We very much enjoyed our stay. The open floor plan made the house very communal. The kitchen was well stocked and living room couch was very comfortable. Easy walk to the beach and a good boat dock out back. The pool was clean but heated which made it really warm for a summer swim. The property manager was easy to reach and took care of our only issue (pool filter leak) right away. Overall a very fun and relaxing trip. Thanks!

Awesome home and neighborhood! Great location also right next to Tiger tail Beach!!! We stay on Marco Island twice a year and this was our favorite home so far.

We had a great time on Marco Island. The house was great with a lot of space for our family. We loved the heated pool and walking to Tigertail beach. We were not aware that we would receive and e-mail or text when the house would be ready. We did stop by the office to pick up the keys and were told we needed to wait for a text. I wish this would have been communicated prior to our stay. The office staff were slightly rude when we stopped in. We also were informed that the bikes were not to be used by guests. I feel this could have been communicated on the description. Over all we had a great time with our family.

We had 6 adults that stayed here for a wonderful week! Great proximity to Tiger Tail beach and plenty of room to spread out and relax! Great open kitchen/living room for hanging out! Pool was amazing!

This was our second visit to this home and it didn’t disappoint. The space is used very well and suited us perfectly. The pool was warm enough even on the cool days. Love it here

Everything about this property was fantastic! The close proximity to the beach was better than expected. Would definitely recommend and return.

A fabulous house with everything you could want; except a kettle for us UK visitors who need a cup of tea!!! Lovely neighbourhood.

The house was nice and spacious. The beds were comfortable. We enjoyed the pool and back deck. The location is convenient being close to Tiger Tail Beach.
The pool was enjoyable. It was kept very clean by the owner.
The gutters were clogged, so on days after heavy rain we found it nearly impossible to sleep, due to frogs being in the gutters and croaking. To their credit they sent a handyman to unclog one downspout immediately but all the eaves need to be cleaned. When we got more heavy rain the frogs returned outside.
The guest bathroom had the glass sliding door almost falling completely off the track. They sent a handyman once to fix this but a few days later it came off the track again.
The windows have window stickers on every window which looks bad. They say they cannot remove it due to it not passing inspection. The inspector came but they were not yet able to pass inspection. When they do pass inspection they say they will remove all the stickers.
The screens have a couple holes meaning that insects could come thru the pool screen enclosure. This was only noted at the end of our stay.I am sure they will fix the screens quickly.
With all these issues we found communication was excellent. They sent people to fix quickly. These issues above may possibly be fixed in the next few weeks and they acknowledged or emails and communication when we brought these issues to their attention.
We overall enjoyed our stay except for those issues.

Beautiful house, 10 minute walk to tigertail beach. Loved everything about my stay.

Positives: House was a perfect size and layout for our family. The pool was clean and was serviced once during our stay for upkeep. There was a refrigerator outside which was great that the kids didn't need to track inside all wet from the pool each time they wanted a drink. There were also lots of pool toys for the kids.
The house had nice towels, "extra" things like shampoo, lotion, dishwasher tabs, etc. The kitchen had ALMOST everything we needed (no crockpot, which was a bummer). There was nice Keurig and toaster oven. We loved that there were games and puzzles we could use.
Negatives: When we made the reservation for the house, it stated there were four bikes that could be used. However, once we got there, the bikes were locked up and we were told that since a previous renter had stolen a bike, the owners no longer allowed them to be used. We'd chosen this house partly because there were bikes for our children to use. I know the house advertisement says that amenities can be changed without any notice, but still, it was unfortunate and our kids were disappointed.
We didn't have beach chairs either. However, when I contacted the rental agency, someone brought us chairs within a day, which was nice.

Our family of 10 (7 adults and 3 kids) loved our stay at this home. Very spacious, well equipped, and perfectly located in an excellent neighborhood. Master suite is on one side of the home and the remaining 3 bedrooms are on the opposite side. Open concept kitchen, dining, and living room with high ceilings and ample seating for large families. Off of the living room is the covered patio and pool. Great layout! We found everything we needed in the home from tons of small appliances and plenty of beach towels. Kayaks, beach cart and toys were also available! We did not find beach chairs for our use though. The BBQ was also wonderful for cooking outside and enjoying the warm weather. The house is in the loveliest neighborhood. It was quiet and serene. Very short walk to the entrance of Tigertail Beach. If you plan on visiting Tigertail, we suggest you research your options for reaching the Gulf (1 1/2 mile walk from entrance or short crossing the lagoon that can reach up to your chest). Outside of the beach, the house is a 5-minute drive to supermarkets, restaurants, and shops - very centrally located. Other things to note about this property are: great communication with property management, expect to complete laundry (no more than 2 loads should be left for the cleaning crew) before checking out, there is not a keypad on the door so you will have to pick-up and drop-off keys at the rental office, and there is no street parking allowed. Overall, great stay and home!

