الفندق نظيف وديكوراته جديدة ومتوفر للمقيم كل شي

النظافة والراحة النفسية وكل شي متوفر لانه يضم محلات كثيرة في الاسفل

البعد قليلا اذا مشي تاخذ وقت تقريبا 20 الى 25 دقيقة لان هناك باص يوصل للحرم مباشرة

Amazing, id definitely stay again, and recommend to others

Breakfast: A variety was provided, very delicious too. The menu was changed up daily which was awesome. There was a meal for everyone and was served very hot. The location and services was prime.

Good size room, very good staff, a small but very nice shopping mall on the LG floor. Very neat and clean place.

Shuttle service to Masjad ul Haram was not direct.

الحمدلله الفندق جميل ومريح وقد وفقني الله للسكن في البرج الرابع حيث الخدمات اكتملت عدا ملاحظة نظافة

-الفندق ضخم ويتكون من ثمان أبراج ولكل برج استقباله، ولكن لابد للضيف أن يدخل الاستقبال الرئيسي أولا ليخبروه بمكان إقامته. -تسجيل الدخول والخروج كان سهلا. -مطعم البوفيه واسع وفيه أصناف متنوعة ولذيذة وترضي الأذواق. -التعامل الجيد مع موظفي الفندق. -توفر مطعم بنظام البوفيه في الدور الثاني: مطعم الكرم. -توفر مقهى ميعاد في LG في البرج الثاني. -الأمان العالي لأن استخدام المصاعد عن طريق البطاقات الممغنطة لساكني الغرف فقط. -بالغرفة أدوات النظافة الشخصية متوفرة: فرشاة أسنان وصابون اليدين واللوشن وكذلك جل الاستحمام والشامبو والبلسم وكذلك أدوات حلاقة ومشط وأعواد أذان. -توفر باصات للنقل إلى الحرم. -المميز هو أنه بالدورLG يوجد حلاق وبقالة ومحلات متنوعة لشراء هدايا العمرة والهدايا التذكارية والعطور وأسعارهم معقولة.

-مستوى نظافة الغرف: الوسائد والأغطية لها رائحة كريهة، فأظن أنه يجب الاهتمام بغسلها باستخدام مساحيق تنظيف أفضل. -رائحة الممرات : رائحة الطبخ تفوح بالممرات، فحبذا يكون اهتمام بتعطير الممرات وأيضا الاهتمام بنظام التهوية. -تكييف الغرف بارد نسبيا وبالنسبة لي كان صعبا اختيار درجة حرارة مناسبة إن شغلته يصبح شديد البرودة وإن خففته يصبح حارا. -الحمام ليس به شفاط. -أوقات الذروة يكون الرد على خدمة الغرف والاستقبال صعبا ويستغرق وقتا طويلا من الانتظار. -السجاد بالغرف يحتاج كنس بمكانس أفضل، أو يبدو أن السجاد ليس ذي جودة لأني رأيت به شوائب عالقة.

Nice hotel with nice facilities but needs improvement on complimentary items and improvements on shuttle service from Al

Hotel was very clean at all times, and was very well laid out.

The hotel itself was nice but didn't like how you had to pay for milk, I have never heard that before from a 5 star hotel. I have stayed at multiple ones before, also the shuttle service from al haram to hotel was shocking. Not enough shuttles and had to wait over 1hr for a available one, as soon as one was coming. They was being filled up by people acting like animals.

Perfect Stay

The Facility was perfect with all the amenities available in one place. Breakfast was one of the good facilities in the hotel. Rooms were nice and clean.

Bit Far from Haram, but at the same time they have an excellent shuttle service available for pilgrims which allow us to reach for namaz in time.

All that glitters ... first impressions last ... - both adages apply here.

Location is good - Google Maps says it's a ~30 minute walk to the Haram, but regular and reliable shuttle buses that drop you off at the underground bus terminus do not make this distance an issue. Breakfast was decent, when compared to hotels of similar standing. Rooms are solid, decor was solid and the hotel scent (public spaces within the hotel) is first-class - I went hunting with foolish optimism for the name of the scent, knowing fully well that it was most likely custom-made. Yes, it was custom-made - full marks. Reception area was beautiful, welcoming. Some staff were accommodating, infact the majority were and showed impeccable hospitality - others, however, in key customer-facing positions left alot to be desired in their service.

First impression on getting to the hotel was awful - we were told that wheelchairs were unavailable in such a massive hotel complex. How we were supposed to transport our 78-year old mum, who is recovering from a stroke and is wheelchair-bound was unclear. The member of staff was dismissive and extremely unhelpful, challenging us to go speak with his bosses. We proceeded to speak with his bosses who provided a wheelchair within seconds. Similar situation occurred when we requested to take some food up to our mum's room as she was too exhausted, from the tasking travel from Madinah, followed by Umrah of the previous day, to come down to the dining area. Again, we were met with a resounding "no", which was again rectified when we spoke with the Manager. I believe the problem at such a hotel is either: staff being willingly unhelpful for reasons best known to them, or poor communication/inadequate training of staff. In both scenarios, we shouldn't have needed to rely on the discretion of the Manager - staff should be able to give "common sense" discretion without need for a recourse to the Manager(s). After the wheelchair debacle and the stress of the Umrah, we were all very thirsty but had to pay extra for bottled water from the hotel to quench our thirst - a situation we did not experience during our stay in Madinah (bottled water was unlimited!).

تغيير موقف الباصات للوصول للحرم ( نركب باص وننزل نركب باص اخر للوصول للحرم وهذا مرهق جدا جدا جدا )+ اكدت على موقع بوكينج انه يتم تحصيل مبلغ الإقامه قبل وصولى من الكارت الخاص بى ولم يتم ذلك مما اضطررت ان ادفع ضعف المبلغ المعلن بالجنيه المصرى😡
