Home was clean, tidy and well stocked. Beds were comfy and neighborhood was quiet. Enjoyed reading the guest book. We would definitely stay here again.

We rented this home for 2 nights for family to stay in during a celebration weekend. Overall they reported that the house was clean, well-appointed, and comfortable.
There were a couple of problems they ran into during the stay that you may want to be aware of:
- The garage was a tight fit for a large SUV.
- There is no air conditioning in this house. When they arrived, the house was very, very hot. Understandable due to the time of year (August), and it cooled down enough by leaving the windows open until bedtime, but it was still warm. The owner does provide some fans to move air.
- One room couldn't leave the windows open overnight due to people smoking outside all night.

Clean, great location! Walked to Zoo, restaurants, and shopping. It was perfect for us!

Traffic noise was tough. No Air conditioning, so had all windows open.

The location of this condo is excellent. Lots of local eateries and breweries with walking distance and an easy trip on Metro to the stadiums. Very clean!

Two couples, in town for a sporting event. This space suited us perfectly. Easy access and good instructions were provided. We have friends that lives in Ballard and we know that it's a convenient bus ride to downtown. It was lovely to walk the neighborhood smelling the flowers and tasting some microbrew. Would definitely recommend.

What a wonderful gem for the last leg of our Washington family vacation! After staying three other places as we moved around the Olympic Peninsula, we were eager to spread out and unwind each night after enjoying Seattle each day. This space was very well stocked, inviting, safe and comfortable. We had a full kitchen to make breakfast each morning. The back deck was lovely for morning coffee. Lots of extras like umbrellas in the closet, tea bags, dryer sheets, hand lotion, extra sweatshirts, fans.... really helped us to be comfortable even if something may have been forgotten. The neighborhood was friendly and safe- I was confident enough to allow our experienced 16yo runner go out for morning runs. Highly recommend for a family!

Came to attend a concert, went to the Zoo and the museum of music and movies.
Went to a couple of good restaurants and did some Trader Joe shopping.
Had a good time.

Stayed here to explore Seattle and go to The Rolling Stones concert. We enjoyed the condo as it was close enough to the action to still enjoy everything, yet far enough to be affordable. It was a great bang for the buck compared to hotel and condos near downtown.

The location was wonderful. It’s a safe, quiet, walkable neighborhood. The unit was comfortable, well stocked and perfect for our needs. We had no complications or issues whatsoever. I highly recommend it.

Frank's place was in a great location in Ballard close to everything. Easy to get downtown on the bus and different sites. We had a few minor hiccups (neighbour had to shutoff water for the whole complex), but Frank was extremely responsive and made it easy for us to work around it. Great place to book!

Very cozy spot. Little warn. Didnt bother us as everything was clean. Great Ballard location. Nice to have parking space there. Best outfitted kitchen! There were some leftover non perishables and clothing items. Again, not bothersome. If you are expecting brand new minimalist look which is typical of that area, it comes with a bigger price tag! This suited all our needsvery comfortably.

Perfect spot for the group of 3 guys away for the weekend. Really clean and well maintained place to stay. Easy walking distance to a bunch of breweries and food. Communication was great with the property owner too. Had a great time!

We enjoyed our condo stay in Ballard. The space was clean, comfortable and met our needs. It was within walking distance to several breweries and restaurants. Our daughter took the bus into town from a bus stop that was very close as well.

Three 50-ish girlfriends came to town to see Billy Strings concert. The house location was great to walk to the breweries and down Market St to Ballard. So many cute shops. We had a car, but can easily get around without one.

Perfect place for our family of four to use as home base for exploring the Seattle area. Close enough to everything we needed but not in the heart of the city. There was road noise but it didn’t bother us. We were also there on two of the sunniest days of the month and the box fans were more than adequate to keep us cool at night. Thanks Frank!

Perfect stay. Pretty close to UW Med Center. Only suggestion would be to have a coffee bean grinder in the kitchen. Thanks

Loved everything about this property. It had everything we needed. We walked to a different brewery almost every night.
Will definitely stay here again!!

Nice property but on a busy street, it was very hot in Seattle to start our stay, property only had 3 fans, 2 small box fans and a portable one that was useless, with no AC we had to have the windows open and we were hot and it was noisy. Ceiling fans would be a plus!

It was perfect for what we needed as a small group for the weekend. Easy to find the home and our Uber drivers had no issues either. The house is well stocked with anything you could need and possibly forget to bring. It does get hot during the summer day but we got a good draft going with the multiple fans they kindly provide. Overall we enjoyed the stay! Thank you so much!

We enjoyed the property and it was a great location

My group had four adults and one child. The place was very clean and comfortable. There were two electric fans we were able to use if it got hot inside. Breweries, Starbucks, and Safeway were all nearby. I would definitely recommend this place to family and friends.
4.8
Nice property, good location, excellent communication with owner. Garage parking was wonderful along with plentiful street parking. Living room has a futon only - not a queen sleeper sofa - really only suitable for one person. There was an inflatable mattress also, but it deflates greatly over the course of the night.

We really enjoyed our stay. We were within walking distance of several good places to eat and the apartment was perfect. We would definitely recommend staying here.

The unit was relaxing, and not far from all the main areas of seattle. Great place to stay especially if you're travelling with a toddler.
Great access to car parking with the unit and plentiful street parking. Would definitely stay in the unit again.

The property was as advertised - ample room for my wife and myself, a short ride to many of the tourist activities in Seattle, and a short walk to the local breweries. I would stay again the next time in Seattle.
