The apartment is really large and conveniently located. Beautiful living room, big bedrooms, and great building courtyard with koi ponds and lounge areas. I would definitely stay again.
The one downside is that the building is gigantic and has key cards to get from one area to the other. You only have one key card so you have to be sure the group is together because you can’t split up or you’ll get locked out. You also need a keycard to get OUT of the parking garage and the building via Broad Street, so it’s a very long checkout process of exiting the garage, finding parking, going back up to the apartment to drop off the parking pass and key card, then trying to leave without a keycard (I had to wait for someone to come by to open the locked door). Between loading up the car and doing that checkout process, it took about an hour to check out (and to check in, too).
I would still stay here again but now I know that I need to exercise time management and patience with the check-in and checkout process because it can take a solid hour on each end of the trip with long walks through the building and parking garage.
Ultimately it’s worth it for the space and location, and the host Elizabeth had great communication. We will stay again!

Clean secure and perfectly placed to explore the city on foot. All the amenities you will need on your doorstep.

Staying here was an unpleasant experience, and I would strongly recommend you spend your money elsewhere.
The pictures make the place look like a new unit, but it's not. It and the building are funky. The building halls smell atrociously, the unit moderately. The adjacent courtyard always has lights on all night, and residents of the building are loud. Every door squeaks, the beds creak, and the floor is peeling cheap laminate. The pipes in both bathrooms don't drain well. All in all, very unsatisfying.

Accommodation more than adequate however the unit needs to be freshened up
Guitar playing noise from unit above that was stopped by concierge

The location is great. Parking included is great in ticket heavy Philly. But, a beeping frim the front desk was audible feom the room, though, making it hard to sleep.

The apartment was nice. The build is old and outdated. The front desk staff was nice and friendly. Location is close to lots of stores and restaurants. Overall a good experience.

The building is an old armory, which is SO COOL, but it will not be awesome if like like a lot of windows. However, if you like your bedroom pitch black...you're in luck! There were a couple of issues here and there, but they said they would take care of them after we left. (It wasn't anything that needed to be taken care of right away). There's a lot within walking distance, and the parking is a bonus (but the garage is tight if you have a large vehicle). I would rent from them again.

The pictures were a bit misleading, but the property was clean and easily accessible to everything in the city.. the parking was close, but an old garage that was hard to maneuver (actually couldn't do it) with a toddler/stroller. My husband always had to go get the car and pick us up. However, I'd stay again. The owner was super responsive!!

Property was cute. I wish it would have had a tv in the 2nd bedroom.

The apartment was cute and very comfortable. It was within walking distance of the Odunde Festival which is why we came to
Philly.

Good location, easy to get around.

Had a very good experience. Philly is my second home, so i know the area well. This is in a decent part of the city, not too far from center city. Had good grocery stores around, and also quick bites to eat. The apartment itself is as described in the photos. Can easily accomodate 6 people. Everything was clean, and the amenities were good. Had very good communication with the host and a free parking spot. The building itself is a bit old, and the corridors smell like a fish market, so, as long as u dont spend a lot of time walking the corridors, everything was great. The second entry door from the living room led right into teh apartment courtyard, with seating and a koi pond, which my friends and I used pretty much every night. I would recommend this place.

The property is in good spot downtown with several shopping and food options nearby. It was our first time in the city and navigating from the garage was simple.

Our family of 3 adults traveled to Philadelphia to enjoy a chilly 4-day Spring getaway. We stayed in an apartment which was conveniently located near numerous retail, grocery, and food spots. The unit is in a secure and historic building, offering a spacious patio and free on-site covered parking. While we were very happy with having 3 separate beds, which were all very comfortable, as well as a full kitchen and 2 bathrooms with great showers, the photos of the unit as advertised did not match reality. For instance, the sofa bed is the only living room seating with any kind of back support and only accommodates 2 out of potentially 6 people that can stay in this unit. Sleeping was challenging due to the fact that the walls are very thin and we could hear almost everything going on in neighboring units. There are burn marks in the downstairs room as well. For travelers who wish to spend more time in the unit, there is only one television and it is streaming only, which could be difficult for many users. The parking amenity did not come without its setbacks: the property’s excuse for a parking garage is a converted ancient warehouse with crumbling ceilings, no elevator or accessibility, rough inclines and landings that can easily scrape vehicles, and was 2 buildings away from the unit. All-in-all, I would rate this property 2.5 out of 5 stars.

