About this house rental

Relax in this cozy, newly-remodeled home in the heart of Downtown Gilbert. The Park house has everything you need in indoor/outdoor space - comfortable bedrooms, sparkling bathrooms, and thoughtfully designed, comfortable living spaces. Soak in the hot tub, relax around the fire pit, and enjoy an evening outdoors grilling and playing yard games. Only a short distance to Downtown which gives you access to all of the trendy restaurants and entertainment Gilbert has to offer.

Kitchen – Fully stocked with everything you need such as pots/pans, bakeware, and dinnerware for 8. Small appliances include CrockPot, electric skillet, blender, toaster, hand mixer, and three different coffee makers (standard, Keurig, and Expresso).

Bedrooms – One king and one queen bed with soft, luxurious linens and pillows, plus two roll-out twin beds and a portable crib. With the addition of the comfortable sectional couch, we can accommodate 7 guests (children under the age of 3 are not included in this number).

Bathrooms – Master bath has walk-in shower with double-shower heads, second bath has tub/shower combo, and both are stocked with plush, luxurious towels.

Backyard – Corn hole, ladder golf, giant Jenga, frisbee, giant checkers, and ping pong are sure to keep you entertained. We also have a lighted patio with a grill, dining table, hot tub, and a fire pit area with comfy Adirondack chairs where you can relax under the stars.

Technology – We have free wi-fi, TV’s in both bedrooms, and a 55-inch TV and blu-ray player in the family room for a memorable movie night. All TV’s have smart capabilities (ROKU) so you can access your favorite shows on Netflix, Prime, etc.

We are Family Friendly – Gather around to play board games, yard games, ping pong, and make S’mores by the fire. The backyard is a kids dreamland and there is also an excellent park and playground just down the street. We also provide a portable crib and high chair for smaller children.

Clean and comfortable property in a very quiet neighborhood. We could easily walk to the action in downtown Gilbert, but were far enough away that the evenings were quiet and pleasant. The property worked out great for our visit :)

My husband and I were visiting our son and his family in Mesa and wanted a comfortable spot to stay in Gilbert. We found it! The home was perfect for us and we had the family over several times for dinner - the kids had a great time playing in the backyard! The kitchen is extremely well appointed for a rental, the grill worked great and was also very clean (we have had some nightmare grill experiences elsewhere). The house was spotless and the beds quite comfortable. I rated the description of the property and neighborhood with 4 stars because when we Google mapped the address, the photo was quite outdated and less than desirable, but the owner snapped a photo and sent it to me so that I could see it was just fine. The neighborhood is a bit mixed but overall seems to be moving up. However overall we felt completely safe. We intend to return here every time we visit our family.

This home was perfect for our trip. The games and activities were the perfect complement to our stay without overwhelming us. The location is close enough to town to walk/bike but not so close that the night time noise kept us up. The place was just the right amount of space for our family of 4

Cute, cozy, rental centrally located to family and all the things we wanted to see and do. The house is an easy walking distance to downtown Gilbert with many eateries to choose from. Start your Saturday at Gilberts Farmers Mkt with coffee, breakfast, and discovering local vendors. Sotol Modern Cocktail is a great place for a happy hour sunset. OHSO has great vibes, great food, and friendly staff. For our first visit to the Phoenix area these are some things we did, and recommend: -hike at Phoenix Mountain Preserve (appx 35 min drive) -visit Desert Botanical Garden, Papago Park, Hole in the Rock (appx 35 min drive) -shop and dine in Historic Downtown Scottsdale (appx 35 min drive) -take a break from the car/traffic and bike the Western PowerLine Trail. We also biked to Riparian Preserve Water Ranch, via the Sun Cir Trail which was not on our list but a great park visit. -- totally jealous of the bike trails Gilbert has to offer. On a rainy or super hot day head to Chandler for thrifting at Merchant Square or check out local artists creation at The Collective (inside the Fashion Center). We chose this rental for location, comfort, bikes, a kitchen for easy meal prep after a long day of activities, and laundry. All of which meet our expectations! Thanks for being a part of making our first visit a great one!

Property was nicely updated, very clean, and comfortable. It was centrally located to many of the things we wanted to do and friends we wanted to see. (Description could include the close proximity to multiple golf courses for future guests that play golf.) Only negative about the entire stay was a very noisy dog next door.

Clean and comfortable with everything we needed. Fun outdoor games like giant checkers and corn hole as well as ping pong indoors. Nice central location in Gilbert. Enjoyed the hot tub and private back yard. Thanks for a comfortable stay.

Gilbert area is great, I'd call it the new Scottsdale. The house is in an older, transitioning neighborhood, but the house is updated. It is about a mile to downtown Gilbert and easy access to Scottsdale, Phoenix, Apache Junction. We really enjoyed the game amenities at the housefor evening fun. Owner is super!! Very responsive! We'd stay again!!

Beautiful home. Pride of ownership. This immaculate little gem is close to old town Gilbert, just a couple minute bike ride, and no detail overlooked. From the comfy beds with high thread count sheets to the fluffy fresh towels. PERFECT! You won’t be disappointed!

Beautifully renovated older property

This property is very clean and comfortable. It has been recently renovated and the owners have added some really nice touches. It is close to downtown Gilbert so you can easily walk to coffee shops, restaurants and pubs. The listing is accurate and Spenser checked in by text with us twice during our two week stay just to see if we needed anything. We would stay here again and certainly recommend it.
