Wonderful location easy to walk everywhere you need to go

The apartment was great. Very clean and the view was amazing. We did have a homeless guy sleeping on our steps one night when we came back to the apartment but he moved when we asked him to. Also, the haunted tour stops and does tours under the apartment so you hear loud noises and screaming till about 11. Overall it was a good stay and we will be back. It was nice to be in the center of River st.

Difficult to find the property rear entry because alley lacked signage. used primarily by the pubs and shops for the garbage removal, smoke breaks, and dumping dirty water.

It can be a little tricky to find but it's worth the effort. It's a perfect spot with a nice open floor plan, a balcony over looking River St., and a location that's within walking distance of anything you want to do. We will definitely stay there again.

Rental was beautifully decorated and in a perfect location. We love staying on River Street and this did not disappoint. One comment I would make is to state that there is no door to the bedroom. We traveled with our children and did not know that when booking. We didn’t realize the lack of privacy there would be. Also, the bedroom carpet could use a cleaning. Other than that we had a great stay and would book again if it is just my husband and myself.

We celebrated our anniversary in Savannah and this was the perfect location to stay! Close to everything. We walked to all the shopping, restaurants and historic sites. We enjoyed watching the cargo ships coming and going on the river. Spent a day at Tybee Island and it was only a 20 minute drive.
Apartment was very spacious and nicely decorated. Kitchen well stocked.

My husband and I came to Savannah for a weekend stay to relax and meet up with some family. We totally enjoyed our stay at this property. The location was perfect walking distance to everything and the balcony was great for relaxing and people watching. The property was very clean and nicely decorated and stocked with everything we needed. There is a great area to unload and the parking deck was very close by. We only had to Uber one time to a location, otherwise, everything was easily accessible by foot. We also had Instacart deliver grocery’s for us, I just made sure to be specific about where to find our location since it is tucked away a bit. We will definitely be back when we return to Savannah, it was a great choice and experience.

This unit is located in a great location! The view of the river from the porch! A great place for coffee in the morning, or people watching during the day and night. The unit is very spacious and well equipped. The entrance is a little hard to find in the alley. The bathroom is huge...only drawback is the shower is tiny. There is plenty of room to rearrange and expand the shower, so maybe in the future it will happen. The haunted tours in the evenings has a loud noise that you will hear under the unit, but it does not run all night. Other than that, everything is great. Will rent this unit again.

The location of this rental was perfect! The kitchen and living area were very clean and well-kept. There were kitchen supplies and plenty of cleaning supplies, and the space was well-decorated. Our main concern was that the ceiling of every room (even the bathroom and bedroom) had exposed sprinkler heads EVERY 8 or so feet in a grid. The ceilings were low enough for me to accidentally brush the exposed heads when I was taking my coat off, and I’m 5’6”. My poor boyfriend (over 6ft) had to duck in certain areas to avoid hitting his head on one of the many sprinklers and potentially flooding the whole rental. I wish it had been mentioned in the description, or that the owners would at least put safety cages around the sprinklers so a stray arm doesn’t cost an unwitting tenant thousands. Once we got past the crouching aspect, we loved the spot! It is right on River Street and near all of the fun restaurants and late-night bars. Our other critique is that the shower head had visible mold on the bottom half- something that could be wiped or soaked off, of course, but not something you want to think of running through your hair on vacation. Because of the MANY uncovered sprinkler heads and the moldy shower head, I would not recommend this spot to friends. However, I think it is a perfect place for very careful (or short) guests! P.S.: the pipes in the bedroom are disconnected from the ceiling, so if the sprinkler above the bed is smacked by a pillow or something that whole place is gonna be soaked!

Location, Location, Location! 2nd floor with balcony overlooking Bay St and the Savanna River in the heart of the Historical District. Great restaurants, shopping, live music and people watching. The Condo is perfect for a couple's get away. Lucky Savannah was great as the management company. Their app works great for everything from access instructions, to where to go, to check out.

The best thing I can share with you about the quality of this rental is that I am already making plans to stay here again!! The apartment is so very comfortable and well appointed that we truly enjoyed spending time there. The kitchen has nearly anything you could need in order to prepare meals; the bed very comfortable, and the soaking tub was so relaxing. But...LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION! The balcony, where we sipped coffee each morning was the perfect place for watching the ships on the river as well as the folks walking along the street below. The entire historic district is easily explored on foot from here, and river boats and trolley stations are close by. We’ll be back!