Great spacious apartment , good value and good communication. Was a little noisy a couple of times hearing other app’ TV / chatting and facing the road outside but minimal. Some areas of the apartment could be improved , touch up of the paint , shower tap needs tightening, but overall very well presented and good amenities such as TV with streaming services. Front reception staff also very helpful.

Overall great experience! Glad we got to stay there. Easy parking and locked garage. Big room, with kitchen, TV with many streaming apps (tvs in all rooms), Couch that can be turned into sofa bed. Gym in the basement.
Target, and a bank right across the street. Train stop is at the end of block so easy to take train to Lincoln Financial Field. Overall we enjoyed it. I recommened!!

The apartment was very quiet, and the beds were very comfortable. Detailed and informative communications from the hosts were much appreciated.

Pics make it look nice but it’s not. Property is dirty. Never felt comfortable. There was a dirty mop in the closet that smelled like mold. The light switches were nasty. As if a toddler wiped their dirty hands on them after eating. It was gross. Every inch. Only positives were communication with property was excellent and the bed was relatively comfortable.

The place was great. Easy check in, easy check out, everything we needed.

The property was not as advertised. It was rundown and and needs to be updated. We couldn't get into our room because the batteries were dead on the lock so we couldn't use the code. We had to hunt down a key late at night. Found a man's XXL shirt under the blanket on the couch. Cockroaches were in the bathroom. We saw the exterminator coming in the morning we were leaving and heard him tell the front desk he was there for the apartment we stayed in. Reached out to management but they told us we had to take it up with Expedia, again late at night. The owner denied our request for a refund. Absolutely bad business especially when you have guests coming from the west coast, Nevada. On a good note, the location was good with SERPA close to take us to the Eagles game.

The parking situation is not at all convenient and requires a lot of key card entries and a lenthy walk and stairs to get to the car parking area.
The room did not appear at all as nice as in the photos. The street outside was often noisy and neighbors could be heard loudly through the walls.

This is a historic building and although the common areas were not in the best state, the actual condo/apartment was fantastic. 2 bedrooms, quiet and clean. The complex has a huge gym where my 2 kids could play basketball while my husband and I were able to get in a quick workout to work off the Philly Cheesesteaks! The management company/owner was always accessible and ensured we had a great stay. I would stay here again.

6 nights stay. Parking is not guaranteed (one spot is “reserved”) when coming in late. A few nights we didn’t get parking. You let security know and they can’t leave the front desk because there is only one on duty. leaves you scratching your head, not safe and waste of time. Toilet clogged. Plunger was received two days later. Day of checkout water was turned off. My partner didn’t finish his shower. I Couldn’t clean the dishes. Overall cute place. No windows in bedroom. Frustrating security was useless.

Would have loved if the hot tubs were working. Water issues and smell in hallways was unappealing however the unit itself was great for my group! The gym area was amazing. Parking was nice however the garage was hot and did not have an elevator and was small. We traveled in a large SUV so maneuverability was difficult.

Furnishings were NOT up to the nightly price of the stay. Garage is a dirty nightmare with leaking roof. Concierge friendly, but there is a bad smell of garbage in the halls that drifted into unit. Then, night two, we had to evacuate for a false fire alarm that we learned is occurs quite frequently due to poor maintenance of the alarm system. Building management is letting down the owners and their guests. We liked the area but things like a comfortable sofa, and a place to put clothes in the bedrooms (dresser? shelving unit?) were lacking. For the price paid, it failed to deliver the expected value.

The AC didn't work for the three days we were there. I guess the unit froze over. I told the owner a couple of times and they said they were sending someone out but never did.

Met our needs fpr this trip, took a little work to find the room as front desk wasn't much help.
Residents around us were nice and helpful. Less than a mile walk to Pat's and Geno's and near other activities more than made up for the inconvenience. Room was nice and comfy.
Would come back.
