Nice short stay near the train station

I loved the fact that my room was on the top floor, so it was relatively quiet, which I prefer. I was very happy with my room as there was everything I needed for my short stay. Also, everything was very clean.

I found the mattress a bit too hard, but it wasn't really a big deal. The room temperature was a bit low.

Apesar do bom preço, há aspetos a melhorar na receção aos hóspedes.

Embora o espaço seja reduzido para o número de hóspedes que tomam o pequeno almoço, o que foi disponibilizado, embora com pouca diversidade, era suficiente e de boa qualidade.

O funcionário que estava de serviço no balcão de atendimento era muito pouco simpático e não falava inglês, o que num hotel é muito limitador.

Budget to budget i tyle...

Prowizoryczną łazienka i skromna toaleta z fatalnymi drzwiami ( ale dobrze że mimo wszystko w pokoju). W recepcji okazało się, że nasz pokój znajduje się w innym budynku ( wystarczyło przejść przez mały parking)

Місце розташування, свіжий ремонт, чистота в номері. Все необхідне, щоб прожити в номері день чи декілька. Зупиняюся не перший раз і дуже задоволена. Рекомендую!

Not client oriented

I was traveling with a baby, very long trip. When we entered the hotel the baby cried bitterly. The staff didn’t pay attention at all. There were people near reception they were checking docs. I came to the girl at reception desk and asked for check in. She was free at the moment. She answered that another girl will make check in for us and started to proceed with another guys. That girl was also busy. So I stayed with a crying baby and waiting. We were not in the priority.

Turistik gezi amaçlı gidenlere kesinlikle önermiyorum merkeze oldukça uzak. Temizlik sorunu var.

Personelin güler yüzlü ve nazik olmasından dolayı memnunum.

Yerlerin yeteri kadar temiz olmadığını düşünüyorum. Ayrıca turistik noktalara oldukça uzak bir otel.

Great Stay, Comfort, Practical

Location: the Hotel is very close to the bus station walking distance 15 minutes and in front of the hotel direct there is a bus station which is great to facilitate your movement in the city. Staff: they are very friendly Room: a little small but functional and you have everything you need except a small fridge in room and TV not working. Clean: Very Good Breakfast: Great breakfast with extra payment but worth it.

Ogólne niezadowolenie.

Ogólnie OK, nic szczególnego nie przykuło mojej uwagi.

Potworny zapach chemicznego "odświeżacza" spowodował u mnie reakcję alergiczną. Chemia do wdychania w takiej ilości to nieporozumienie, pokój nie ma nic wspólnego z dostępnością.

The is a great place for short stays

The breakfast was great, as in my previous stays.

When I checked in, the receptionist was kind of aloof and not friendly.

Good location, thin walls

Good for its price, convenient location about a 10 minute walk from Warszawa Zachodnia.

I could hear very well what was happening outside my room (in the hall probably), and as a solo female traveller some sounds that remind of consistent and repetitive knocking on your room door at night were very creepy.

Норм на одну ночь переночевать

Отличное место расположения, 10 минут до вокзала Заходня. Очень внимательный персонал. Завтрак - шведский стол за эти деньги роскошный.

В номере грязновато, в туалете стены отделаны белой штукатуркой, на которой странные жёлтые потеки, боюсь предположить, от чего. Соотношение цена-качество, как по мне, дороговато за эти деньги, хорошую оценку поставила только за расположение отеля и за персонал.

Drogo słabo i brudna pościel

Jedyny plus to w miarę w centrum miasta.

Wysoka cena i bardzo słaby stosunek jakość/cena. Słabe śniadanie. Jajka nie dało się zjeść. Pościel była brudna, którą musieliśmy sami zmieniać Parking nie jest wliczony w cenę.

отличное расположение, близко к автовокзалу, рядом парк, магазинчики, очень просто в номере, прекрасные полотенца, в отеле чисто, тепло и тихо, нормальный бюджетный завтрак, отличный интернет, Марек на рецепции был чрезвычайно любезен

1.отсутствие розетки возле стола, было не очень удобно 2.при оформлении в красном Ибисе девушка на рецепции могла быть более приветливой

Затишне приміщення, чудовий персонал.

Дуже зручно - знаходиться поруч з вокзалом "Варшава західна", від вокзалу дійшов пішки. Затишний комфортабельний номер. Зовсім невеличкий за розміром, душова кабіна просто поруч з ліжком, але для мене головне було виспатися, що мені цілком вдалося. Дуже смачний сніданок - шведський стіл, бери скільки хочеш, і що хочеш. Дуже привітний персонал - мені було потрібно роздрукувати для себе деякі документи, які прийшли мені електронною поштою - роздрукували без проблем на рецепшені. Ще з плюсів - я забронював номер безкоштовно, а оплатив вже на місці.

Як на мене, ціна трохи завищена за такий маленький номер. За ті ж гроші можна зняти у Варшаві апартаменти значно більшої площі. Але тут в ціну входить ще сніданок. До того ж, апартаменти довелося б оплачувати заздалегідь, а за готель я заплатив на місці.

It's a budget hotel

Comfortable beds and decent AC. The price is good for what you get. Had USB plugs next to beds.

The staff wasn't the best. The AC seems to not have been cleaned in forever and couldn't get rid of the moisture from the shower very well.

I was supposed to pay 61 euro at the property, was charged 66. It was 3 am, so could not bother to talk about it. But still...

Good variant for business trip

Great location for my purposes (close to Warszawa Zachodnia, shopping center Blue city), air conditioning. Good breakfast. 24h registration desk. Staff was polite and helpful.

1. I got a room with a view to the street. It was so noisy at night that I could not sleeep. 2. There is shower in the room! In the room! It was very strange and claustrophobic. 3. I was said that my room was with extra big bed but it was simple twin bed, nothing extra. 4. When complained about the noise to thw staff they said nothing can be done and stood there half smiling.

Disappointing

Location was ok

We stayed at the hotel for a few nights and it was very, very disappointing. I’m sure that for this price you can get much better hotels/apartments or pay a little more and stay at premium hotels. This price is definitely not adequate for the service we received. Regarding the room - there is a sink and shower next to the bed!!! Like, why?? I did not see that in pictures before the reservation. Now, when I went through them again, I found one picture where you can see it. However, this hotel says that you will have a private bathroom. I don’t think that sink and shower that are placed next to the bed (there is no separate room for this), means “private bathroom “ Also, bed was very uncomfortable. Mattress was hard, It was more like a mattress topper, not a regular mattress. And pillows… usually that kind of pillows are used as decoration. Hotel stuff - doesn’t speak good in English, very mean waitress in the restaurant. 2 cleaning ladies in the morning was laying in one of the rooms bed and loudly laughing that could be heard from the other side of the floor. Breakfast- bad. Very small options and bad quality. For example, pancakes was so hard that it was impossible to twist. No milk for the cereal. Only when we asked, waiter brought it. It was in our first day there, for other 2 that we stayed there was still no milk. Definitely don’t recommend to stay here! It feels like they want you to know that you are in the “budget” hotel on every step you take.