The Good-This property is pretty unique and cool.
It only works for couple as there is no privacy door for master. It would be an easy fix with adding “sliding barn door.”
-Location is great and close to just about everything. Views out the patio are neat for cargo boats or simply people watching.
The Bad- we had no internet, router,
or TV for our time and although we called the managing company two different days, we received no help or call back. This is sad when the property advertises one thing and you receive another.
-This is a very noisy place due to heavy traffic of cars/people out front and more importantly the Ghost/entertainment business right below. We were hearing booming noises every night until 11ish.
Parking is a difficult challenge. We found a garage a few blocks over behind Starbucks ($16/day).
We waited to hear from owner/manager but almost a week later we will leave this review.

Canceled our stay at The Marshall House when this came available on VRBO. Saved money, the unit is so spacious and very nice. Would definitely stay here again. The ghost tour noise from below, while noticeable, was not even close to a deal breaker.

The place was very clean. The balcony was my favorite for people watching. It was kinda tricky to find and park, but once we did, we didn't drive again until we left. Restaurants, bars, shopping, were all so convenient. We will be back!

The rental was very nice. The location was exactly what we were looking for. Watching the container ships maneuver the waterway was very cool and eerily calming. Enjoyed taking all that in from the balcony as well as people watching. The noise at night from the stop on the ghost tours was not unbearable but you did notice as it was sometimes later than expected. We would stay again!!!

The apartment is larger than the pictures make it look. My older father had the bedroom, I took the queen pull out and my college age daughter slept on another full size couch. We were all comfortable. The location could not be better. We could walk anywhere. The unit was very nice.

We loved our stay in June on River Street. The location was perfect. Close to so many restaurants, bars, and shops. Live music at numerous places. Easy walking distance to so many places. The condo was perfect. Clean and lots of room. We didn't utilize the full kitchen but it seemed to have everything you would need. The balcony was perfect size for 2 people and lots of good people watching from there. The ghost tours come past as night but we honestly never had an issue with noise. The woman who helped us with check in was wonderful. So polite and nice. My only complaint would be the shower, it is a bit small and I am not a big person. Thank you, we will be back!

First if you’re wanting a quiet rental or are the type to go to bed at 8 this is not the place for you. You hear the crowds on the streets all hours, people up stairs, and ghost tour trolley in the evenings, their final route stop is below the apartment. But if you enjoy people watching, and watching ships go up and down the river this is the place for you. Great location to walk up and down river street. Parking can be a little hard to get. And delivery and ride share drivers have a really hard time finding the place.

We have been staying in another condo 2 doors down and love the location. When we arrived we found both kitchen and bathroom faucets leaked. Only had 2 bath towels and 1 face cloth and one hand towel per person for 6 days. I prefer not to do laundry. Furniture could use updating as well as the photos of furniture. A smaller patio table would be a better fit for the size of patio. Always had to move it from side to side when going inside.

The loft is a little tough to find at first but it is in such an amazing location! Everything is so close to walk to and the balcony is so much fun to sit on in the evening and people watch and even talk to people! But the location!! City market is a couple minute walk away and river street is right there for breakfast in the mornings or anything you could want! I know when I go back to Savannah for another vacation this is the only place that I will be staying!

The pictures do provide an accurate view of what you are getting, but it should be noted that there is no door to the bedroom (a helpful piece of information for couples that go to bed at different times). Location is nice for sightseeing, but previous reviews were correct; you can hear people talking in the alley or on the street below, neighboring apartments, the ghost tour below and of course every time a ship blew their horn at all hours. The property was reasonably clean. We ended up purchasing socks to just walk around in as the floors were not as clean as they appeared.

Pros- location is perfect! Right on River Street with all the restaurants, shops and views. Everything in historic district is in walking distance. Beautiful apartment that’s well furnished and decorated. Kitchen has everything you need. 2 TVs with cable and 1000’s of shows/ movies free on demand. Beautiful balcony for breakfast and nighttime people watching
Cons- The bedroom is not closed off. It is separate and not in view of living area but only has 3 walls. Also to get to the bathroom guests have to walk through part of the bedroom. Somewhat of a privacy issue for more than a couple.
The ghost tour is loud. I expected it to be more noise on street. It’s actually louder in the bedroom because they put on a short scare show in the room under the bedroom every 30 mins or so. It goes til midnight.
We never did find a close by grocery store to walk to. Just a few gas stations. There is a Kroger that you could arrange delivery from if you don’t have a car.
All things considered we would stay here again. River Street was our favorite area and we loved the balcony and accommodations.

We had a attempted break in at 515am. There was a ring alarm system that we had no control of. Our only observation of the perpetrator was through a peep hole in the door. Contact me and I have a suggestion.
Directly below our condo there was a spooky ghost experience going on from 6 Pm - midnight.
Loud screaming and floor shaking f vibrations and banging.. I believe this was part of the trolly graveyard ride tour. We were never inform of this prior to renting.
This is one place I will not be renting again.
