Mancanza d'attenzione

Piscina e struttura bellissima

Sul picco alto troppo faticoso da raggiungere a piedi, è stato l unico hotel in cui sono mai stata nella quale non mi abbiano contattato e chiesto se avessi bisogno di un transfert, li ho contattati io e mi hanno risposto dopo troppo tempo, arrivavo dal porto in auto sono 5 minuti , solo a meta strada mi hanno scritto che dall aereoporto all hotel erano 50€ ma io non venivo da li, il profitto e il guadagno hanno accecato lo staff che pensava solo a bombare i soldi invece di prendersi cura dei suoi clienti, quando siamo arrivati gia avevo mandato un messaggio di rimprovero e in 2 giorni non hanno dato segno di dispiacere o scuse in alcun modo, pessimi

Great stay at Aeri Villas

Clean, comfortable and spacious accommodation. Friendly and helpful staff. Several pools and there were always loungers available by the pools. Pool towels provided and replaced as needed. Villas were well equipped. Great views from the villa/pools.

Breakfast was the same every day and selection was limited. Would have been good if it varied and if fruit/yogurt was available.

The breakfast was great. It was make it yourself - but all the ingredients were perfect for our family.

It was a very steep road and out of the main town - so renting a car would be ideal.

Beautiful views, secluded oasis

The view of the harbor is amazing, beautiful infinity pools from one end of the property to the other. Lots of room in the apartments, each one had a kitchenette with plenty of plates, glasses, and cookware. Air conditioning worked great, nice and cool inside after a long day of boating and exploring the island.

Make sure you bring food up, or stop at a grocery store before you check in. The closest restaurant is at the bottom of the hill and while it is walkable, it's bit of a hike.

Good choice

Very good view. Good swimming pools. You prepare your own breakfast with food and full kitchen provided (eggs, ham, cheese bread, jam, butter, dried coffee, milk, cornflakes, water). You can make whenever you want.

Sunbeds need maintenance. Missing mirror in the bedroom there's only a small one in the bathroom. It's very top high hill so you must rent a car.

Exceptional

The apartment exceeded our expectations. It was bigger than we expected and the facilities were excellent. Very close to the sea bus, bus stop and a mini market. Plus it was only around 15 minutes to walk round to Agios Stefanos beach!

The only downside to the accommodation is the very steep hill that it is at the top of. This is not a problem if you have a car. We were on foot and it was around 10 minutes for us to walk from the bottom of the hill to our apartment.

Loved our stay at Aeri villas. The walk up the hill is a little tough but worth it for the amazing pools and view!

Very good

The view was amazing and the terrace was wonderful I felt like i was living in my own villa. Loved the pool. We used the kitchen and cooked a few meals which was wonderful as the views are so amazing, we enjoyed sitting on the terrace alot.

This really isn't their fault and others have mentioned this. The location is at the top of a steep hill. We rented a car for that purpose as others mentioned there is no way to walk up. I mean you could but it would be beyond a work out.

The best stay you could ever get in Mykonos!!

Everything was on point !!!! The view, the comfort, service, I just can’t find anything negative to say. Tim was an amazing host, present at all time, always available to help or guide us. We were so sad to leave ! The room service was impeccable. the view is incredible and the Villas are truly amazing ! A quiet place to stay! We just wish we can get back in a near future. This was the closest to paradise that we ever felt!! ☺️

breathtaking views. Just amazing. Very quiet. Friendly & helpfull staff. Free bottled water, as much as you need.

Location is a bit off centric. And the slope to the hotel is hard. Dont even dream to try it with your lugagge. However is the price you need to pay for just an amazing view. It really worth it!!

Room with an amazing view!

After a snafu with the rooms, we checked in. The views are extraordinary -- high up the hillside so that even though you look over the port, it fits into the panoramic view of the neighboring islands, Mykonos Town and the Aegean Sea. Each room has a patio with a table where you can eat your breakfast enjoying the view. There are 3 pools plus a kiddy pool. All of the regular pools are infinity salt water pools. They are not heated. The rooms are fine -- but what took this stay up a level is the patio with the amazing view.

One has to have a car here. We walked from the port since Google Maps said it was only 10 mins away. When we were at the bottom of the hill, it said 2 mins. Well that does not take into account the hill. It really is not walkable. We kept thinking it was one of the lower properties. Aeri is almost at the top of the hill -- which of course gives it the best views.

Exceptional

The view from the hotel was great. We could see the sunset from the hotel. I saw a donkey in the middle of the hill. We also had access to Mykonos town with the sea bus that runs every 30 minutes and costs 2€ per person.

We had to climb more than 500 meters up an uneven hill with an incline of more than 10° to reach the hotel. It was very difficult to walk with two suitcases and a baby stroller, so we left our luggage halfway up the hill and walked to the hotel, where we were picked up by the hotel staff in their car. Although it looks like it is close to the port, I strongly recommend taking a cab.

The villa, the host, the staff made an awesome impression with me, my family and friends. AWESOME!

The property is GORGEOUS and the LOCATION is on point and not to forget our host, John! The view from this villa is like heaven on earth, overlooking the water and the ferrys that comes and go. Location of the villa is super sweet. It's a 5 minute taxi ride from the pier. 10 min drive to the city. John, our host, is super accommodating. We came in early and he was expecting us and welcome us with open arms. We are very tired from the commute and he made us feel welcome and comfortable.

There's is nothing that we didn't like. The host, the staff and the villa was perfect. If there's one thing that we didn't like, it was the wind. We arrived mid September and it was very windy. This is something that we and/or the host can control. Other than that, everything was awesome.
