About this house rental

Come experience tropical comfort with a water view. This four-bedroom waterfront home sleeps nine, with one king bed, two fulls, three twins and two bathrooms. It also comes with a two-car garage.

The spacious lanai feels like your own private oasis, surrounded by thick clusters of palm trees and lush greenery, giving your family privacy as you relax in the heated pool. Lie back on sun loungers watching the kids play while the family barbeque chef uses the gas grill to cook up a poolside lunch that you’ll enjoy while overlooking the water. You’ve also got your own private dock for your boat or jet ski.

The interior is the perfect complement to the tranquility of the lanai. Modern design blends with tropical decor to create a distinctly Island-style ambience. Sunlight brightens every room. Decorative touches like a seahorse sculpture, ocean blue fabrics, and a palm blade ceiling fan serve as constant reminders that you’re living in the midst of paradise. Flowers and ferns throughout the house add a splash of tropical color.

The modern kitchen features a counter island and granite countertops. You’ve got all the modern appliances and cookware you need to serve up a family dinner or blend a batch of tropical beverages to sip on the lanai as the sun goes down.

The spacious, wood-floored master suite overlooks the water fringed with palm trees and features an ensuite bathroom with a bathtub and walk-in shower. Another bedroom opens up to the second floor balcony with a spellbinding water view.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed for a week with 2 families. Including 4 teenagers. Everyone had a great time! Pros: Great location Nice pool with pool toys Beach accessories included (chairs, coolers, umbrella)Dock for boat (highly recommend renting a boat)Several bikes provided Cons:Pillows are flatInstalling a keypad for check in/out would be much more convenientPlayStation had no games and only one controllerWe had a few minor issues that were corrected very quickly. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house has been remodeled extensively inside and out and everything is very nice. The back living area (family room, kitchen eating area, lanai) has a wonderful canal view. It was very clean with new furnishings throughout. Master bedroom and bathroom is very nice. The quirks - there is only one additional bathroom intended to serve the other 3 bedrooms. The 4th bedroom (upstairs loft area) has no bathroom on that floor. The microwave oven is at knee height in the kitchen. The soap/shampoo shelf in the master bathroom is also at knee height. Finally, the front of the house faces San Marco Blvd which is one of the busier streets in Marco. Fortunately, Marco Island is very quiet with little traffic after 9 pm.

We had a great time staying at this house. The kids and adults all enjoyed the pool and outside space the most. Everything was clean and well maintained. The pool/beach accessories provided were great. We didn’t use the grill, but it looked very nice and new. Contacting the property manager was so simple and they got back to us right away to help us with any problems we had (AC and pool heater had turned themselves off, they were fixed within a couple hours). We didn’t have internet while we were there, but it wasn’t a huge inconvenience.

The layout was great, had everything we needed, the pool was the perfect temperature, and the kids loved fishing off the dock in the back. It was wonderful having the beach chairs and umbrella available but recommend getting to the beach early if you were there during a busy time of year. We also enjoyed the bikes and it was a quick and easy trip to Publix and the hardware store. Overall a great experience and would definitely rent this house again!

Plenty of beach amenities are included (chairs, cooler, umbrella), four bikes too. The pool is small but warm and clean with lots of floatie toys for the kids to use. The couch mentioned in earlier reviews was replaced during our stay. TVs and wifi were great, no problems. My only comments are that not enough bath or pool towels were initially provided, but the management company responded immediately when we asked for more...the only other negative: this house needs a pizza wheel cutter desperately! We had a relaxing time here, and management was responsive and proactive.

We loved the house. Was kept up amazing, except for the couch in the living room. Broken and really uncomfortable. Loved the separate area up stairs. Great location and could walk to Publix. Marco island vacations took care of everything 1,2,3z. Have used them I. The past and as always right on top of everything. Kitchen layout and master bath, Amazing!! Could use more pool Yours . Bikes were great. View in back was great. The kids favorite part was how warm the pool was kept!

We love this house! Foos ball game is a big hit w young & old! Kitchen is great (except could use more sauce pans & skillets) & lots of seating for meals! Only downside is the couch is living room has had it! Broken down & uncomfortable! Needs to be replaced. Chairs are very nice in LR, but everyone is afraid to get up b/c someone will snag it! Marco vacation properties were very responsive to our needs & replaced a shower head that wasn’t working well the same morning!! Thank you so much!

This home has everything you need for a relaxing and enjoyable time away. Location is not in the busy part of Marco and is in an amazing residential area within walking distance to stores. The bike rides we took were so much fun and the heated pool is tucked away for complete privacy. It also has a light for a nice night swim. Beautiful kitchen with great cookware and a Weber grill outside in the lanai was like brand new. The 2nd floor added a place for our adult boys to hang out and play a game of foosball or the PS 4. The rental company was top notch and their app works great! House is SPOTLESS and we are very fussy about that so this is a great place to rent for your vacation!

We had a wonderful time in your exceptional home. The maritime ambiance and furniture style fits the priceless view down the channel. We enjoyed our mornings sitting on the lanai and sometimes even being lucky to have dolphins and manatees in front of the dock. The pool and lanai setting is beautiful providing a lot of privacy. The beds are in a perfekt condition. We loved the white cotton bed sheets and white towels. We also loved the kitchen a lot because we brought a lot of kitchen equipment (pots, pans, my own knives and some kitchen appliances, we love to cook 😉) and we had plenty of empty cabinet room to store everything properly. We had some minor issues that immediately were solved by the property managers - very helpful and friendly, fast reacting people. Overall we loved your house and felt at home far away from home.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Loved the house! Loved the location! The only negatives that can’t be corrected is the noise from the traffic on San Marco Road. The jacked up pick-up trucks and motorcycles were a constant reminder of the sunrise/sunset travel on that busy highway. Don’t get me started on the late night weekend passage to Stan’s...Another quick note, the kitchen was poorly equipped if you liked to stay home and cook. In closing, it was one of the cleanest and well-furnished rental that we have lived in...a darling well-maintained bungalow on a canal!
