Very convenient stay right next to the train station

It’s located right next to Böblingen station. Eventhough the people in the apartment across the hall played super loud music, you couldn’t hear it in my apartment. Everything was clean and the bed comfortable. Key system with codes worked super well.

My apartment was on the side of the rails and a big street, which made it a bit noisy.

ich hatte private Termin in Böblingen und musste übernachten. Es hat mir im iapartment gut gefallen

Das Einchecken hat sehr gut mit Hilfe des Türcodes geklappt. Am anderen Morgen war auch jemand in der Rezeption und hat gefragt, ob alles in Ordnung war, was ich sehr gern bestätigt habe. Alles in allem echt prima!

Comfort in the City Center

Great location near city center, train and restaurants. The apartment was very clean, comfortable and very well appointed. Personnel were extremely friendly and helpful, and check-in information was provided ahead of time via phone and email

Ich komme immer gerne wieder.

Alles wie immer super. Lage optimal und zentral. Apartment sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Unkompliziertes Check-In. Nette Begrüßung in Form von Getränken und Kaffee.

Einziges Minus für mich: Wie so oft, muss ich eben leider wieder die max. transparenten Vorhänge an der Fensterfront bemängeln. Man muss die Rollläden komplett schließen um bei Licht nicht "total im Rampenlicht" für das gegenüberliegende Gebäude zu stehen.

Best Apt around

Great Apt was easy to find and close to everything in town. The bed was comfortable, and wifi was strong.

Gute, professionelle Vermietung zu einem vernünftigen Preis

Abwicklung sehr reibungslos. Sehr freundliches Personal. Auch spät über Hotline erreichbar. Gute Küchenausstattung. Gutes Bad/WC. Sehr sauber. Professionell gemanaged, keine Nebenerwerbsvermietung. Garagenstellplätze verfügbar.

Das Bett war zu klein für 2 Leute. Hätte man natürlich vorher lesen können. Aber es war auch noch sehr warm, das verschärfte die Situation. Einmal gab es Feueralarm und wir mussten spontan raus. Fehlalarm. Kommt wohl öfter vor. Die Lage ist einerseits gut direkt am Bahnhof Böblingen. Andererseits ist es direkt am Bahnhof und nicht sehr schön.

I was expecting better service for the value I’ve paid.

It wasn’t clean when I arrived. Was a lot of dust everywhere. My TV wasn’t working almost my entire stay. I reported the issue to the staff members however nothing was done to it. Also when I had questions and wrote the messages to the property admin I never get the answer. There is definitely lack of customer service.

I liked The fact that the Place was next to the train station 🚉 and to the sea 🌊 , literally everything. Besides it was like I expected it!!! The Host was very friendly😊 Only thing I can say I’m definitely coming back there!!!😀

Best Stay I have had

That is one of the best places I have stayed! New building, modern approach -- no keys to lose, you need to remember a 4-digit open door code for comfortable everyday living. Cozy kitchen, coffee machine with 5 capsules, amazing balcony, awesome location -- 3 min walk to S-Bahn and 15 min to the Stuttgart center, green neighborhood, very clean and organized. They indeed exceeded my expectations! The apartment is small but functional, clean big shower, AC (but I did not use it actually), full blackout window shatters.

Before arrival communication required some effort from my side (also probably due to my phone number being non-German), but it was really minor thing.

Location is awesome, very close to S Bahn. All amenties are provided in the small room, reasonable price for stays more than a month.

Room is a bit small, there are frequent fire alarms which is not good, customer support in the GND floor can be improved.

The best stay in the Boeblingen offices area

The ipartment building is very close to the offices area and to the shopping mall(5 min walk). The apartment I booked was extremely spacious, with a living room, bedroom and a fully equipped kitchen. The balcony was huge. I enjoyed the design of the apartment very much, I loved the electric blinds on the windows and the fact that the access to the building, floor and room was code based (same code). Everything is very modern. the fact that they offer free drinks and snacks is another plus

There are not too many things which I didn’t like, but I missed the shower gel/shampoo in the bathroom. Since the cleaning was supposed to be every 2-3 days, I was expecting to have 2 sets of towels, but there was only one set with 3 towels (no face towel). Another minus was the single sheets and just one pillow on a queen bed. I indeed booked for one person, but I was expecting to have the bed setting for 2 since there was a queen bed. Other than these, everything was perfect.
