Location was great, we have a big dog and the accommodation was ideal. loved the Church bells
Good out ways anything

The house is very well equipped, great hosts, small town very nice and peaceful near Kaprun.
Definitely recommend for anyone staying around Kaprun or Zell Am See, as it is very easy to reach.
All was great, the toilet is a little small but makes it really different. The church near sometimes goes crazy at 6am but we always wake up at that time so it was easy to handle.

Bequemer Parkplatz.
Wir waren in Januar da. Das Wohnzimmer mit dem elektrischen Kamin war für uns etwas zu warm, das Treppenhaus und die Toilette zu kalt.

Ease of check-in, great location 10 mins drive to Kitzsteinhorn. Quite and nice location

Arranged place, modern facility, there is some inconvenience at the toilet room, but all other facilities are excellent. Thanks for staying.

The chalet was very cosy, well equipped and has a nice spirit of old house. Not so far from other facilities as well as Kitzsteinhorn glacier.
Easy check-in and especially warm welcome from host. Welcome drink and chocolates were a nice surprise.
Nothing that is worthy to mention.

Nice and cozy master bedroom with a great LED TV, lovely yard furnished and completely fenced where my dog could wander freely. Small kichenette with complete appliances (oven, dishwasher, microwave). There's also a brand-new washing\drier machine. Great mattress.
Bathroom totally uncomfortable: sink and shower located at ground floor in a very narrow space, while WC is located upstairs inside the smallest room I've ever seen. My husband is 1,92cm and didn't quit fit in with the door closed; besides the stairs are narrow, steep and uneven. In general, all the floors in the house are uneven and there are small steps in each and every room, so tripping is quite common.

In quite area including plenty outdoor space.
It has a bell ring from the church nearby all night.

- Easy communication with landlords
- Kind welcome with a bottle of wine and chocolate bars
- Nice clean small house just for one family
- Parking lot by the house
- Equipped kitchen, coffee machine, induction hob
- 2 TVs, PlayStation, Wifi, automatic heating
- A church with a bell striking too often nearby the house
- Small toilet without a washstand, bathroom downstairs
- Personally, we would prefer microwave oven (missing) to baking oven (present)

Everything was clean.
Communication with owners
Without possibility to control the heating.
The main bed room hat “used” bed. The bed was creaky. The same the floor in the bed room. The second bed room was very small. It´s not accommodation for four adults.
There were zero hangers in the wardrobe.
The WC was really very small. Max 1,0 x 0,8 m. Without a possibility to wash hands. The bathroom room was upstairs.
The stairs were narrow.
The kitchen also not well equipped. There was oven (why?) but the microwave was missing. I think the microwave hast to be a standard. At least in appartements. The kettle was totally rusty.
There were also lack of knives in the kitchen.
The living room was without a sofa. There was only dining table with the bench.
BUT the biggest problem was the church located close to the accommodation. The distance is about 100 meters and all of windows of the apartment are situated to the church.
The bells are ringing every 15 minutes: 0:15 1x, 0:30 2x, 0:45 3x
Every whole hour there are at first 4 rings then following 1-12 rings (it´s according time). AND every day at 06.00 a.m. and 08.00 p.m. long ringing (about 10-15 minutes). Really impossible to sleep. And it was a winter. Closed windows during the night. Impossible to have opened windows for example in the Sommer.
I have to say. Because the church, Pisendorf no more.

Very cosy and well-equipped apartment, located amidst different ski areas.

Comfortable and clean property, nice hosts, easy check-in..
Pipi lounge is too small

A very good accomodation with an amazing and helpful lady owner in an Alpine traditional semidetached house, a nice kitchen equiped by cutlery, crockery and additional kitchen utensils including a coffe-maker using real cofee beans, a nice small garden with two spots for relaxing, location in the center of the village, near shops and restaurants, close to the highway to Zell am See, two separate bedrooms one with a double bed and one with a bunk bed.
Steep stairs, no washbasin in a toillete room, church´s bells ringing every 15 minutes nearby the place, weak pressure of warm water in a shower.

Great place, super location. Everything what you may need is there. Warm welcome by the hosts.

Very nice chalet, really well equipped with a lot of attention to details - plenty of storage space, electric outlets and extenders, TV with netflix, PS4 with games, board games, washer with dryer for a longer stay, lovely garden with garden furniture and grill. A really nice starting point for hiking in Zell an See, Kitzsteinhorn and Saalbach.
WiFi coverage didn't extend to the garden. Some awkward beams and threshold to trip over or bump into - have to be careful :-).

Very charming little house, nicely decorated with an alpine flair. The Dutch oven was great. Has everything you need in the kitchen, etc. The staircase to the second floor is rather steep and narrow - please keep in mind if visiting with small children.
Not a fault of the accommodation itself, but there is a church some 50 meters away which also appears to be equipped with a town clock. Expect lots of ringing bells...
