Exactly as described in listing.

We met some friends for a baseball game. This place was very clean. We were a little nervous when we got into the neighborhood, but it was very close to everything downtown. We were all sad that we weren’t kids because the kids room is so cool. By the end of the weekend, we were already planning to make going to a game a yearly thing. We would stay here again.

The property was exactly how it was listed on the VRBO website. Very clean and comfortable.

Good location. Very clean and fairly well stocked. Other than initial trouble getting into the building things were fine.

Myself and another chaperone brought five 6th grade art students to Philly as a graduation/capstone project trip. This was a perfect place to stay. Centrally located and walkable to everywhere we wanted to go. Clean spacious apartment with plenty of room for sleeping and hanging out after a day of sightseeing. Kitchen was well equipped and we cooked breakfast and dinner in the apartment.

We loved this location! The place was amazing and would recommend to anyone!

We had an amazing time in this unit - the pictures don't do it justice, it's so clean and very big. There's a parking lot less than half a block away, we had access to a lot of shops and restaurants in the area. The hosts were communicative and responded quickly, we'd definitely come back again!

Our family of 4 stayed here while touring colleges. Great location with plenty of restaurants and stores in walking distance. Great communication with the managers.

We were four adults visiting Philly for the first time and found this apartment to be well suited for us - clean and conveniently located in a good neighborhood.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay!
The location alone is enough to make me want to book again as it is right in the heart of Chinatown and grabbing groceries couldn’t be easier.
The place itself was very clean and tidy, felt comfortable, and was adequate space for my family.
The host Rafi is very kind and was extremely accommodating! I look forward to renting the space again next time we’re in Philly =D

Had the pleasure of a short getaway with some friends and this place for the bill. The only downside is that they charge you for a security deposit and hold it for a long time before rental.

Peaceful, convenient, perfect space for families.
We were traveling with all 4 of our children while the littlest received medical care.
This appt is very spacious. It's quiet and very comfortable. Very clean. There is enough furniture for everyone to sit at the table and on the couch. 3 bathrooms was amazing. Three separate bedrooms meant more sleep for everyone, including the littlest, bc some kids could be up while others sleeping without disturbing each other- perfect for post op kid who needs extra rest. The kitchen is stocked with basic pantry essentials (salt, pepper, sugar, tea, coffee and olive oil) and has enough cookware and dishware to make and eat complete family meals, an absolute essential when traveling with several kids with food. There are extra hooks in the bathrooms so everyone has a place to put their towel! Lots of closet space to keep things tidy, too. In unit washer and dryer mean you can pack half as much! There are lots of items for small children, like a high chair and portable crib, as well. The location was great too, bc we enjoyed walking to historic areas, but also walking around the neighborhood. Overall, this place is completely perfect for families. We are really grateful for the opportunity to stay in such a nice place.

This was a lovely apartment. It was clean and secure and had everything we needed. We stayed for a few days with another couple and had a great experience. You can walk to a lot of different activities and restaurants. I recommend Monk’s Cafe and Fare restaurant as well as the Eastern State Penitentiary tour, Independence Hall, and the Mütter museum. We’d love to come back!

Great apartment and friendly hosts!
The property was perfect for our large party. We had 2 couples, 3 kids between 8-12 years old, and 1 elderly person. We loved the property, the location, and the convenience of having 2 parking spaces within walking distance. The hosts were very friendly and answered any questions we had very promptly.
Recommend!

Great apartment in Chinatown
We had a great time staying at this property! The building and apartment look exactly like the pictures and the hosts were super communicative and easy to work with. The neighborhood felt very safe and was pretty central to all the places we went to. I would highly recommend staying here!

Excellent Property Manager
This VRBO was an excellent choice for my wife, in-laws, and 2 children. The property manager was extremely responsive and made the entire process stress free ( we traveled 10 hours to get here). The coffee of excellent, washer/dryer in the condo was convenient, and sleeping arrangement worked out great. This place is a walk away from getting groceries, great food, beer, bar hopping, and seeing the best parts of the city.

Perfect! Exceeded Expectations.
We could not have imagined a better experience than we had here. Rafi was a phenomenal host who communicated like a family member was hosting us and the home is spectacular. It is clean, comfortable, spacious and accommodating for anything you’d want or need on a trip. We were two families of four and absolutely loved it. Great location to walk to everything including great restaurants and historical locations, plus the view was tremendous. Fortunately, we were there New Years Eve, so we enjoyed fireworks over the river. This was our first VRBO experience and it was fantastic.
