Really cool property to base yourself out of. Plenty of places to relax. Great pool and bar setup.
It is a bit out of the way and taxis are expensive. There is a shuttle into town and it’s along a very bumpy road. If you really want freedom you’ll need to rent a scooter or something. Not as many veggie options on the menu as I’d have liked either.

The location hosted the “Sunday funday” which was cool. And they had a few community activities also.
Unfortunately, the staff was very unfriendly and not open to help. Furthermore, we had to pay for lots of things we thought they were free! Free yoga? No - 5$. Free shuttle to town? No - 2$ one way. Free breakfast? Depends…

The privacy in the hotel is very quiet just for rest.
Too many rules.

Beautiful place where I was able to relax and just chill a few days. Nothing much to do, you're 15min outside of San Juan. They have a shuttle few times a day, so if you really want to go to San Juan, it is very possible. Every bed has their own fan, so that's nice as well. Staff is very nice and they actually know you by name at some point.

Large hostel with good communal areas. Good sized pool. Mostly friendly staff (with the exception of 1 rude lady). Each dorm has its own bathroom which was a good size. Towels provided for both shower and pool use. Good wifi throughout. Good sized breakfast.
It’s very far from the centre of town and the shuttles are at odd times (e.g. one shuttle at 7am and then nothing until 11am). The menu is pricey for what you get. If you stay here on a Sunday when Sunday Funday passes through, even if you don’t do the bar crawl and just chill at the hostel, you will be treat as if you are on the crawl and will be overcharged for food (e.g. normally for $5 you can get 5 chicken strips with wedges and dip. On Sunday funday I got 3 strips and half the amount of wedges and was still charged $5). The dorms without AC are unbearably hot during the night and the bed fans do little to help keep you cool.

nice pool, nice common area, AC in room
small cramped dorms, energy wasted by running AC with bathroom window open, food bit overpriced for quality (e.g. chicken tacos best called “lettuce and chicken tacos”), wasp infestation forced everyone to rooms for 45 minutes

Sturdy bed frame
Spacious, clean dorms and bathrooms
Good food
Friendly staff, although all male
Location from town is far - it would be good if they could offer more shuttles, especially in the evening.

-Very nicely designed and decorated
-Met some really nice travelers
Hung my wet shorts up outside for a few hours to let it dry in the sun. It was moved to another place but got stolen on the way to there. Asked around in the group chat and reception but it didn’t appear again. Stealing is definitely an absolute no go as well as unsupportive and indifferent stuff.

amazing space, lots of areas to chill and an awesome pool
the shuttles to/from town are only offered a few times a day and at awkward times so we ended up taking taxis a lot.

the staff was very nice and helpful.
the whole stay was super chill and the only loud night was the Sunday Funday and even that ended early.
food was great, although not really cheap. beer was cheap though ;)
room was spacious and breakfast was OK.
you can’t take other food and drinks inside.
little far from town, but there’s a free shuttle.
the first shuttle leaves at 11am from the hotel, that’s a little late. if you want to leave earlier, you have to get a taxi.

The best hostal in Nicaragua! The dorms are clean and spacious with private bathrooms. The food is excellent and the whole communal area is gorgeous. It is part of the Sunday Funday circuit so there is a big party on Sundays but other days the bar closes it at 10 so it’s not too crazy. There are daily activities, free yoga and you can get massages and mani/ pedis. This place attracts really nice travellers and the dorms are incredibly value considering the facilities. I broke my ankle during my stay here (not at the hostal!) and the staff were INCREDIBLE. They could not have been more accommodating or kind. I could not reccomend this place more highly 💙
nothing- it’s perfect

Excellent stay! The place is practically heaven on earth and was the best place to just chill and hang out. Dorms are nice with lockers, a safe and bed lights and their own private bathrooms.
Nothing.

Amazing design, cool comfy environment.
Awful location. It’s not really possible to walk to town as I thought, and there’s only 4 free shuttles a day between 11am and 5pm - so you have to take taxis if you want to do anything early (like a surf lesson) or go out at night. Taxis cost $9 each way so soon adds up. No shops or restaurants nearby either so you have to eat at the hostel and it’s food was pretty pricey ($12.50 for a main). Also no kitchen so you couldn’t cook your own food even if you wanted.

good food, nice place to stay, lots of hostel activities, nice beaches close by
no kitchen and no outside-food allowed in hostel, shuttle to the city center only goes 3x a day

Beautiful design. People were super nice and helpful.
Location too far from town or the surf beaches and no shuttles at night. Rooms was super hot (only book a room with AC there).

General Manager Edwin is such a kind guy! we loved the staff! everyone is super friendly and nice
Breakfast was also nice, and the food in general was super good! Wifi is good, common areas are really cute.
This hostel is considered on the more expensive side in Nicaragua. We didn't like paying almost 100$ per night, not knowing in advance that there isn't hot water. (not written anywhere). We eventually had to pay extra for one of the only 2 rooms they have, that has hot water.
Everyone we've met in the hostel was also surprise and some people left becuase Selina hostel down the road is $20 a night with hot water. No Soap or anything either, we had to go buy it all.
We've stayed there for 10 days and didn't have our room cleaned once. We've always had to ask for clean towels.
Therere sliding doors to the rooms that are completly see through at night so you don't get much privacy/darkness for sleep. They also don't lock from the inside.
Our friend stayed with us one of the nights, and had to pay 20$ but they didn't even give him a blanket/towels and we've realised it too late when the cleaning survices ended for the day.
Overall, this hostel has a lot of potenial, but they really need to care more about their guest and put the money into the right things.

The Space vibe is unique, perfect for a relaxed tine with friends.
We had small issue with the waiting time for dinner service but we received an apology for the very long wait.

aesthetically beautiful. good wifi for working. free yoga - great teacher. periodic shuttle service available. social activities in the evening encouraging mingling
location - nothing around there - no tiendas. muddy roads made for difficult walking in the rainy season.

The hotel is really nice, clean and hip. The food is good and the prices okay compared to other hotels in the surrounding. Staff was very nice ane helpful. The poolparty was cool too!
Just keep in mind that it is not in the center of san juan del sur nor at the beach, but they have a shuttle to the town, so it did not botter us. The private rooms seemed too expensive compared to other places in nicaragua.
