Comfy, affordable luxary

Very friendly, helpful staff and check in/out was easy. Modern decor and very comfortable beds. Great location and minimal noise. We stayed for two nights and even after 1st night the maid entered our room whilst we were shopping to make our bed and replenish toliet rolls & towels.

Breakfast selection could of been wider for condiments ie nutella or jam for toast & pancakes and ques for hot drinks as only one machine working. There was black hairs in the shower when we arrived.

The service was not great. We got a wrong room initially. Water bottles are not included (we were not told). The sink overflows with water even when washing your hands.

A very comfortable and enjoyable stay in a great location for visiting leicester

The room was very spacious and comfortable. There was a large selection for Breakfast which was very nice. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Parking was available a short walk away just behind the Hotel. Overall an enjoyable stay.

For its price range, the property looks great and a good value for money.

Stayed for three days /two nights. On my second day, arrived back to the room to find it empty of ALL my belonging. Even though I’ve left a not disturb sign. It took 24hrs for reception to find most of my belonging. Some small items are still missing.

Disappointing stay from such a well known chain. Will be contacting them directly.

Good location. Air con was welcome in such temperatures!

Reception desk wasn’t clearly signed as such. Just looked like a few people gathered with laptops and papers around a few tables. Looked unprofessional. The room was in a poor state of repair - paint flaking off walls, carpet stained. Our “clean” bath towels had suspicious brown stains on them. Staff were abrupt and not overly helpful.

Best family room we’ve stayed in and breakfast is worth it

Good sized and well designed family rooms and bathroom, sofa bed has mattresses that realistically fits 2 people (often they don’t), plenty of storage, good lighting options. Dining room is gorgeous and great breakfast choices.

The sofa bed mattresses tend to slide apart when sleeping on them, but we solved this by pushing the sofa bed right up to the main bed.

Truly exceptional.

The Hotel is stunning, Bar staff were exceptional and friendly as were the reception staff. Room was perfect and decoration so on trend throughout.

Perfect for a stopover in Leicester.

Very clean. Spacious room. Excellent breakfast choice.

We didn’t use the suggested car park as our car felt a little exposed. We used the John Lewis car park which was closer and under cover. It only cost £4 too!

Great value for money in an excellent location.

Breakfast was varied, good options for vegetarians. Child friendly. Rooms were tidy and clean. Modern feel and staff friendly.

The extra bed in room was not comfortable for more than 1 night stay.
