overlooked the street. It is loud at night due to the many cafes/restaurants, ducks and church bells. But so nice to have window open. There was a fan and an air conditioning unit in room. I did not need it. I had eaten lunch earlier in the day. Really enjoyed the soup and yummy bread. Breakfast was also delicious. I will stay again!

Wish we had stayed here longer.

One of our favorite stays! It’s in a vibrant area in a historic building right on the main canal through the city. The lower level of the property is a wonderful cafe with the same owner so be sure to stop by for lunch as well.

Boutique Hotel in bester Lage

Sehr zentrale Lage und super schöne Zimmer, welche sich auf zwei Häuser verteilen. Alles ist detailgetreu eingerichtet und aufeinander abgestimmt. Die Treppe ist ein wenig herausfordernd mit Koffer. Das wussten wir jedoch und waren vorbereitet. Das Frühstück war sehr sehr lecker gewesen und daher super empfehlenswert. Sehr schön angerichtet und auf Unverträglichkeiten wird umgehend eingegangen. Vielen Dank für den tollen Service an all die Mädels, die uns den Aufenthalt so unvergesslich gemacht haben.

Great location, super friendly and welcoming host and staff.

Great location, exceptionally close to the main tourist attractions, cafes and restaurants and a short walk from the train station. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. The breakfast was fabulous with fresh and tasty ingredients locally sourced, such as apple juice that actually tastes of apples. local cheeses, breads and fruits. I also recommend trying their soup for lunch.

It gets noisy at night, the downside of being in the centre of everything.

One of the best trips my wife and I have ever had

It is a bit different than the states in that you check in at the cafe counter and take a curved flight of stairs to your room. but we absolutely loved it. They are a vegan bakery so we would have hoped for few different menu items but with that being said there soups were magnificent and we loved it!

Breakfast was good. Hotel perfectly situated in the old part of Utrecht. Quirky building.

No air conditioning so the room was too hot especially at night. Owing to the style of building the stairs are very narrow and steep but it’s also part of the charm.

Great location above a cafe and on the canal in Utrecht - located in a beautiful part of Utrecht and where the action was - lots of fun The staff were friendly The food in the cafe excellent especially the soup The room was very large and beautifully decorated. It included a fridge, kettle & hairdryer - all pluses and a table and chairs The bed was very comfortable Large bathroom

Very little as this accommodation was selected as a special part of our trip and it lived up to our expectations of Utrecht 1. The blind was broken and not fixed during our stay of 4 days - let in a lot of light - not a huge issue more s nuisance. We were told it would be fixed and maybe we should have followed up 2. We didn't realise that we would be charged extra for a public holiday - quite a bit extra. We stayed 4 nights and maybe we didn't read the fine print. I like to know about these charges upfront.

Charming small hotel

Beautiful single room with comfortable bed. Lovely view to the front and good location for exploring the old town. Breakfast was great - vegetarian and made from locally sourced products.
