Slechte service niet naar toe gaan. Rare boel

De kamer was op zich ok. Wel bloedheet

Niemand aanwezig om me in te checken. Kon doordat een andere gast naar buiten kwam baar binnen. Kanersleutels lagen gelukkig voor het grijpen. In de ochtend geen ontbijtbuffet ook toen niemand aanwezig, behalve een schoonmaakster

wir kommen nicht wieder

das Zimmer selbst war sauber und von der Ausstattung her in Ordnung

das Zimmer lag direkt zur engen Straße hin, die durch das Zentrum von Böblingen führt. Deswegen war der Verkehrslärm sehr laut. Die Batterien im Rauchmelder im Flur waren wohl schwach. Es hat die ganze Nacht hindurch im Abstand von 10-15 Sekunden laut gepiepst. Es war niemand im Haus, der das abschalten konnte. Wir haben in der Nacht kein Auge zugedrückt. Im Bad gab es lediglich eine Mini Packng Duschgel. Bei dem Preisniveau sollte man mehr erwarten können.

Large comfortable and clean rooms. Very friendly staff. Parking in front was convenient. Short walk to train station. Close to parks, shops & restaurants.

Die Lage, das Zimmer und die Sauberkeit.

W-Lan funktionierte nicht. Parkplatz habe ich auch keinen bekommen. Personal war nicht anwesend weder bei Anreise noch bei der Abreise. Dementsprechend kann ich jetzt meiner Rechnung hinterher laufen um meine Reisekosten vom Arbeitgeber wieder zu bekommen.

Wenn man in Not ist - ja. Ansonsten - nein.

Man wurde in Ruhe gelassen.

1. Keine Parkplätze vor dem Haus. Man muss irgendwo in den Seitenstrassen parken. 2. Das Hotel wird anscheinend von einem südostasatischen (vermutlich Thailand) Personal betrieben. Es war schwierig für mich den Kollegen am Schalter zu verstehen. 3. Das Zimmee für 70€ war gefühlt 5qm groß. 4. Ein Geruch nach geschmorten Plastik stand penetrant im Zimmer. 5. Hier und da habe ich Haare und Staub gefunden. 6. Nachtschalter war nicht besetzt.

Cheap way to manage a place - but they should tell us before!

Room and bathroom clean and tidy. Wlan OK. OK for one night or so of business travel.

Arrived 30 mins early. Door closed, noone at the reception. (Check in at 14:00) Noone answering the phone on the number given. Left voice message. Never got a reply. Had to go to my business meeting without having been able to check in to my reserved hotel room. arrived at 15:30 again. door closed, noone opens. called number again. "Just open key-box No5 - there's your key" How? - enter number "xxxx" (4 digits)" OK, box opened, keys appeared. And that's about it. Next day: Noone in breakfast room. Noone at receiption either. Dropped keys. And that's it! This is how they manage some of the _VERY CHEAP_ motels in France. They should tell us in advance. Buyer beware! no warm recommendation from my side. PS: Rooms are OK, bathrooms as well. But no flexibility at all by staff because staff not present! Would not go there again.

Great location, clean room, go when it’s not hot.

Very clean, great location.

It was late June and hot which made it difficult to sleep at night. They were so gracious as to lend me their one and only fan. It would be great if they did have fans on hand for the hot months. They do have heating for the cold months.

All in all a good Place, Parking is difficult and it’s a bit noise in this Area (City Center)

it was very Clean and the room was big. the parking situation is not good. it seemed like I was almost alone in the hotel, that’s why I had a spot but there are only 3 Parking Spots in front of the house.

Their was nobody how spoke German, the (nice) lady had to call somebody to make my check in available and ask about my reservation. There was nobody available to speak to each Time I arrived at the hotel.

Terrible. I ignored everyone else’s complaints about the noise and booked anyways. My mistake!!!

No breakfast No functioning wifi Paper thin walls - you could hear everything from the neighbours „Double bed“ = two single mattresses that kept sliding around Terrible pillow Busy street

the hotel is fairly decent but the staff is barely kind.

the cleaning service took some stuff I had in the bedroom and never returned them (a pijama tshirt and some snacks). Also, the staff can be very noisy during night.

Early payment, room mix-up, disappointing stay.

I had an unsatisfactory experience at hotel due to a room mix-up, even though I booked and paid for a "Deluxe Double Room" well in advance. Upon arrival, I was given a small single room. After arguing, I was provided a standard "Double Room" instead of the deluxe version I had reserved. Exhausted, I accepted it, but was disappointed with the hotel's handling of the situation. This negatively impacted my stay and makes me hesitant to return or recommend the hotel.

I will never use this hotel again.

may be nothing.

reception: I reserved 1Big and 1single room, But reception gave me very very small 2room. and anybody could not speak english room: so loud outside and there is no noise proof wall between room also cleanness: all above things i can understand but when i saw my bed there were so many somebody's hair. so I ask one more blanket to reception for using instead of bed sheet but they required 10euro per night. I can not accept that and they took the blanket. Parking: There is not much of space against count of room And no elevator also. I will never use this hotel again.

The Room itself is very clean and comfortable, their towels feel fresh, toilet has sufficient space.

The hotel is located right next to a busy road, it was very very noisy even in the middle of the night. I closed all windows but still couldn't sleep well because of the noisiness from outside.

Location was great, room was very clean and comfortable!

The reception was closed after 18:00, which wasn't clearly communicated beforehand. I had to call and wait for information of how to retrieve my key, which was right there in a key lock box. Would have been easier to just email me the key code when I hadn't arrived by 18:00 :) Also, there was no breakfast.

no tea or coffee making facility in the room. Although the windows are a great sound insulation from outside, you can hear all noises from the hallway/corridor inside the room.