We had 7 adults, 1 teen, a 3 yr old, and an 18 mo old. Plenty of room in the house and outside patio. Tons of beach /regular towels and linens, plenty of pool and sand toys. In garage there were 4 beach chairs ( you had to look for 2 of them ); 2 kayaks plus life jackets which we loved using right on the canal . No bikes available to use, but honestly we probably would not have used them. You could always rent bikes too. We just thought they were included in this rental. We walked to tigertail beach. There was also a wagon in the garage to use. However we could not take strollers or the wagon or wheeled cooler to the beach as you had to cross through water stomach high ( I’m 5’5) to reach the actual gulf. It was definitely an adventure and we got better at it each time. Try to go during low tide. The house just had all new windows and patio doors replaced. We were waiting on handles for patio doors as they did not ship on time. We managed opening doors just fine, lots of fingerprints on the glass doors ! House was clean, appliances worked well, there was a coffee pot and keurig. A bbq gas grill that we used several nights. High chair you could use -stored in garage. Washer and dryer worked great and we used often. Everyone enjoyed the screened in pool (and water temp was warm day or night! We did pay for pool to be heated) We did have to watch the little ones when outside on patio as the stairs lead down to the pool. There was a locked screen door so adult had to open to get from pool area to the dock.We also rented a pontoon boat and we were able to dock the boat! We bought fishing poles to fish from the dock too. I contacted clausen agent twice during our stay once by email, and once by phone and they were very responsive and helpful (once about the bikes that are stored in garage, but owner has locked up; and we found some plastic shards on shower floor that were missed in cleanup after shower door replaced weeks earlier- we were compensated for that). This review a bit lengthy but I know when I was looking for a property I paid close attention to customer reviews as I wanted the best possible experience and best value for my money. 5 stars . Our stay was during Easter break. We would rent this home again.

We were very impressed with this house and the sleeping arrangements to fit our family. The heated pool was nice and the seating outdoors was relaxing. The kayaks and bikes were not included, which would’ve been nice to give everybody something more to do. But overall we had a fun week enjoying the nice warm sun. The staff were very friendly to work with, and would definitely go through them again.

We had a wonderful stay at this house, which suited us perfectly. The house was as - advertised. It was clean and open concept and very comfortable for our family. Unfortunately the bikes are not available for use, but there are two kayaks and beach gear.

This property was beautiful, spacious and great for entertaining. The pool was perfect for children with plenty of seating for adults to sit and supervise. The living room and kitchen had an open floor plan ideal for large groups and entertaining. The only concern was that some doors did not lock and also might be good, especially with children, to have alarms on the doors around the pool. We had a great stay and would definitely stay at this property again.

We had a great time staying here. The home was comfortable and suited our needs nicely. The location was close to everything you could want to do on Marco Island and only a short drive to the Everglades. The home had a lot of indoor/outdoor space to eat and play games. We loved the pool and local beaches. The home was very clean inside but the outside could use some sprucing up. The ice maker needs repaired and the dishwasher didn’t work very well. Also, the kitchen needs some grilling utensils. Overall we would definitely recommend this home!

PEREFECTION!!!!!
THIS HOUSE was perfect for our 11.5 member family. The older's had space, the littles were safe. LOTs of beach goodies in the garage (but need to be cleaned and sorted as some of it is really gross--we left great CLEAN stuff!!) BEACH TOWELS/bath towels supplied by the ton! Kitchen had everything you could want. The back/deck/ pool was our favorite playground! Grocery stores super close. Tigertail Park Beach IS 2 blocks away, but you need strategy to move humans/tents/chairs/wagons. (Drive & dump your people/Stuff). Park at the very end of the gravel parking area as the walk to the beach is about .4 miles+ parking lot hike. BUT WORTH it!!! We rented a boat. Dock was great. Super good shelling on Lo Key. Quiet neighborhood.....HIGHLY recommend this amazing place!!! We will go back!!!!

Perfect Getaway
Perfect space for us and our extended family. Was great to have the pool and access to the canal. Took a ride in the kayaks and made use of the bikes almost everyday. Came down for my sister's wedding and the house was a beautiful space to have the bride get ready at. Would rent again!

Great House Great Location
We had a wonderful stay in the house it was very conveniently located walking distance to the beach. Would have been great to have a couple more beach chairs but lots of pool and beach toys and a beach wagon for use. Loved our time and would definitely rent again.

Our stay was amazing, couldn't ask for a better vacation and weather
We had an amazing time with the group of 9 - two families. 4 adults, 5 children. The house was clean and tidy and perfect for the amount of family members. The beds were all super comfortable and everyone slept great. The kitchen came very equip with everything we needed. Plenty of beach and bath towels. The house did not disappoint! Great location.
The pool was great for the kids and came heated, but did seem to have A LOT of chlorine that made the kids hair and skin very dry and raw. Towards the end of the week, they could not use it. The house came with a working boat slip, so we were able to rent a boat for the week and keep it at the house. We were able to travel to all the hot spots. Tons of beach toys, an umbrella for the kids and 4 bikes. We wish the house came with more beach chairs (there was only 1 available). Overall it was a great experience and I would recommend to anyone and rate this a 5 star with minor issues. I'm sure these are simple issues the property management can easily fix.
