Bon petit dejeuner.

The buffet breakfast was excellent. Fabiana was very friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. Check-in worked well and Gabriel was friendly and concerned for my safety and gave me helpful suggestions

The location is hard to beat. It's on a pretty quiet street just a couple of blocks from everything in Pelourinho. The staff was extremely friend. The building is really lovely. Breakfast was delicious and varied, served on the rooftop terrace, which had really nice views. My friend and I booked a private room w/bath, which obviously doubles as a dorm-style room when needed, since it had 4 beds (including 2 bunks). We appreciated the refrigerator for water and snacks. It was an excellent value.
It is an old building, and while clean, the age does definitely show, especially in the rooms. Outlets were few and recessed - we had trouble getting most of our adapters to fit. The internet was ok, but cut out periodically, requiring that you join one of the other property networks - fine for our vacation purposes but wouldn't support a remote-work situation. The bathroom was small, and in our top-floor room the water pressure was low, and the bathroom door/doorway wasn't a good fit anymore, so the door wouldn't stay completely closed and the lock didn't work. I was traveling with a friend, so no big deal for us, but could be awkward under other circumstances. No deal breakers, especially for a hostel facility, but some minor inconveniences.

nice location and breakfast
my room was next to the kitchen and it was extremely noisy in the morning. I had a late arrival (around 1am) and could not sleep as much as I would have liked to.

The pousada is located in the saudé neighbourhood of Salvador. The neighbourhood itself is not very beautiful, but you can reach the beautiful old town of Salvador within a few minutes on foot. The staff were outstanding and very helpful with any problems that we had and always ready to help.

Very nice hotel, great service, nice breakfast. Fabiana in particular was very kind and helpful to me. Excellent location too.
They are doing some improvements on the terrace areas on top of the building, it will be very nice when it is complete.

The location was amazing and really convenient. Mr. Roberto is nice and helpful. Breakfast was delicious especially the tapioca Ms. Fabiana freshly made. They even welcomed our little doggie and we all enjoyed the stay very much.

The breakfast was very good.
The staff helped us arrange transportation to
the airport in the night.
The room is quite dark. The room didn't smell nice. The
time spent in the room was not pleasant for us. We later
discovered that in better parts of the city, close to the
coast, you can find better accommodation for a similar
price.

The breakfast was good, the location was great and the staff were lovely
The beds were so thin it was like we didn’t have a mattress, I spent the four nights with a pillow under my hips but other than that we loved it

Close to Pelourinho and to the pier to take the catamaran to Morro.
We arrived after midnight and I informed them in advance to make sure they would be expecting us and aware of our late arrival even though they claim to have a reception 24 hours.
For our surprise we knocked several times and no one answered, it’s a dangerous area and was not nice to be outside with luggage and kids waiting. Even the taxi driver was concerned and said we shouldn’t stay there. After both me and taxi driver called (no answer on the phone) eventually someone showed up. The person was very apologetic but should have paid better attention.
The room is a bit strange. Eva foam mats all over the floor so doesn’t look very good and the room looks dated. Breakfast is just ok, nothing impressive.

The main advantage is the wonderful people who try to help as much as possible and make your stay comfortable! Also it is great location only 1 km far from the tourist center!
Rooms and furniture are worn and cheap! in fact, all the windows face the corridor, not the street

The hotel is very quiet, the staff are very kind and polite. The breakfast is simple but very tasty and enough.
the neighborhood is dangerous but there's always a policemen on the street to Pelourinho. Unfortunately we suffered from lack of water several times and this was not very good.

the breakfast is really good! tasty!
the attendants are very kind, supportive and gentle.
the room we had was roomy.
the location is good because it is downtown, close to many attractions, but the area is not pretty, not clean and bit dangerous.
