3 bedroom apartment with respectively 1 large terrace of 40 square meters and 1 of 10 square meters with views of the Pinarello golf course. Plancha on outdoor terrace, fitted kitchen fully equipped, large flat screen TV, internet and wifi.

Kitchen, living room and bedroom 1 overlooking the terrace of 40 m2 covered pergola with sea view, bedroom 3 has its bathroom and toilet and its private terrace of 10 m2 with sea view, in all 3 separate toilets and 2 bathrooms, 3 beds 160x200 (room 1, 2 and 3) and 1 double beds 90x190 (room 2) qualities, a laundry room with washing machine and dryer, 1canapé, Pool 9 x 4 m.

Located 450 meters from the sandy bay in Pinarellu and its small marine village with the possibility of not using a means of transport.
The beach is 450 m walk, the nearest trade is a grocery store (in season) with breads, pastries, vegetables and Corsican products just 30 meters from the residence.
Restaurants, ice cream parlors, snacks, creperies, cafes are 500 m walk, in the village of Pinarellu.
The beach is ideal for small children as shallow, beautiful pine forest for shade and picnic only 500 meters from the Residence.

Open parking at the back and front of the building. 4X9 pool exclusively reserved for 2 rentals.

Commercial port of Porto-Vecchio 15 kms and Figari airport 30 ms.
View on the sea. Sandy beach at 500 m from the rental with beautiful pine forest to enjoy the shade, 10 minutes drive is the River Cavu with tree climbing and natural pools.

Très bon accueil, appartement très agréable , clair et spacieux. Le commerce tout à côté très pratique pour se ravitailler, Un seul bémol: la photo référence de l'annonce n'est pas prise de l'appartement, et les 500 m de distance de la plage sont plutôt 1 km, en côte au retour...

Gute Lage, sehr freundlicher Gastgeber, gut ausgestattete Wohnung, angenehm warmer Pool - was will man mehr. Wir sind zum Saisonabschluss sogar noch in den Genuss der feinen Holzofen-Pizzas von Daniel Pietros Pizzeria (gleich nebenan) gekommen. Wir bedanken uns bei Daniel für die zuvorkommende Betreuung.

Très belle location

Appartement en duplex très bien aménagé et tenu, avec une grande terrasse équipée d'une plancha, situé à 5-10 minutes à pied de la plage et des restaurants de Pinarellu et avec une piscine chauffée. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à la Toussaint, en pouvant profiter de la terrasse pour les repas, et de la position stratégique de la location pour aller à la plage ou à la montagne. Nous avons été très bien accueillis par les propriétaires.

Accueil parfait de la part du propriétaire qui nous a fourni toutes les explications nécessaires pour que notre séjour soit réussi et un cadeau d'accueil qui nous a fait très plaisir. Das Appartement ist wunderschön, sauber, großzügig bemessen, die Vermieter sind sehr nett, sprechen allerdings leider nur französisch, aber mit einigen Brocken ausgekramtem Schulfranzösisch und Händen und Füßen war die Kommunikation kein großes Problem. Ein Traum war der super gepflegte, beheizte Pool, den wir ganz für uns alleine hatten. Bis zum wunderschönen Strand und zu diversen Restaurants sind es zu Fuß ca. 15-20 Minuten und Supermärkte sind mit dem Auto in 10-15 Minuten zu erreichen. Die Vermieter haben einen kleinen Laden, in dem man das Nötigste erwerben kann, leider hatten sie aber nach 5 Tagen selber Urlaub, sodass dann geschlossen war. Alles in allem kann man das Quartier für einen traumhaften Korsikaurlaub uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen. Danke Familie Petri

Alles sehr ordentlich und gut in Schuss. Der Strand ist selbst mit kleinem Baby in der Trage in 15 min zu Fuß erreichbar und der kleine Laden vor der Haustüre hat alles was man braucht. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Appartement moderne, et propre avec terrasse. Petit panier d’accueil avec produits locaux apprécié. Petite épicerie bien agréable, juste au pied de l'appartement, ce qui dépanne bien. Vue sur la mer (cette dernière se trouve à 3 minute en voiture). Piscine commune sécurisée, entretenue avec douche. Logement idéalement situé pour visiter les piscines naturelles du Cavu, les aiguilles de Bavella, Porto-Vecchio, Bonifacio ect ...

Cette location est parfaite pour un séjour en corse réussi proche d'une très joile plage de sable fin aux eaux cristallines qui convient à tous y compris aux enfants . (La montagne est également à proximité ) Nos hôtes sont très aimables et â notre écoute le logement est impeccable et dispose d'un équipement très complet la piscine est également très agréable . Nous n'avons pas pu profiter du point chaud fermé en cette saison, mais il y a beaucoup de commerces à proximité.

Wunderschöne Wohnung in praktischer Lage

Wir haben in der angenehm eingerichteten und geräumigen Wohnung in Pinarellu mit 3 Kindern wunderschöne Ferien verbracht. Mit Zustand, Ausstattung und Lage waren wir sehr zufrieden, alles entspricht tatsächlich den Angaben und Fotos im Angebot. Die Wohnung was sehr sauber. Bettwäsche und Handtücher (mehr als ausreichend) standen zur Verfügung. Der große Balkon mit Blick bis zum Meer, Esstisch und Gasgrill ist herrlich. Unsere Kinder haben besonders den Swimmingpool auf dem Grundstück hinter dem Haus geliebt. Der Strand von Pinarellu ist zu Fuß erreichbar und mit hellem Sandstrand und kristallklarem flachen Wasser für Familien ideal. Wir sind mit der Strand-Ausrüstung trotzdem öfter mit dem Auto gefahren. Gegen Ende der Saison war der Strand nie zu voll, und man hat immer noch gut einen Parkplatz gefunden. Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und fast immer vor Ort verfügbar, denn er ist auch der Besitzer des kleinen aber sehr praktischen Ladens an der Straße (ca. 15 m vom Haus), wo es in der Saison ganztägig Lebensmittel (hauptsächlich korsische Produkte: Obst, Gemüse, Baguette, Wurst, Käse, Getränke) zu kaufen gibt. Der Laden ist allerdings gut frequentiert, und der Parkplatz dazu direkt vor dem Haus, was teilweise auf dem Balkon zu Lärm- und Staubbelästigung führt. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und würden gerne wiederkommen. Merci beaucoup!

Das Apartment ist wie auf den Bildern sehr neuwertig und modern eingerichtet. Alles war sehr sauber, so dass man sich gleich wie zu Hause gefühlt hat. Der Vermieter ist sehr gastfreundlich; zur Ankunft gab es eine sehr nette Aufmerksamkeit. Direkt im eigenen Laden kann man gut für´s Frühstück einkaufen oder frisches Obst/Gemüse. Der Pool ist ebenfalls toll und sehr sauber. Alles hat gepasst ! Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Die geräumige und geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnung mit grosser Wohnterasse (Sicht auf die Bucht) ist super ausgestattet. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit und betreiben nebenan einen Laden mit frischem Obst, Gemüse und Backwaren. Es gibt korsische Spezialitäten und alles was man sonst noch braucht. Der Pool ist sauber und wurde von uns gerne genutzt.

We have just enjoyed a memorable week's holiday in Corsica. We stayed at Maison 2 at Le Patio which we can definitely recommend. The accommodation is luxurious, the pool is fabulous, and warm, and Mr & Mrs Pietri are friendly, efficient and lovely hosts. They also have a delightful shop next door, with everything you could need. Pinarellu beach is wonderful. Unsurprisingly we hope to go back soon. Pete & Marianne Smith
