Camera molto spaziosa e pulita e vicino alla metropolitana.

la posizione ottima vicino alla metropolitana Università. Colazione buona fatta in un bar vicino.

Materasso duro. Rumore fuori. Non si poteva stare con la finestra aperta e difficile la regolazione dell'aria condizionata.

Abbiamo scelto la camera deluxe per avere il balcone, ma non ci si poteva accedere per caduta di calcinacci da sopra, tra l'altro il balcone era in bagno. Camera scura e maleodorante, priva di un attaccapanni. In bagno c'era lo scaldasalviette ma non funzionava perché collegato al condominio, quindi bagno freddo. Stanza abbastanza rumorosa. Colazione in un bar a 50 mt., cappuccino e pasta a scelta no di gran qualita'

Close to metro line.

Claims to be a B&B but instead provides a voucher to a cafe for 1 pastry and a drink. I asked if they could accommodate gluten free which they said they could and got me a box of cookies and milk that had wheat in it. No staff on site ever, had to pay 20 euros for late check in and even had to wait more than 30 minutes despite texting them when I was 30 minutes out. Shower leaked and literally soaked the bathroom floor, no shelf in the shower for soaps and AC not even turned on when we arrived and it was 28 Celsius in the room. Would do luggage storage however did not use as their presence was absent and were difficult to get a hold of and didn’t want delays in getting our luggage to get to the train station. Would not return.

Would 10/10 recommend!

I would 10/10 recommend this stay. The lovely girl Arianna who checked us in was so friendly, helpful and kind. She helped us find our way there on the bus and was on hand at all times. The room was really big with big windows overlooking the street. Really cool for taking photos! The location felt safe and secure in a nice neighbourhood. The beds were super comfy, I had a great nights sleep and the added bonus was the proper hairdryer. It wasn’t one of those mini hotel ones. Really appreciated that!

excellent communication with the accommodation provider, who was represented by Miss Arianna, helped us to fulfill all requirements, recommended places where you can eat well, where the most interesting places we should see are located, secured a taxi quickly and promptly early in the morning, made our stay very pleasant short stay before departure, thank you and recommend

the room could have been better equipped for the price, the water in the shower flowed very poorly, the refrigerator is very noisy

it was ok. I really appreciated setting up a taxi to the hotel and we appreciated being met at the hotel when we arrived

*location *you had a driver meet us at the airport and take us to your hotel. *you met us in person after check in hours.

*only 1 flat pillow per person. *shower wasn’t too appealing.

Good option for Naples

Good communication with staff prior to the day, and all through my stay. The apartment was in a central location, and all areas / beddings was clean. Good affordable option for one night in Naples

nice staff, noisy room.

The staff is super nice. I was given a map with a lot of indications of where to go and, more importantly, where and what to eat. The building is located near the metro, that's very handy. and very close to the Alibus stop (the bus that takes your from the airport). It's close the old quarters and safe. I requested an extra blanket because the weather was very cold during that weekend and I got it in a short moment.

The building itself was very noisy. The bed is super hard and the pillows are flat (need to request more, to pile). The safe wasn't working but it wasn't an issue as I had nothing to keep in. Don't be lured by the mention of "exceptional breakfast": it's a voucher to have a coffee and a cake in place next to the building. Toiletries are rudimentary (small packs of shower gel/shampoo). The towels were a bit old but clean. I asked to have my door closed with the double lock, whenever the cleaning was done but I was told there is no need, no one would open it... nope... you close the doors with the lock or it's not locked.

Clean and comfortable but best for couples not solo travellers.

Met by Arianna who was excellent, very helpful and provided advice, maps and booked a taxi for me. She provided her phone number and was accessible via that. Room was large, quiet and comfortable. Plenty of restaurants nearby.

Difficult to find. It is not a front line hotel, but a B & B set behind the main road. No staff on site. You are met, shown the room and left with a WhatsApp contact if you need anything. It is advertised as with 'breakfast'. For that you had to go to a local cafe and breakfast was a coffee and one pastry. Misleading in the details. As a senior female travelling solo I was uncomfortable walking around the area at night. Main road very busy but dark side roads with rough sleepers and beggars around.

Everything's perfect, highly recommended.

Just a quick example: we set up a time for my arrival at the B&B; I came late but couldn't text them to let them know. The young lady waited for me for over an hour, and was welcoming and kind upon my arrival.

Location, size of bed room, and person in charge of looking after us was very nice, kind.

Centrally located, next tube station. We walked central area without problem. The room was big and comfortable. They gave us a continental breakfast (Coffee and Croissant) at bar nearby, which is very nice and easy.

We could not open windows to the balcony, anyhow wooden shutter outside balcony windows are shut because they can look inside our room from opposite building but it is ok we are in the centre of Naples. WIFI was not working at accommodation during our stay, and very bad signals when I use my own mobiles to book tours and research information of Naples in the room. Air conditioning was not working on the first night and got a bad chill. The owner came next morning fixed air-condition, so we stayed warm on 2nd night.

Excellent position. Located in a safe area, walking distance from most touristic attractions. The room (junior suite) was modern, large and very clean. The staff is really nice and very helpful. Available 24 h, they recommended us the main attractions in town and suggested good restaurants and cafes. The shuttle service to and from the airport is very useful and well organised. Excellent choice, I would definitely recommend it and come back next time to Naples!

Good location, bad everything else

Great location. 10 mins to port, 5 mins to buses.

You could hear everything through the walls. The room attached to ours clearly had the bathroom next to the wall our bed was on and the toilet roller on their side squeaked and hit the wall. Many people came in late drunk, we were woken by people bringing non-residents back and sitting in the communal area (which is next to the rooms). The towels and bed sheets had rips and stains on them. The staff knocked on our door multiple times throughout our stay asking us to leave the room so they could clean in the morning, this made us feel unwanted and unwelcome, we realised they weren't actually changing our sheets. Staff were very loud in the mornings. The safe didn't work. We paid extra for a balcony room and the balcony wouldn't fit anything on it as the door takes up the space and the air con system is in the way. We chose this place as it did breakfast and were told on our first morning that they don't do breakfast now because of covid. Unbelievably difficult to find especially when you're hot and have been travelling all day. They need to put pictures up and instructions, the location keeps noise from the street out though, just not other guests.
