While we did not use the laundry - this facility was a bonus.
Host was most accommodating. Thank you Johanna for taking care of the Trade Me delivery.
The shower is a generous size. An internal rubber mat would be good as the shower base is smooth and potentially very slippery.
Perhaps a lock on the bathroom door?

The off street parking was good. it was a very convenient and good place to stay while we were in Christchurch as it was close to the railway station. It is not an unreasonable walk to the train ( if you don’t have lots of luggage). even then it is quite achievable.
The chairs in the lounge were not comfortable however there was a good table where we could sit.

Easy to find, good off street parking with plenty of room for an old car to turn around, the unit is very clean and with everything anyone would need short or long term best of all bed is comfortable

This feedback: are suggestions to improve the facilities to make it more appealing to guests:
1). needs a bedside table and light in the second bedroom.

Given there is no window a suggestion to improve the look of the room perhaps picture on the wall.

The accommodation was very clean and very comfortable. Amenities well stocked. Very accessible. Location was very convenient, but not in a busy area. Quiet and safe. Wifi is strong. Host was very accommodating, especially with last minute change. Made sure that we had everything we needed.
It could do with an extra shelf or two in the bathroom.
