Hotel with potential BUT…

Nice hotel with a lots of potential.

Hotel under construction, daily noise at the breakfast area and the main entrance. Staff is nice but not trained well. Asked once for a tea while waiting in the lobby and had to speak to four different employees and wait 20 minutes before getting it.

Lovely location, staff were lovely. Some improvements and love is needed on the property and in the rooms.

Lovely architecture.

For the price you pay, some stuff on property needs looking after, the handle on the door was about to fall off. We tried to put on the spa pool but it smelled like sewage so used the shower. Toilet was refilling during the evening- so hard to sleep, if you are a light sleeper.

beautiful villas, very clean and amazing service by their friendly staff. Great location, only a few minute walk away from a main road and the hustle and bustle but still located in a quiet area. highly recommended.

Comfortable stay with good staff service.

Grab is accessible at that area, getting around was easy. Love the private pool and the rooms were great. Just nice for a family of 3.

Would absolutely stay again, just prepare to eat out during your stay!

Loved the room design & having our own pool. The bed was super comfortable and staff were lovely. Managing the room / music with Alexa was also great.

Didn’t love the breakfast/room service, you can get better food by going out in Seminyak. The plumbing could do with some maintenance, the rainfall showerhead wasn’t very good due to leaks but overall this didn’t detract from our stay.
