We needed a place for 10 days while our home was undergoing some refreshing and this home was the perfect spot! A nice size, the pool was lovely , the kitchen well equipped and the beds comfortable. The host was most accommodating and easy to communicate with. We highly recommend this gem!

The house was nice, clean, up to date. Great neighborhood. Kids basically lived in the pool! Perfect for our trip to Phoenix for a basketball tournament. Would definitely stay here again! And the host was very attentive and kind. Happy we stayed here!

Traveled down to Gilbert for a mother/daughter vacation. The house had everything we needed! Great location, close to restaurants, shopping and groceries. The pool was great to have as it was quite hot during our stay. Would definitely recommend and hope to return one day!

Our stay for a high school graduation was terrific. Eric is the best-an attentive owner who maintains communication from start to finish of our stay from the point of reservation to checkout. Enjoyed the comfortable home in a quiet neighborhood.

This was a lovely property for our little family. We came during a HOT week which was perfect. Our baby loves water and we utilized the pool every day. Having the office in the primary bedroom was such a huge plus for my husband as he was still working remotely every day. My only critique is that the kitchen and floors needed a little better clean, but the rest of the property was great. This property is in a great location; easy to drive to and from all amenities. Communication with the host was very good with prompt replies. Our family had a great time, and would be happy to stay here again. Thanks for having us!

3 couples came to town for our uncles 80th Birthday & Easter. The property was large enough for 6 adults / 5 days & no one wanted to kill each other. It's in a great neighborhood & close to everything, with a very reasonable fee. There was a nearby golf tournament scheduled during our stay. The manager was kind enough to give us a heads up of heavier traffic in / around the neighborhood.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Eric’s house- beautifully decorated with every convenience! Loved the pool & putting green, not to mention all the extras- snacks, drinks, etc. The house is conveniently located close to shopping, groceries, gas etc. Eric was so accommodating with an early check in and very accessible if needed. We would absolutely recommend this property to anyone vacationing in the area!

Nice property. Host is great to work with and communicates well. We were really disappointed that the pool was NOT HEATED. It does say that in the description if you look closely, which we didn’t. So we were sad that the pool was only 50 degrees. Totally too cold to swim in during our Spring Training stay. The location is in a nice neighborhood, but it is a bit out of the way from everything you want to see and do. Probably about a 15-20 minute drive to the nearest freeway.

We had a great stay at Eric's condo in Gilbert, AZ for spring training 2024. Condo was clean, adequately furnished and when we found out it was about the same cost as a suite type hotel in the area, it made it a no brainer to book. Eric was attentive to any questions we had regarding the property and check-in / check-out was easy & painless. I'd definitely stay here again if I was coming back to the Phoenix area. You won't be disappointed with your stay in this condo. Happy Vacationing !

This is a fantastic property. It is in a great location. Easy access to every necessity. Traffic is like any big city at rush hour but we managed to get around by secondary roads most of the time. Quiet neighborhood, very safe. Would definitely stay here again. Host Eric is awesome to communicate with as well.

We recently rented this house and found the following when we arrived: The Downside: 1. Kitchen Counters were filthy, and we were not able to use them. Rendering the kitchen useless. We cleaned the island counter and made-due. 2. The kitchen waste basket was broken and was not operable. 3. All three of the bedroom mattresses and pillows were very uncomfortable and need of replacement. 4. The pool was not heated. The Upside: 1. The property is in a good location with restaurants and shopping close. 2. For the most part it was quiet, a little morning rush hour traffic noise. 3. The interior and grounds photos were true to the condition of the property. With a little TLC the property would rate higher in my book. Thanks 2 California Golfers

We were looking for a place to spend time with our kids who recently moved to Arizona, planning to be at the house the majority of the time. The pool, putting green, and open kitchen/family room area gave us plenty to do and was a comfortable space. I would stay again!

Our daughter’s extracurricular activities brought us to Gilbert for the weekend and we were very grateful to have this beautiful cozy home to stay in. The house was spacious and stocked with everything we needed. The house was clean and the backyard was very cute and relaxing. The kids enjoyed the pool after their busy day of activities. The host did an excellent job communicating with us, and answering all of our questions. Our only setback was that the washer broke right before our visit. The host was gracious, and offered to cover any laundromat expenses due to this inconvenience. We had a great time and would definitely stay at this property again!

Great place to spend a weekend away from home. Home was very clean, with all the little amenities you would need. Pool was a hit with the kids on a 116 degree day. Eric was very responsive and accommodating. Thank you and definitely would stay again.

This was a great property and we enjoyed our stay. Grocery and a variety of dining options were close by. This property was close to our venue and all the amenities were appreciated. The pool and quiet backyard was a great retreat. Inside comfortable beds, big screen TV's were great for our 'down time'. I highly recommend this property! Thanks Eric!

I loved Eric’s house. It was roomy and comfortable. There was room for my son and his family (4) and my daughter to visit and to sit down and have a home cooked meal together. We all had fun playing golf in the yard. The decor is great. The pool didn’t get used because of the weather. It was very clean. We did use the grill. Our host Eric went out of his way to make us comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet and friendly. There is a Fry’s grocery store near by with good prices. I would recommend Eric’s home to every one.
